1 star for the rude staff at the main welcome center.
They earned a star back though for the friendly individual model home staff.
TLDR version: Useless staff at welcome center. Beautiful homes though. Staff at individual model home offices are great. Bypass the welcome center.

I sent my son down to the cadence center to get information on the community and numerous housing developments there.
He was rudely told by two women that they didn’t hand out information. Their attitude dismissive. If they dont hand out info, they could have verbally given info on the community in general, facilities available, park, the bikes events… the future mall, etc. I know more about them from press releases in the paper then their own people. I liked what I was hearing and wanted more information.
He told me, after he left, he felt irritated. Thanks welcome center! Great job! (Mind you my son is 17 and 6ft 3 inches. He doesn’t look like a little kid)
So he left the main welcome center without any information.
So…I post this with a warning. Do not visit the welcome center. Bypass it completely. They are unwelcoming and useless. They apparently hire staff that can’t actually give out information, verbally or in print, or be welcoming in a welcome center. What do they do there in that case?
Hey management at Cadence… You’re wasting $ on their pay because they lose you customers.
But I give glowing reviews to one of the model home staff at the models whom apologized for the inept welcome center. I don’t know which one he visited. They were able to tell him more about cadence and handed over a folder with information.
By this point, I was so irritated by cadence, I told him I didn’t even want to include them in our home shopping and tossed it in the trash.
This is just us. The houses look lovely on the outside. Don’t let that stop you from looking. Just bypass the welcome center and deal directly with model home staff.
I just have a personal policy of voting with my feet. They have a lot of competition and I don’t reward bad behaviour.
