HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
I ordered a beautiful small potted plant in a gold vase on a gold tray for my 90 year old mother for her birthday
They sent a rotting 6 foot palm in a bamboo basket that smells like mold.
I have sent letters and tried to reach them to remove this health hazard and they have ignored me and when I challenged them on my credit card they refused to acknowledge their mistake and said I had to get another opinion.
My credit card company finally gave me credit from them but this HORRIBLE company refused to take care of their issue
