What Really inspired me to have my own business was because i worked as a manager for over 12 years and let me just say management is a great career you get to meet people you never met or spoke to. but as a manager depending on the industry your in it could mean that you be putting in long shift’s and losing time with love ones well this was my case my two daughters needed me to be around so i decided to build my own business so i can be around them when they need me. doesn’t mean i don’t putting the long hours but now i know that its worth it and rewarding.
