Brought in a favorite pin that was missing a few stones. They fixed it in in about 20 minutes, called me to let me know it was done. Sadly, after I picked it up, I returned home, dropped it again and broke some other stones. Took it back, they fixed it again quickly, and so reasonably priced. Jerzey was really helpful. I highly recommend this local jeweler — thank you so much!

I recently got engaged and needed to get my ring resized as it was too big. I chose Anthem Jewelers for two reasons: I read some great reviews and it is right around the corner from my house. I walked in and was greeted by Jerzy who quickly measured my finger and told me the ring would be ready within an hour, and the cost would be $ 35. About a half hour later, I received a call that the ring was already ready! I couldn’t be happier with this place:)

They did a great job repairing my wife’s anniversary ring — cracked setting and a missing diamond. They also cleaned the ring. Very pleased with the results and all very fairly priced.

Came here looking for an engagement ring. I did some shopping around on the westside and was recommended this place from a friend. To get straight to the point, I got the best deal for the best ring here. I wanted to be able to get a quality ring without spending a fortune. I was able to meet that need with my jeweler, Jim. I didn’t need to compromise on the quality of the diamond, which was a giant relief. Overall, I had a great experience.

Had two of my rings re sized there! Very reasonable price and great work. Only took an hour. I would recommend them for any repairs!

Went there today to have two watchbands adjusted. Work was done on the spot, rather quickly. Reasonable price. Even when I had to take one of them back for another adjustment, there was no additional charge. Had the adjustment for my wife, but she didn’t go with me. When I brought it home, she claimed it was still too big. If she would have come with me in the first place, it would have saved me some time and gas… but that’s another story.

Terrible service, no selection… I went to trade in 3 pairs of diamond earings and they sent me away with no trade.

Took some jewelry in to see what it was worth & whatnot. The place was pretty empty so I didnt have to wait. The guy was ok. not very friendly but he did what I asked and it went pretty well. He seemed like he knew what he was talking about which is good since he is the jeweler. I took a look at some of the jewelry while waiting and its all WAY over priced. I would not buy jewelry from here.

I’ve never had a problem here. I’ve sold gold at very good prices and had repairs done. They’ve always done a beautiful job and have treated me really nice.

Was at Anthem Jewelers myself just the other week so this post is relevant and timely. Ed, the manager/owner, was very enthusiastic and eager to help me. Apparently, they had a recent break-in so maybe that was the reason the previous Unilocaler witnessed the«salesperson» on the phone and not readily attentive. Also, be aware that buyers of jewelry are not obligated to buy anything from you. I’d rather they be blunt and upfront about not having a need for your used wares than lowball as a pawn shop would… in essence, «stealing» your jewelry. His shop is not unlike any other. You will find«crap» or «tacky» pieces in many jewelers display cases. Most recently I was at a big name mall jeweler and found a yellow diamond reported as color«I»…now THAT is a ripoff. NONE of the diamonds I saw at(under 10x power mind you) Anthem could be noted as «crap.» In fact, his diamond grading seems to be fairly conservative which is a breath of fresh air in the jewelry industry and a plus for the consumer. The only issue at Anthem Jewelers was high prices given the current market. He uses the same method of pricing as many others across the valley… mark it high and offer a «discount» of 50% off. The educated consumer will not be fooled by this. It’s your choice… walk out the door. Why complain because he won’t buy your used«popular» crap. He doesn’t owe you anything. Would anyone care if I put my car up for sale and it doesn’t sell due to any number of reasons yet I complain about it??? Given the fact that Ed was truely making an effort for a sale and spent a good amount of time with me I’ll give them three stars. More realistic pricing would have earned another star or two. Unrealistic pricing is the reason I «walked.»

I walked in a ways back to get a price to size a ring I brought in. I waited a while and NOONE was there!!! The douche of an owner(hideous looking man on the commercials) helped me 2nd rate. He looked at the ring with a douchey attitude and gave me an outrageous price to size and appraise it. Too bad for him I own alot of jewelry and dont mind paying for it to get cleaned. Avoid at all costs !!! Find another jeweler !!!
