CR Surface Care performs residential and commercial carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, showers, natural stone cleaning and countertops. I truly believe that hot water extraction is the only way to clean carpet. When your clothes get dirty, how do you clean them? With a damp towel and hang your outfit back in the closet? Or do you toss it in the washer?

Hot water combined with a powerful carpet machine will provide you with the best results. Don’t be confused with others telling you they have the «best» equipment in town. My SS870 unit cost $ 32,000! I take my business seriously… Lots of companies have truckmounted systems. Some are very small and others are large. I use a 63hp engine that provides dry times around 2 – 3 hours.

If you are not happy with the cleaning, you will not be charged. I do not take payment until job is done and you are thrilled.

History

Established in 2011.

I was a full time stay at home father with my 2 sons, Tyler & Trevor. After my 2nd born went to school full time, I started a small business. After cleaning a few houses for friends my company began to grow. People were tired of a so called $ 49 deal that turns into a $ 500 ticket. One job led to another and off I went.

I grew from a small 5×8 trailer to the box truck you see on the road today. CR Surface Care does not have price options for your carpet or tile. All processes are the same. I perform the same steps on every job.

I went to school at The University of Nevada Reno. GO WOLFPACK! My wife and I met in college and have been together ever since. We decided long ago that we would follow her career so we went from Harrahs Tahoe/​Reno to Memphis, TN and now to Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.

I coach my sons sports teams, am a member at Central Christian Church and love my celebrate recovery (CR) group on Friday nights at church.

Just got my carpet cleaned by CR Surface Care, and let me just say How AMAZING the Owner Jeff was, he was so nice answered all of my questions took the time to look at my carpet and was on time and even finish cleaning my carpet early! Not to Mention that my carpet looks BRAND NEW!!! I will DEFINITELY use his service again and tell all my friends and clients about his business!!! HE IS TRUELY AMAZING and I couldn’t have asked for a better job!!! Thanks again for the AMAZING SERVICE JEFF!!!

Awesome awesome awesome!!! Loved the finished work. We had stains on the carpet that no one has been able to get. He got them and more. I am so happy. My carpet looks better than when it did when we first got it. Very reasonable and affordable. I am setting up an appointment for my tile to be done next. Seriously the best!!!

Do you ever go to a small, undiscovered restaurant that turns out to be amazing and you can’t wait to go home and write a Unilocal review and tell everyone about how awesome the food and experience was? Well that’s how I felt after Jeff came to our place to give us an estimate.
We texted Jeff (he prefers text) and he contacted us back right away (A+++) and came over that afternoon. He charges significantly less than his competitors for tile cleaning (ex. $ 0.30 less per foot than Stanley Steamer– it would have costed us $ 500 more to have Stanley Steamer come in. I won’t name other competitor prices, but they were all similar to Stanley Steamer prices).
Jeff was extremely friendly and very thorough with his explanations. He showed us videos of previous houses he has done– the before and after pictures. HUGE difference! We were sold.
He is good with dogs, he moves all of the furniture and does the cleaning himself– no need to worry about strangers coming into your home. He was able to schedule us for our cleaning the following week. We moved some of the easier pieces, such as chairs, out of the way before he came. He moves all of the basic furniture on his own, couch, chests, etc. but left the heavier things unmoved– piano, china cabinet. He puts furniture protectors on the furniture so that the steam does not get soaked up into the furniture and cause discoloration.
My only problem with CR Surface Care was that they missed a pretty large spot in the master’s bedroom bathroom. We texted Jeff about it the following day and he told us that he would come back in to fix it, but never did. If it wasn’t for that the rest of the work done on the house deserves 5 stars.

We are loving the clean carpets in the office! My office carpets were a mess after several months of wear and tear and Jeff came out with his heavy duty cleaning equipment and made it look new. My wife was super impressed with his professional way of doing business and the good quality work. It’s so nice to know someone who really cares about every customer.
