Established in 2012.

I love to bake. I started baking a long time ago just for fun. But as the years went by and I gained more decorating experience my family encouraged me to sell my cakes. I would have small cake sales, sell baskets and desert trays around the holidays. Then when Cake Boss came out my family encouraged me to open my business.

I am a single mother of 5 children. All are grown but one. She graduates in 2013. I have always made my children’s sweets. I felt like I had better control of what was in the treat if I made it myself. I not only love to bake but love to cook in general. It gives me great joy to see the look on the persons face receiving the cake.
