At Crêpe Shack & Waffles we are known for our unique Japanese-​style crepes. What is a Japanese style crêpe? It’s a combination of the freshest fruits, sliced to order, with various toppings and ice cream rolled into a cone shape! The best part is, you get to hold it and eat it with your hands.

We also sell delicious waffles, yogurt parfaits, and fruit bowls. Our secret batter gives our crepes and waffles a unique taste making them extra special. Our desserts do not contain any additives and are only made with the freshest and ripest ingredients. We hope to see you soon!

History

Established in 2011.

Crêpe Shack & Waffles was founded in 2011. The owner wanted to bring a Japanese-​style crêpe shop to the West Coast. Crêpe Shack & Waffles is the first one on the West Coast, and has been a great success. We look forward to many more years serving Henderson, Nevada!

First off, this place serves Thrifty ice cream!!! That alone makes this my favorite dessert joint in Vegas. Their fruits are always fresh, service is excellent and crepes are delicious!
Favorite– Rebel crêpe: strawberry, banana, nutella + vanilla ice cream & whip cream
Tip: Wednesday special– $ 1.50 a scoop. WINNINGS!

This place deserves five stars for the waffles and crepes but I think that the price can be on the high side.
I wish when they rolled the crêpe where they have more substance on the bottom half. Eating the crêpe is great to start but the bottom is just crêpe. The caramel would be nice inside instead of just on top.
The waffles are made perfectly and is soft and crunchy.
Thrifty ice cream, I wish they had some other flavors.
This place is clean and friend staff and very yummy yum yum.

We have been coming to this place for years. They have become a weekend staple for a breakfast/​lunch alternative. The fruit is always fresh and the crepes are awesome! If you have never had Japanese crepes, they are served very thin and are in a cone shape for a hand held treat. I always get the Rebel Special (love me some Nutella!). My husband typically gets the Maui Fever. Everything is really good though, never a complaint! As for décor, its a standard ice cream shop atmosphere. They have board games for kids to play as well. I just wish they would serve coffee!

Japanese crepes are better than French crepes!
If you’ve ever been to Japan, you’ve seen the small crêpe stands that occupy every mall, festival and street corner. Japanese crepes are made with icecream, fruit and whipped cream. No veggies and meat!!! Crêpe shack and waffles serve only Japanese style dessert crepes.
The second you open the door the sweet smell of crepes will hit you. There are a ton of board games for you to play and the restaurant is large enough that you can spend a good chunk of time there without other customers giving you the stink eye to leave so they can sit.
Choose your crêpe flavor and then choose your icecream (Thriftys!)
My favorite is the Rebel Special with butter pecan icecream.
They are really big on you eating crepes the «proper» way and thus don’t have spoons out for you to use. Ask one of the guys behind the counter and they’ll give you one :)

I ALWAYS go to Crêpe Shack with my boyfriend lol I don’t know why it took me this long to write a review, but this is absolutely one of the best crêpe places in Vegas! We live 15 minutes away, and yes, we do drive all the way to Henderson just for their crepes because it’s that good!
I’ve discovered Crêpe Shack 3 years ago and I’ve been going here ever since. I love how clean the place is and how it has so much space! The staff is always so helpful/​friendly, but I’m a regular, so they already know my order every time I come here lol.
I always create my own crêpe with vanilla ice cream, gram crackers, and whipped cream (I know, it’s so plain). I used to get my crêpe with Nutella, almonds, and mochi too, but I just got so tired of it. I’ve always wanted to try their waffles also, but I’m never in the mood for it :(maybe one day! Of course, this place deserves a 5 star rating, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

When I first walked through the door of Crêpe Shack & Waffles it was very nice and clean. You can instantly smell the fresh aroma of the batter from the crêpe’s and waffle’s cooking on the iron. They have it to where you can actually watch them cook your food as you wait with the window style setup, it’s pretty cool. On this visit I didn’t try the Japanese style Crêpe, next visit I will definitely get this, I was on a mission for some freshly made waffles.
It didn’t take them long at all to make the waffles they were so delicious 1 waffle turned into 2, then 3. I had to take the last one to go or else I could spend all day eating waffles their. But anyhow if you’re looking for some very good waffles of all different specialties such as with strawberries, bananas, nutella, cinnamon, powdered sugar, whipped cream, or just plain this is the place to come. Also, they serve Thrifty Ice Cream as an added topping! YUMS!!!
Customer service was Excellent! If you’re a first timer they will be happy to explain the menu and all their specialties to you with ease. I definitely will be back here to try the Japanese style Crêpe’s and oh yeah. they have smoothies too!!!

The crêpe cone is sooooo yummy, the texture is perfect. kind of addicting. We ordered the swirl with vanilla ice cream, strawberries, blueberries, banana, and cheesecake bites. (I didn’t care for the cheesecake bites combined in but that’s just me). Also got the Rebel waffle with mint chip ice cream. The waffle was fresh and warm but not too warm… the ice cream didn’t melt (yay).
Chris was very cool and helpful with our order being it was our first time. Patient and gave good suggestions.
Fresh fruits on display and sliced to order… AND featuring good ol Thrifty Ice Cream!!!

Found this little hidden gem on accident with my best friend one day while we were on a quest for breakfast food. Can I just say this place is amazing. Perfect treat when you want to stay clear of your typical ice cream shop.
The Japanese style crepes are on point if choose to have your ice cream served in their crêpe style cone or on top of a waffle. They serve thrifty ice cream here. I definitely recommend trying this place out.

Waffles, waffles, waffles! Absolutely addictive! My family and I were only staying in the area for a couple of weeks and we were here almost every day. Every time we visited, the place was very clean and the staff– very friendly.
Whether it was crepes and ice cream, waffles and ice cream, scoops of ice cream, or a yogurt parfait, there was satisfaction in every bite! I first had the East Meets West waffle which came with red bean paste, mochi bites, condensed milk, syrup, whipped cream and my choice of green tea ice cream. First of all, it looked incredible, then it tasted so dreamy. Another time, I had the Rebel Special waffle with bananas, strawberries, Nutella, syrup, whipped cream and my choice of black cherry ice cream. This was a real classic, on steroids!!!
Their yogurt parfaits have just the right balance of sweet and sour with a whole lotta freshness while their cone crepes are made super thin as the perfect vessel for ice cream and other heavenly goodness.

It was a typical hot day in the area, so we decided to get some yummy after-​dinner crepes! For some reason, my directions took me to the completely wrong shopping center, so I called the crêpe place and they were happy to give me the correct cross street.
I built my own crêpe with green tea ice cream, Nutella, and mochi, which was delicious! The crêpe here was softer than other Japanese crepes I’ve had before (which were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside), but this one was still good. Only complaint I have is that most of my mochi ended up in the very bottom of my crêpe, instead of being more evenly spread out.
Check in with Unilocal and get 10% off! Also, bring water with you if you need something to cleanse your palate between the sweet bites.

My favorites here would have to be the waffles of course. I’m the type of person who likes my crepes hot and on a plate, not in my hand, so this review is mainly for their waffles.
I am a waffle and crêpe expert myself seeing that I did work in a little shop just like this for a long time. And this guy knows what he’s doing. He’s a great cook and very fast and efficient. You can tell he loves what he’s doing. His employees are also really friendly and helpful.
If you’re in the area I would definitely hit up this spot!
Anything goes good with waffles and crepes.

Growing up in Japan, these are the crepes my family&I are used to, thin crepes & handheld! So, it’s nice to get a little taste of «home».
My fiancé and I come here all of the time. I crave these crepes at least 7x a week, but I’m not that rich, so we come here as much as possible. We bring my parents, brother and son when they are in town. Everyone tries different flavors and it’s all delicious. Try it all!
It’s also a fun evironment. All of the workers are very nice and they have a bunch of board games to play while you enjoy your crêpe.
Not pricey, delicious and fun. Where can you go wrong?

As far as crêpe places go, this was easily the best I’ve been too. The employee running the counter was extremely friendly and knowledge, and seemed to genuinely care that we had a great experience. The crepes are served with a twist here, kinda like an ice cream cone.
I order a banana cheese pie, and loved it. The crêpe was fluffy and light with great flavor. The ingredients were fresh and the taste showed it. They also throw in a scoop of ice cream, I got butter pecan, which is another cool twist from the norm.
Wife and I also split a banana foster waffle which was cooked well and tasty, but I enjoyed the crêpe more. If you’re in the Vegas area, you must try this place. I most definitely will return.

I was on vacation In Vegas and decided to make a special trip out to Crêpe Shack in the nearby town of Henderson. It was only a 20 minute drive from the strip… we were out driving around and wound up close to it anyway.
The dude who rang us up was very friendly and offered my husband and I some recommendations. I ordered the «Rebel Special» crêpe… which is filled with strawberry, banana, and nutella. These are Japanese style crepes, which get rolled up and eaten with your hands like a delicious crêpe burrito.
My hubby and I were starving so we also shared a bananas foster waffle. Both the crêpe and the waffle were to die for. They did not skimp on the toppings. The waffle was crisp and cooked perfectly. The crêpe was one of the best I’ve ever had. Whenever I’m back in Vegas again, I will definitely hit up Crêpe Shack again.
