BMW of Henderson

All I can say is WOW! Wow means that our car buying experience was so no hassle that I can’t see myself buying a car anywhere else. Chris, our salesman was very informative and knowledgeable. This was a no pressure no hassle experience that made buying very easy. Justin was also very helpful during paperwork signing. Don in the service department was excellent as well. No pressure, no hassle from the service department. The showroom was very clean and comfortable, everyone that worked there seemed very polite offering water or coffee at every turn. I know this is not a one time thing because a friend of mine bought a car from there and said the exact same thing. Keep up the great work BMW of Henderson!

I came to the dealership on April 10^th to take a look at bmw 435i and check the prices for lease. I was looking for a white car with M-​sport package, Driver assistant plus package and LED lightning package. They found a car with all the features I asked for, gave me a decent offer and I was agreed to sign a contract. After everything was signed and deposit was charged they brought the car to the dealership. I noticed there is no Driver assistant plus package! They gave me apologies for that mistake and promised to order a new car for me with all same features. They said it will be the same price for lease and they even kept full down payment. After two months of waiting my car I came to the dealership with my friend who was also looking for a new car. And what I see: they totally changed the price, my new price should be $ 120 higher than it was on my contract! They didn’t even let me know!!! They said the car is more expensive and you must pay more for it. After couple of minutes of arguing the manager said that he didn’t promise me personally to keep the price. Well, they want me to pay more $ 4320 for 36 months for the additional package that cost $ 1700. Also the manager refused to provide a copy of my contract and they still keep the deposit! Awesome way to do business! Of course I will send my complain to the BMW head office as well.

Faranak Fereidouni was our salesperson and we couldn’t be more happier. Excellent customer service, I even called her when I was having some technical difficulty with my car.

Best service ever.
We had been occasionally looking at i3’s ever since my husband mentioned that he wished they were out when he bought me my RX450h.
On Saturday afternoon I was «window shopping» online (we had stopped looking because of the crusty crab salespeople at Sahara BMW) and noticed that they had an i3 in the color and package that I wanted. I showed the info to my husband and he said «if that’s the one you want lets get it!» Ok!!!
I called Henderson BMW and got a sales guy on the phone. I confirmed they had the car and explained that we could come within 30 minutes to look at it.
We got there and immediately met my sales guy. He shook our hands and introduced himself with a smile, very nice!
Anyway to make a short story short:
We spoke to him for ten minutes, he brought over his manager (super sweet) and his manager was excited how knowledgeable we are about electric cars.
Within not even an hour (mostly we were chit chatting) we were in and speaking to the guy that sells warranties ($ 1200 for five years) and tire/​rim care ($ 1200 for five years).
Done!!!
We had to run home to get the title to a trade in and when we got back they had it washed and sparkly.
That’s how you buy a car.
We are pro car buying people (8 new cars since 2010, dumb yes, don’t ask) and we know how this horse and pony show CAN go… but in no way, shape, or form did it happen at Henderson BMW.
They have us now… and they know that lol. Customers for life! We love these guys and they love their customers!

Even though I’ve only been here once. And it was just ok. The tone Olay this dealership is very negative. There customer service for a BMW dealership is the worse I’ve ever seen. I’ve had my BMW for 7 years. And I’ve alway he’s excellent. Service. Even when you call there with a question they are curt, short, and rude. That is why I took my business to BMW of Las Vegas ! They know how to treat a BMW Owner :-)

Screw me twice, shame on me! About 9 years ago I got screwed on a lease by a GM that was no longer there. I swore that I would never buy/​lease a vehicle from BMW Henderson ever again having bought my next bmw in 2010 at Carmax. Unfortunately, because it is a BMW, there are many repairs that you have to goto the dealer to do so. During those 5 years, I had to go there sometimes for service and got to know the current GM who course said he was nothing like his predecessor.
We hammered out a deal on a used 335i that was advertised as a CPO car but found out afterwards that it was never enrolled in it. Why wasn’t it enrolled in it? Because it costs the dealership money to do so and because it had been sitting on the lot for so long, they missed the window to do so. They did offer to sell me an extended warranty though. LOL.
Everytime that something breaks on this car I will be reminded of how I was taken advantage of once again by Desert BMW of Henderson. But at the end of the day, I must accept responsibility for this as this wasn’t the first time I was screwed by them.

Helped me out. He was very friendly; good customer service. I got a confirmation email for my appointment and they scheduled me for my next service automatically after I left the dealership. I normally go to BMW of Las Vegas, but now I know both dealerships will take care of me.

I cannot express how extremely satisfied I am with this dealership. I went in to browse at cars and was given a wonderful deal I couldn’t turn down. I appritaite all the employees at the dealership, shout out to Feri who took very well care of me and got me into my dream car. She is super friendly and is extremely knowledgeable about the cars they sell. I will be back for future cars and ask for Feri everytime.

I’ve picked up my last 4 BMW’s in the last 3 years from Jason Hulse and Justin Sullivan at BMW Henderson. They are my «go to» people for my BMW’s and Henderson is way out of my way. These two gentlemen are true professionals always providing exceptional customer service in the sales process and most importantly, they both continue this exceptional customer service after the sale. I highly recommend working with Justin and Jason for your BMW purchase.

It was time to make one of my husband’s dreams come true, so we headed to BWM near our home. Kwasi met us shortly after we arrived at the dealer, and worked with us to find the perfect vehicle. Kwasi listened to all of my husband’s wants for his new car, and led us to the perfect model.
We decided to lease for the first time, and the process could not have been easier. We were treated like royalty here. They really take care of their customers. Part of the lease includes all routine maintenance on the vehicle. We left with a beautiful new BMW, and my husband could not be happier. It is his pride and joy, and the car gets lots of looks with its oversized wheels, and gorgeous paint job.

Bruce and Alex are excellent. Nothing like past trips to buy cars before. If you are looking go buy from them so worth it. Tell them I sent you.

Was the first one here this morning to get a car wash. Waited an hour and asked how long it will be. Well would you know they realized they bad no one here from that department. Now there gonna try to get someone to do it for me. Come on BMW GET IT TOGETHER!!!

I had a great experience at BMW Henderson and was assisted by Yalin Huang. I wasn’t too crazy about going to Henderson from Summerlin to look at a car, but I felt compelled by a gorgeous 2013 550i M. Long story short, I didn’t end up leaving with the car I originally saw, but I’m still just as happy with my new 2015 528i!!. I love my new car and the service was awesome. I love the experience BMW gives customers in regards to purchasing a new car, which is usually long and strenuous. I love the BMW Genius Bar too! Kevin was awesome! I feel confident to call or return if I have any questions about my car. Only complaint was that I had to return to BMW Henderson because they didn’t write my name correctly on the paper work. That was a drag. But, c’est la vie.
Finally, despite the inconvenience, I give five stars for overall satisfaction, kindness of staff, and ease.

My husband and I drove down there today looking to buy a car we saw online. When we parked we saw a few salesmen standing in the front so we got out and walked around. No one acknowledged us, not even a simple smile or a hello. We walked around for about 15 minutes looking for the car and were so surprised no one bothered to even help us. We ended up leaving, and drove straight to Lexus of Las Vegas where we were immediately greeted and needless to say we are very happy with our new GS 350! The BMW dealership was a big disappointment.

What a great staff but especially my sales associate Bruce Emens, I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a new or used BMW. He made my car buying experience enjoyable by having the paperwork ready and the numbers up front. I hope that you’ll give these guys a call if you need a car, because they were honest and upfront with me through the whole process. The Finance department was friendly, succinct and professional as well. The showroom was immaculate and my car looked like brand new at delivery (I bought a used BMW 328i).
By the way, they helped me hook up Bluetooth from my phone to the car and explained the incredibly easy interface process. Now all I have to do is drive it.
A little paperwork still needed to be hand filled out, it’s for «office purposes», it did feel a little odd in this day and age.

Kwasi Agyemang made purchasing my new BMW a breeze. His quick response to email and phone calls through negotiations finalized a deal to fit my budget. Kwasi’s product knowledge and explanation of the features was perfect. The after sales service from everyone at the dealership had been fitting of the quality you expect from BMW. I highly recommend calling Kwasi if you are shopping for a new BMW.

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. I went in for my routine service, which was an oil change and air filter. The people were tremendously friendly and greeted me right when I arrived. There was no problem trying to find someone to help me. My service specialist was Mohamed. He was very nice and let me know everything I needed about my vehicle and notified me right away when it was ready for pickup. I will definitely recommend going to him to get the VIP treatment.
The lounge is spotless and organized with different magazines and a television. It is a very comfortable place to wait while your car is getting washed.
