Shannon is exceptional! She makes you feel comfortable right away. I met with her today January 12 and was explaining how I’m moving from out of state and she offered some suggestions for shopping and activities. The property is lovely! If you get lucky to sit on that hill facing the street you’ll have the most wonderful view of the city lights. She explained how the property is managed and showed potential sites that were to be vacant soon. If I get accepted here she will definitely be a reason as to why I wish I would get approved. The property has a tranquil vibe and those rock walls are amazing! They remind me of cabins in big bear. Plenty of natural lighting in the apartments as well. Very spacious as well! More bang for your buck here at allegro.

Been here 2 weeks and unfortunately, I was not able to see the place when the neighbors were home. Found out the walls are paper thin, I hear every step my neighbor above me makes. It sounds like elephants stomping around. Reported to management but they don’t even acknowledge.

The apartment complex advertises misleading pricing on their website. They had two units priced at $ 800. When I called the office to inquire, the girl tried to sell me the highest priced one bedroom. When I advised I was calling about the $ 800 units that were posted on their website, she advised that they hadn’t had a chance to update the website rates and it was actually $ 875. How can you advertise something for $ 800 and then when someone calls up it’s magically $ 75 more per month. Even though it still lists the lower price on the website. This place is a disgrace. Not to mention they charge exorbitant fees for pet owners. A large pet deposit plus an additional $ 30 pet rent a month. Really, $ 30 rent for your cat or dog?! I’ll pass.

Horrible horrible customer service. Questions are not answered, the agents are rude, and people leave their leasing office in tears. Do not rent there. The prices are too high and the staff has absolutely zero people skills. Take your money elsewhere! Would enter zero star rating if the app would allow.

I have lived here for the past 5 months and I love it. The community is clean and beautiful. The management staff is by far the friendliest staff I have every dealt with. I remember when There was something going on with the light bulbs in my kitchen and they had it fixed within a week. This is, also, the quietest community. I sleep through the night without any issue. Being close to the freeway has the advantage of making my 35 minute commute to work bearable. I recommend anyone looking for an apartment to look here. They are friendly and safe.

We’ve been living at Allegro for almost 2 years and we are happy to be here. We’ve seen different apartments around Henderson, and Allegro is the most spacious, quiet and safe compound we have seen. Maintenance service 5 stars, quick response, friendly staff. Every Time we go out of our building, all the staff that see us always has a smile and a friendly greet on their faces. I love how the management makes an effort to know their tenants. They have Pie Day, Cookie Day, Pool Party, Vendor Event, Meet and Greet during Christmas, Back to School breakfast. Its feels like home away from home.

I love this place! The staff are always friendly and willing to correct all issues that arise. Susan and Shannon are rock stars when it comes to resident appreciation. I would recommend this complex to everyone looking for a community style place. The neighbors treat each other like family! It is also one of the most pet friendly complexes I’ve ever lived in!

This place is great. My wife and I have been living here for 3 years and have never had an issue — which was not the case at our last place of residence. The apartments are definitely a great value and is what brought us in, but the 5 star team is what keeps us here. Shannon, Susan, Tabitha, Jose, and Javier are awesome!

I came here 2 months ago looking for a nice comfortable place to live in a clean and safe neighborhood. After spending some time with the staff here at Allegro I was sure this complex is what I was looking for. Shannon showed me around. She was very nice, helpful and extremely patient (with me asking so many questions!)
I couldn’t have asked for better customer service than with her. And when she showed me the 3BR apartment I fell in love! The space, the layout, the views — perfect.
The pool is the best. The fitness room is small but it has everything I need to get a complete workout. They even throw events where the whole complex is invited.
I would definitely recommend Allegro to anyone looking for a great place to live in Henderson.

I came here to get some information on an apartment and was helped by Shannon. What an amazing personality and very knowledgable too! She made me feel very comfortable about renting a new apartment. I also have to add that the lobby is extremely clean and smells like heaven!
I’m coming from the other side of town so I’m not familiar with Henderson. She talked to me about the freeways near by and some of the grocery stores. When she brought me on the tour, I really liked the fact that the pool is heated. I also like the open floor plans and lots of windows!
I think I’m going to be really comfortable here. Thanks Shannon! :)

I have lived here for almost a year now and I really like it. I was worried moving here from out of state because there are so many reviews online of other apartment complexes that are scary to say the least. Allegro is clean, quiet, affordable and overall a very pleasant place to live. I have a 2 bed/​2bath roommate style and it’s plenty big for the two of us. The staff is super friendly and wave and say hi whenever they drive by. The office hosts little events from time to time you can go visit with the staff at. They will receive packages for you too and keep them in the office while you are away at work. You pay rent online which is AWESOME and they don’t charge you extra for it either. No more checkbook. Two pools, fitness room (it’s small but it’s got all the essentials), recycling! Which I have noticed is hard to find here in NV. Someone posted that there electric bill was very high, it’s NV in the summer, not surprised. Mine is normal. High in the summer, low in the winter. Secured at night by two gates, I think they have security at night too. Overall great place. I will not be leaving.

I love it here! Me and my man just got our first apartment together and we went and searched a couple other complexes before we even found this one and it has been amazing. The girl we talked to in the office her name was tabatha and she was totally awesome! She helped work with us and help us out with so much and like I said this was our first apartment so what the hell do we know? But everything got taken care of and the vibe here is awesome we have our privacy we have more then enough space in our 1 bedroom apartment lol the location is perfect! We are next the 215/​and the 95 close to my work close to csn for both me and my man. And were 10 minutes away from our parents (not to close not to far) :D for us I don’t think we could have done better on a location also the convenience of everything around too is awesome

I really loved living here! My apartment was really clean, the appliances were almost new, my neighbors were friendly and I really liked that the complex was secured at night by gates. Great location to restaurants, the gym and easy access to the highway and the rent was affordable.

It’s a nice neighborhood and great floor plans but yikes when it comes to maintenance. During this last winter the a/​c wouldn’t stop running. I’m talking about we were at about 68degrees inside and we had the a/​c up to 80 it would not stop, not even turning it off would stop it. We called maintenance, the guy showed up and said it was the night light below the thermostat that was causing it to run. It was an LED light so no heat. He just wiggled it a bit and called it a day. We went out and bought a digital thermostat stopped the problem right away. Our toilet was clogged and a dumb kid shows up with a snake drain cleaner pulls the stuff clogging it and dumps it on the floor and leaves. In this process the toilet is scratched to hell now. So many other things. The walls are very thin so I hope if you move here you have quite neighbors. Oh also the the first power bill we got was over $ 200. We are in a 1 bedroom up stairs. So good luck with that!

So far loving it here. I moved in a few weeks ago and have been very impressed with the cleanliness of not only the facilities but the grounds. Only recommendation would be to get an upstairs apartment since the kids above me are very loud and stomp a lot which can get very annoying very quickly. Overall there is a large range of age-​groups that live here and everyone is friendly. I have never felt un-​safe living here. Some beautiful views of the strip as well!
