I didn’t want to come here but the nail in my tire would beg to differ. My husband has always used Discount Tire without any issues so I thought I’d give them a try.
The gentlemen helping me out was very nice. He checked the other tires tread even though they were fine. I told him 3 times I just wanted to fix the one tire. All of a sudden he was pushy. He kept insisting that my other tires were worn out. Yeah right. I call BS on that.
The only reason I’d come back here is because their tires were about 200 cheaper than Firestone. Otherwise I found them unprofessional.

I picked some tires online, and made an appointment. When I got there, Ralph showed me some other tires that would serve me better for my long commute, and the hot weather. To top it off, he saved me almost $ 100. Took them under an hour to put them on.

Fast and friendly service zero complaints from me no trying to up sell you on different products, defiantly the place to get your tires fixed and it’s free!

Getting my tires changed right now. I have been to Discount Tire in Socal, Norcal and now Vegas. The service from the team is always spot on, no matter which location I go to. Keep it up guys, you’re great!

This place was awesome, had a screw in my tire and decided to go to this place. The staff was very friendly and professional. When they told me they were going to repair my tire for free I was shocked. I asked myself is this a joke and will I be going to jail when I walk out the door of i don’t pay something? Lol overall great service and will definitely come back if I ever need tire service again.

Had a nail for the first time in 10 years. Popped in right before closing. Matt greeted me and was super nice. Inspected all the other tires, including the spare and make sure there was no other damage. Jonathan the tech informed me that they were able to fix it and got me out of there within 20 minutes at no charge. Awesome guys.

Great service, advisors and technicians were very polite and professional. Been dealing with this store 4+ times. Best of all, free screw removal and tire repair, which just happened to me.

Although I came in for one tire, I ended up buying much more. This sounds bad, but I was going to need new tires soon, anyway. The salesman wasn’t at all pushy, but addressed all of our concerns simply and competently. He got all of the tires replaced, set me up with a full spare, and got me some beautiful new rims and lugnuts (which we already knew had been damaged by our brake repairman). Amazingly, got us in and out in about 45 minutes. I’m happy, but best of all, my wife feels much safer and happier, which earned me BIG bonus points. Very pleased with this place!

Second time getting tired at Discount Tires. Both times had excellent service. Got there early on a Wednesday, greeted by Ralph when I entered and he helped me immediately. He showed me what I asked for the showed me several options that were much better. I ended up with a great look and a good deal. The team went to work on my Jeep like a pit crew and had me back on the road quicker than I could write this review. Buying new tires is always painful but good service takes some of the sting out.

I had the best experience that I never had before… my new car tire had a nail in it they fixed my tire replaced everything back in my truck including my spare tire and had it done in no time… thanks so much I will always come back 100%!!

Exceptionally friendly, fast, and efficient service. They repaired my tire at no charge. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman who helped me but he was very nice and explained everything to make sure I understood. He was tall, late 20s, big guy with glasses. I will come back. Highly recommend!

Fast, quick, polite. They didn’t try to over-​sell me and even worked with me to find the cheapest option.
It’s a standard, discount tire chain… so I was surprised to find myself not being sold on any «necessary» upgrades. I only had one tire to replace, and while they gave me the appropriate warnings about swapping out the other tire soon if the mild difference in wear and tear was causing any pulling, they didn’t do as some shops would and pressure me into replacing the other tire right then and there. Definitely a welcome change of pace.

The manager JT was there to promptly assist me with deciding if I needed tires or not. Best of all he helped me pick out the best tire for my money. Instillation was quick; they had me in and out in under an hour.

On 2 Nov 2015, I called the DT store on Mark Street to buy the cheapest tires they are selling. Greetings on the phone was professional and since it is the closest store to where I live I thought I would give them a try instead of the one in Blue Diamond location which I believe is far superior overall based on my past experience.
Chris gave me a quote about the Veento tires which is inline with my budget, since I’m getting rid of the car anyway in the next couple of years. He quoted $ 346 total installed for the year, make and model of my car. I asked about their Military Discount and he gave me an additional discount of $ 20, which I thought would be an awesome deal for the tires at $ 326 out the door.
When I arrived on location early in the morning approximately 0930 hours, I’ve noticed that the location is easily accessible and their store is highly visible. Their office is organized and clean and I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby. I have waited for about 15 mins since he was helping another person, but after we talked about the price, I mentioned about the TPMS on the vehicle, as soon as I mentioned that my price went up all of a sudden, don’t they know all this information already when they plug it in their computer when I called on the phone?! So my $ 326 total went up to about $ 380 and he stated to give me a discount and my price is back to $ 346. Is it just me or no matter what discounts I get the price goes back to «$ 346». Since I wasted half of my day already, I thought I’ll just go on with it. I understand they try to up sell to their customers about the tire insurance which I find useless IMHO unless you have A LOT OF MONEY TO PISS AWAY, but I’m glad he did not try to keep bothering me with it.
Installation was done for about 1.5 hrs since the time I stepped in their lobby. There was plenty of fresh coffee and water to keep me awake, and the restroom is clean and the chairs are somewhat comfortable.
I was upset when I saw the invoice as there was no notation about a military discount in any of the paper at all. I hate to confront people when I’m upset, and it felt like I’ve been lied to, but I just went on with it just to get the hell out of that place.
The tire tech was very approachable and explained what was done and where my car will be picked up. I drove off with the car and drive it on the freeway to test it out as I have done in the past when I had new tires installed or alignment done. As soon as I drove the car at about 30 MPH up to 50MPH I noticed that the car is pulling to the right. Later that day I called them up and I was told to bring in the vehicle first thing in the morning. It was supposed to be my days off, now l’m spending half of it at the tire store???
The next morning I arrived at the DT store and after 10 mins they asked for the key. After another 45 mins later, my car was done and I was told that it was missing a/​some lead weights (to keep the tire balanced) how in the heck did that happened? My car is not a race car for crying out loud, it’s an Altima! Anyway, it’s done, should I recommend the place? Maybe not…
After researching about TPMS, it’s nothing but a SCHEME to charge people more. Cars have been around for a long time without TPMS and there was no issues if the driver do their safety checks weekly (tire inflation/​tire tread etc) TPMS is not even accurate until the vehicle is moving at 20 MPH which probably at that time, I am miles away from home. Anyway, it is pointless to mess with the TPMS as they are NOT changing the battery anyway! (which is enclosed with the sensor) and the only way to make them last longer is to change the whole thing which is crazy expensive. It is as stupid as changing the valve core even when it is in perfect condition and had no leaks…
Anyway, time to move on…

This is my go-​to place for all my tire needs. I’ve bought 4 tires and a tire replacement certificate from here and have yet to be disappointed. I come here whenever my low air pressure light comes on to get free air! In doing so, the technicians have identified damage to my tires I was unaware of. Great team, I wouldn’t definitely recommend others to stop at discount tires for TIRES instead of other auto shops.

I don’t do a lot of reviews. This place came highly recommended however and when my experience matched the recommendation, I thought I better do the right thing and pass it on. This is definitely the place to go for tires.

Super friendly employees and great service. .This is the only place I will buy car tires, they have great prices fill up your tires with air anytime and just found out if you get a nail in your tire they fix it free. everyone working here is going full speed to get you in and out as fast as possible but never in to much of a hurry to stop and help customers and answer any questions you may have.

I never like going to tire stores, but this location of Discount Tire was very professional and quick with customer service. One of the store managers, Justin, took great care of me and helped me out with any questions I had regarding the product for my car.
With prices, justin definitely beat all competitors prices and was willing to price match or beat anything I showed him. He ordered my rims and tires, both came in on time! The installation was a breeze, and nothing was damaged.
I recommend everyone to go to this location, everyone here is professional and welcoming.

We keep going back as they always take good care of us. :) Today was just a flat tire, but they were nice, professional, and fixed it for free. I love that I can get air pressure check anytime I want for free as well.

The place to go if you want dependable service and reliable guarantees. Twice I have had bad experiences with Big O off Gibson and the 215. Once they tried to sell me struts – $ 1500 struts – on a car I had ten years that never once the dealer said I needed. The second time I had a nail in my tire that my husband found and they could not find, sending me off to Discount Tire, trusting my instinct, who found the nail instantly.
Well, this time my tire pressure light came on and I had again one of those feelings. I was on the way to work to a job in Pahrump, 70 miles away, and called my husband to come trade cars with me at their garage. The tech probably very flustered with my panicky state quickly took care of me and got me on my way. Even though the tire pressure was only 5 pounds low and they don’t normally check unless at ten, he assured me they would test the tire and find the problem. I am glad they did because there was, in fact, a nail in it. I can’t imagine having that tire blow out on me driving over Mountain Pass.
For some reason the tire could not be repaired and it is my understanding the warranty covered the entire cost of labor and service.
Once again forever grateful for ethical and high caliber service!

Staff greeted me promptly and were very helpful and informative. They found a screw in my tire and had to replace it. They had me in and out within an hour and were very courteous and allowed my pittie to hang with me inside the office. Also, I came in an hour before closing and they did not hesitate to help me and replace my tire.

Picked out a set of tires on their online store and set up an appointment on Sunday evening to replace all four of my tires because my tire tread was showing. Came in the next day at 8am. The place was busy but the staff was extremely efficient, welcoming, and helpful right off the bat. It took about 45 minutes to replace all four tires.
Overall, great customer service and speedy, too!

Justin and Austin were great! After having a flat on our family-​mobile, I brought it in and the near new tire couldn’t be repaired. Justin helped me out and offered me the road hazard warranty on all four tires, even though they had about 3k miles on them. He also let me drop off the flat and have it installed on my lunch break.
Knowing that I was on my lunch break, him and his team had me in and out with the new tire installed on the van in less than 30 minutes. They also reset all of my TPMS sensors and adjusted the air pressure in all four tires.
Not even a week later, my wife’s Nissan Cube got a flat… Here we go again. I again dropped off the wheel and flat tire with Austin and he had it repaired. Later that day I returned on my lunch break and they again had me out of there with the repaired tire back on the Cube in less than 30 minutes.

I found myself needing 4 new tires. Yuck. I’m always afraid of getting involved with shifty businesses in the Las Vegas area. But after doing some research, I found Discount Tire. The first store I visited on Craig road sold me one tire, then called over to another store on Nellis that fulfilled the rest of the order with the three other tires (same day). I was offered a «lifetime warranty» upcharge option that covered ANY repair or replacement for the life of the tires (certain minor provisions applied). Still, I remained skeptical. After all, WHEN would be the next time I would need a new tire, I thought?
Well, six months and 7,000 miles later, I ran over a screw and it pierced the side of a tire. I took my car into two shops, and BOTH mechanics told me the tire was not repairable. It would be about $ 150 to replace and mount a new tire.
Then I remembered I had purchased a warranty from Discount Tire (about $ 12 per tire). I was anticipating the worst of haggling when I contacted them because I lost the paperwork. How would I prove I was their customer and that those tires were under warranty? Well, when I called the HENDERSON store (again, NOT where I purchased the four tires), the attendant simply asked for my telephone number, referenced the serial numbers on all four tiers, told me to come on in, and he replaced the bad tire in 30 minutes — NO HASSLE!
I can’t say enough good things about all of my experiences with Discount Tire store (s). They took what initially seemed like a complicated situation at first and speedily/​handily took care of me. All three shops were professional, friendly, CLEAN, bright and efficient.
I HIGHLY recommend Discount Tire stores to anyone shopping for tires. The prices are fair, too. Oh, and I HIGHLY recommend the warranty. Anyone who drives in the Las Vegas knows there are construction zones everywhere. This was the fourth tire I had to replace in 10 years due to running over screws, glass or nails. I hope this review helps others who are searching for a reputable tire store.

Trust is the most important aspect to maintaining a relationship, especially when it comes to your car. When it comes to tires, I won’t go to anyone else. I have been going to this Discount for just over 5 years now and they have never let me down. JT and the rest of the staff always take care of me and I can always trust that the customer is in their best interest.
An appointment is always good, but if you don’t have one, they always acknowledge you and get to you in a timely manner. I’ve bought tires for both of our cars from them and I’ve bought rims for my car from them. They recommend what is right for you and don’t try and up charge you and squeeze as many dollars out of you as possible. If you think you can find a better deal, they openly state they will match any price that has been offered.
If they don’t have your tires or rims in stock, you never have to wait an extended period of time and they try and get you in the moment your order arrives. I ordered rims on a Saturday and they wouldn’t arrive that day. Even though they closed at 6 on Monday, and I get off work around 6 on Mondays, JT told me to come in after work and they would take care of me, even if it was 10 til 6.
Discount will go that extra mile for you and I would highly recommend them for any of your tire needs.

5+ star service and pricing here! Can a tire shop really offer the best service I’ve experienced anywhere, all year?!? I think so!
Came here the day after Christmas and it was very busy. But the employees were attentive and courteous. They acknowledged us right away, thanked us for coming in, and told us they’d be with us as soon as they could.
We came in knowing there was a slow leak in one of my tires. We figured, if it couldn’t be repaired we might as well replace them all. We asked them to quote us on 4 new tires but before they even did, they brought the car in, fixed the tire FOR FREE in no time, and told us that the others were in good enough shape that we didn’t have to replace at this time. No pushy upselling or pressure sale tactics?!? It’s a Christmas miracle!
We also did some research before going in and they were the best priced for tires among other tire shops in the area.
This store is the epitome of courtesy and professionalism. Somehow, they really got this service thing down. My husband has had the same experience in the past.
