I just wish there was a way to give negative stars. Went to do a lease return with my friend and got extremely disappointed. They tried selling a new car, when we said we are not interested they threatened to charge extra for cleaning, dents, any wear and tear that the car might have although the car had just been at a body shop, polished, washed and looked spotless. They started ignoring us to a point where noone was talking to us, not answering our questions and telling us that they will only take the car back today if we bought a new one. It was my friends first kia and he will never buy another one. The ac didnt work on a brand new car and they were never able to fix it. They blamed extreme heats in las vegas. Cmon, we all own cars and a car without an ac is worthless here. This dealership is the worst there can be. Even if I was looking to get a Kia I would get it from someplace else and not this dealership. The management lacks customer service skills and all they care about is selling a car at any cost.

Ed in service is the best! Never fails I get 5 star service every time I am here! Crazy they have a 3 star on this site! Sergio is my sales guy he is the best! 4 years later still as happy as day 1!!! Thanks guys

It gets even better or should I say worse. After spending 2 ½ hrs. at the DMV to get the vehicle registered did I learn that their so called «fully inspected «did not include having it smog as required prior to the vehicle being offered for sale. Stay away from this dealership.

This is also Courtesy Kia. I have bought 2 vehicles from here and the reason has always been THE SERVICE DEPT! Especially Ed!
I recently heard that they changed ownership and I think that is good — WHY? Sales service was always spotty and the new owners kept the best people — Ed and the Service Team!
Ed always knows your name and answers all questions. He tells you what really needs to be done and even where you can save a little $.
If you need car repair or basic maintenance there are definitely cheaper places to go but if you want to get an honest assessment and know you are not being hustled go see the service department at Courtesy Kia/​Mazda.
Even moving to the north side of town I am continuing to take my car to them.

Gave my Lancer Evo GSR for 6000 miles service. Mitsubishi recommends to perform Oil Change and Tire rotation for this mileage. The service advisor took my request for tire rotation and charged 19.9 $ and 70 $ for oil change (I know Evo uses synthetic oil).
Noticed after couple of days, the dealership has not changed wheels at all. I observed same wheel weight patterns, before giving to service.
Luckily had photographed all my wheels before giving to service. On comparison i found, the wheel weight applied for balancing was indeed same.
Picture speaks a lot have attached snap taken before and after service.
I am totally annoyed with this behavior, where they charge for service and they do not perform just a small job of changing wheels. I am going to request for refund will stay away from this dealership for service.

I purchased a KIA Hany Fadda. The purchase went will and they worked well with the car that I had for trade which was flipped. I will lease my next KIA thanks all.

Always a good time at courtesy. Great experience trading in for a new Mazda for the wife. We have always used the service dept. with the old Mazda and will continue to do so with the new.

They couldn’t even come over and say hi to us. Very poor customer service, walking back to our car there was a sales man right infront staring at us and he couldnt even say have a nice night.

Wanted to share a great experience my parents had at a SoNev business. Chris Rashbaum at Courtesy Imports really was honest with two elderly people whose car literally died right in front of the dealership. He was honest and fair at a time that looked pretty desperate.

I’m surprised this dealer has as many positive reviews as it does. This dealer tries to fuc# you. THIS DEALER WILL SCREW YOU OVER! Don’t come here. My story along with my friend’s are too long to explain how shiiiiizzzzyyy this dealership is.

Here’s a little background information on why I went here.
After taking my car for an oil change to a local shop near by my house. The mechanic found that the motor oil underneath the oil pan was seeping. I was worried because this car was a pre-​owned 2012 with relatively moderate mileage approx. 40,000 miles. Instead of fixing the problem at the local shop. I contacted Courtesy Imports and asked them if I still have warranty on my car. Finding out that my car has a 5 year 60,000 power train warranty, I placed an appointment for the following week.
Experience:
I got there first thing in the morning. Ed was wonderful he took care of me and listened to my side of the story. I got there at 7:00 am and around 8:30 am Ed came back and told me that they had to reseal the oil pan. He told me it should take about a couple of hours (I really thought that I will stay the whole entire day at the dealership) but I was out before 10:30 am plenty of enough time to enjoy my day. They didn’t hustle you for anything extra and they even gave my car another oil change. In the end, I didn’t pay a dime and I will definitely come back here.
Explanation on the rating:
1. The service was excellent from beginning to end. Ed stopped by about 2 or 3 times in the lobby telling me what they were doing. I feel that this makes a big difference it keeps the customer satisfied because they know that their car is being worked on.
2. No up-​selling, no BS, no hustling, and no monkey business regarding policy terms regarding the manufacturer’s warranty. Out the door I didn’t pay a dime, very satisfied.
3. Professional setting, everyone was professional. I talked to another guy and he was very professional (please and thank you pays big dividends with me)
4. Waiting time less than 3.5 hours not bad. I understand that troubleshooting takes time and it is better to be right on the first the troubleshooting in the first go around.
Conclusion:
Ask for Ed and I will come back here for my next maintenance.

Where some car dealerships are equipped with pushy sales people and annoying sales managers, Courtesy Kia provided a pleasurable experience when buying our car. We were greeted by Volker who answered all of our questions and didn’t hesitate to take us for a joy ride. Negotiations were painless as well. He came back from the back with some leasing and purchase prices. We came up with a bottom line price before we got there and we let him know that was the price that would get us in a vehicle that day. He went back one more time and came back with the good news that we are the proud owners of a Kia Soul. The car was cleaned up and filled with fuel while we filled out our paperwork. A great experience with an excellent salesman, I would do business here again and would recommend Courtesy to anyone who is looking for anew or used vehicle.

I’m a first-​time new car buyer and left here with a new Kia Forte in my desired price range. The whole process was relatively quick, easy, and painless. My salesman, A.J. was extremely friendly and didn’t put any unnecessary pressure on me.

After spending nearly 2.5hrs buying a new CX-​5 at Courtesy Mazda, I’m reminded why I usually purchase vehicles online and out of state. While the salesperson and finance guy were knowledgeable and helpful, the Jersey Shore type sales supervisor/​number runner was a slimy d-​bag. Here are a few examples why.
First, he tried using our trade as a cash deposit in order to hide the sales tax credit amount which he added to his profit. After being called out on it he tried wrapping the sales tax credit into the agreed on trade in amount stating the math would work out the same as if the taxes were based on the balance between purchase and trade values.
Second, he indicated the 14% tax rate he was trying to charge on the purchase price covered «tax n’ stuff» but could not give us a breakdown of what the additional «stuff» was as the tax rate is only 8.1%. When asked for an itemized breakdown of out the door costs he could not provide one stating that only the finance guy has those.
Third, he tried to convince us the «state mandated» $ 899 prep fee (which I refused to pay) was because «the car was an import so it had to be reassembled at the dealership and things like the transmission have to be filled with oil». Seriously?
In the end, we ended up purchasing the car at the price we wanted and without any dealership fluff charges added but only after the floor manager came over as he saw us ready to walk out. This is the exact reason why dealership sales departments have a shady and dishonest reputation and people hate the new car purchase experience. It’s also the reason why I don’t recommend Courtesy Mazda for a vehicle purchase.

I had a very positive experience shopping for my car here! I was assisted by Jessie and Verkler, they were very informative and really nice. I loved that I never felt pressured to make a purchase. GREAT JOB GUYS!
I would recommend this place to friends.

After showing up to just look for a car this morning Robert and AJ made it such a great experience we ended up purchasing a new vehicle.
There were none of the pressures of buying a new car just an overall great experience.
I would definitely recommend.

My experience with the service department here is complete opposite of what I am reading on these other reviews.
Gary Fox is who we dealt with and he was very professional and courteous with us. He greeted us and checked in with us as he could. He didn’t b.s. us or try to get us to more work.
We went in to get some sensors replaced. My only suggestion is to shop around. It ended up being the best deal for us to go to the dealership for what we needed fix.
Now, I can’t say this is going to be the case every time but I feel confident that a dealership is going to use new factory parts versus what another place might use.
Would I come back? Heck yes. I was a very happy and satisfied customer.

I also am only doing a review on the service department. I got my Mazda 3 in California and moved to Vegas awhile ago. This place is the closest to where I live and so far so good.
The first time I went there was because I needed a smog test for registration and my check engine light was on. The company usually charges 15 dollars for looking at your car under warranty, but after they found out it was only the gas cap, they didn’t charge me. The man that was helping me also was very nice.
Next I went in for an oil change with coupons. While the wait was long because it’s a Saturday, the people were nice. They did the job and washed the car as well. I’m definitely going to use them as my oil change place from now on.

I would imagine that an extensive root canal would be way more pleasant than this lousy excuse of a «service» department. Kia, Mazda, and Mitsubishi owners — beware!
Upon driving up to the garage, two men were at their stations with no customers or phone calls at all and neither of them had greeted me. All right, no big deal I thought, so I get out of my car and walked to one of them directly.
I talked to an older man, who looked as if I were more of an interruption, judging from his unfriendly demeanor. I told him I was here for a free oil change and handed him my mailer coupon that the dealership had sent me. After inputting some data, he took my keys, as I made my way inside to the service waiting area.
I sat there waiting. And waiting… Until I began to notice that people who came in after me got their serviced vehicles before I did. This was about an hour and a half in. I grew very frustrated and asked the cashier how much longer would it be for my car to be ready. All I came for was an oil change.
«Oh, Ed might have stepped out for lunch,» she retorted, «but I’ll check with Curtis to see the status of your car.» She paged for him and a few minutes later, an arrogant and pompous younger man told me to sign, handed me the receipts without going over any of the results, and finally brought out my car.
If I had known I was getting this type of customer service that took nearly 2 hours, I certainly would NOT have bothered to get an oil change here at all, even if it was indeed free. Next time, I will go to my usual Terrible Herbst and pay the $ 30 something dollars instead — At least there they provide fast, friendly, and efficient service unlike this HORRIBLE place.

Came here for an oil change for my Kia Sorento and was pleased with the quick and friendly service. While there, my husband pointed out an issue with fit and finish (that side panel on the driver’s seat wasn’t flush, it was sticking out, and was just a defect). They ordered the part, received it quickly, and replaced it without hassle (covered by warranty — no charge, yay!).
Will continue to come here for oil changes and service.
