They really earned my respect! My grandfather had to go out of town and had taken his truck to another repair shop for some simple maintenance items. When he got it back, it was disaster! These folks went through and corrected all of the problems the other shop had caused and made the truck drive like new again! They were very pleasant, caring and accommodating, which I really appreciated. They talked me through everything, telling me exactly what was going on and even let me pay over the phone with a credit card because I could not get up there before they closed. A+ and keep up the good work!

We had the most wonderful experience at Charles Boyd’s dealership. While traveling home to Atlanta from DC after purchasing a pre-​owned Cadillac at a BMW dealership our new car was smoking and leaking oil! After a 30 mile tow truck ride, realizing that the service dept. that we were being towed to was closed and finding no open rental car places we realized that we were going to be stuck until at least Monday… Bummer! Well, not so fast… Enter the amazing people at Charles Boyd… a number of the salesman started looking to see what was wrong and were thinking that the car had been serviced incorrectly. They got out the oil, put it up on the lift themselves and figured out the the Dealership where we bought it had left a seal off of the oil filter! They looked for the part in their parts department and fixed our car! They all went way out of their way to help us and I will always remember this. We all are always wondering if we are being treated fairly and honestly when we buy cars. I am here to tell you that these are good people. Mr Boyd happened to be there that day and he came and introduced himself, offered us refreshment and told us that if we needed anything to let him know. In this day in age… this is outstanding behavior and I wanted to tell everyone! Thanks Charles Boyd and all of the great people at your dealership!
