Craig was extremely knowledgable, straight forward, punctual and thorough. The teams were on time, quick, professional and left little mess. They did not chip ANY of the original tile. Other than the dust in the backyard, there was NO mess or hassle! We had our 12,000 gallon pool that was built somewhere around 1978 replastered and rebar was also patched. We purchased a 7yr warranty. Shortly after the job, we noticed what looked like a hole. We had a date palm seed that had fallen in the pool and stuck into the uncured plaster after the pool was filled. Within two days, we had someone out(who had to get into the cold pool — poor guy!) and fix it. Needless to say, we are very pleased.

As some had stated it is a little hard trying to get an appointment or even a returned call. They were my first choice but decided to find someone else. We ended up having the same problem with few other plaster companies because it is pool season and they are all busy. We decided to give these guys another shot. We told them they have one last chance to earn our business. They came out next day and brought us all samples we needed. Then less then a week later they were here doing my pool. Job turned out amazing. Left pool and yard in great condition and cleaned all there mess up. We had a minor issue with something on pool. We called them and same day had someone back out to fix it. Research there product wet edge pool plaster. We have went into many pebble Tec pools and all are pretty tough. Even there mini pebble. Wet edge was and is so much smoother. Very happy came back to this company. Just have to have patience with appointments and meetings. That is one part of company they could improve.

They botched our pool plastering and we had to pay another company to repair it. They also left a huge mess of plaster and trash in our yard. Call anyone but them.

Well it all started great… till about 8 – 10 months after the pool was completed by BND plastering. The coloring started to fade in multiple areas in the pool and Jacuzzi, at this time i began the long journey of trying to get someone from BND to come to my house to check the(pebble) plaster. I called for service and spoke to the friendly lady who answers the phone and she said we will send someone out. This went on for 2 months, she final said that the owner Jay no longer lives in Nevada and gave me his cell phone to make an appointment direct when he will be in town. After 90 plus days from the first of many calls Jay arrived at my home to only say that it was the little blue plastic floating chlorinate-tor that caused the discoloration(which makes no sense because it only floats in the pool, the discoloration is also in the Jacuzzi and ever pool owner I know has one). If this was a problem you would think they would warn all their customers after the job is completed to not use! He finally offered to use a grinding tool to try to make it look better. His last words were«I will bring you a sample» of the same materials used for my pool grinned down so I can see what it will look like prior to draining and repairing my pool. Never heard back from Jay again… Little advise to others, use a company where the owner lives in Las Vegas and has an interest in the business. It’s a lot of money to spend when you have other choices.

Our pool was re-plastered by the crew and it was done in less than a week. From the sales guy Jody to Shawna and Jay at the office, the service has been top notch. We had a repainted pool that needed re-plastering and we opted for the white quartz plaster. It was an effortless and more affordable experience versus some of the other re-plaster and pool renovation companies in the valley. I highly recommend Jay and his crew. Jay and Jody answered all my questions in a timely manner. They even cleaned up and left detailed instruction after the entire project.

Horrible. This is heartbreaking as I initially gave them a great review for completing the work on a timely basis. Five years later we started having serious problems. It turns out when they came out to replaster our pool the plaster was not mixed properly(according to three other companies we had come out here to inspect and fix) and we are having continuous problems. Our pool is not swimable! Plaster should last way more than five years. Owner(Jay) came out and offered no remedy. Filed complaint with the contractors board. Does not stand behind their shoddy work! Stay away!!!

We used BND for replastering our in-ground spa. Their estimate was fair, they started work incredibly quickly and finished up ahead of schedule. They were courteous and cleaned up completely after they were done, and they did an excellent plastering job. Highly recommend them for spa or pool plastering.

I came across BND from a referral, to do my plaster. My pool is huge and it needed to be entirely redone with new plaster and tile. I met with JAY, they V.P. Jay gave me a fair price and did a great job. He continues to be helpful with my questions related to my pool, but wasn’t part of the job. What I was impressed the most with is that Jay didn’t give me and run around and was always straight with me, even if what he was telling me wasn’t the popular info or what I wanted to hear. The pool looks great. I went with Caymen Green for my color, which I strongly recommend. It ends up looking like the blue from the Caribbean.
