Bad service from 8÷15÷15 night around 8:30 pm. None of the workers seem like they want to be surrounded by customers. I was right by the ice cream area of where the order suppose to start but this guy was just standing and doing something with the ice cream while looking at me. Like hello, say hi and greet maybe? Otherwise, ice cream was good but they killed the mood.

First time having Ben & Jerry’s for both my husband and I! A terrific girl names Azia helped us out and we mentioned we had to eat Gluten Free which she so sweetly told us the ice cream options and even double checked in the book to make sure. Then she sanitized the ice cream scoop! Azia is an awesome asset to Ben & Jerry’s, never take advantage of having someone as customer oriented as her. We will be back not only because of the delicious iced cream but because of Azia and her great customer service!

Based on the service the other day, this location is down to 2 stars from 5. For whatever reason, ALL their chocolate ice creams were too soft to be served. And since I came here specifically for the chocolate therapy, this was a huge disappointment. I sadly ordered a regular sized non-chocolate flavor and the woman working scooped it into a child sized cup. While I think I still got the correct amount of ice cream for a regular, it was overflowing in the small kiddie cup making it a little difficult/messy to eat. I think I’ll just stick to buying my Ben and Jerry’s pints from the grocery store.

Decent selection of flavors, polite & quick service. Only thing is there are eight chairs. Total. Not the best thing when you have a family of five.
