History

Established in 2014.

Attorney William Devine, II is a strong advocate of consumer rights. William understands that Bankruptcy is not something any individual looks forward to filing, but knows that in many cases it is the path to a fresh start. Every client has specific needs, and William is known for being the attorney that takes the time to understand those needs. Bankruptcy is a life-​changing experience, and one where an attorney should be chosen carefully. William’s clients know that they can depend on his experience, integrity, and compassionate service to guide them through this period of their lives. William holds extensive experience in consumer bankruptcy law, and debt collections law, as well as intellectual property matters and asset protection planning.

Attorney Courtney Devine practices law with an emphasis in estate planning. A native Texan, Courtney relocated to Las Vegas in 2004, and has proudly called it home since.

Business Owner

Born and raised in the small rural town of Hempstead, Texas, William has always been an active member of his community, even from an early age. He graduated from Prairie View A&M University with his Bachelors of Electrical Engineering Degree, and was an active member in the university’s solar car program, which earned him a coveted internship with AT&T Bell Labs in the chip fabrication department. Prior to becoming an attorney, William was a technology consultant in the emerging Internet industry, and held various technical management and executive positions with multiple technology start-​ups in and around Houston, Texas during the nineties. William uses his vast technology experience to improve the efficiency of his practice and client communication.

In 2004, William relocated to Las Vegas, to begin his study of law at the William S. Boyd School of Law, where he graduated as a dual major earning both his Juris Doctorate degree and his Masters of Business Administration.
