Fred Meyer Jewelry Store

I took my wedding rings in to be reconnected after they had to be cut off years ago. The jeweler put them back together and resized them and they are beautiful! It only took one day to restore my rings to their original condition. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to the great jeweler at Fred Meyer! You have a new customer for life!

I would never recommend or refer ANYONE here. They are rude, unprofessional, and do cheap work. The manager is arrogant and condescending, to say the least. They «repaired» one of my rings and actually made it worse. Fail.

My boyfriend and I came here to buy a promise ring for my birthday. The guy helping me was a real prick. He thought I was going to steal cheap $ 300-​$ 500 rings! I have sunglasses that cost more than the cheap rings I was looking at. He acted like I was an inconvenience to him, totally rushed me. I just think he’s racial profiling me because I’m black and young.
Anyway we bought a ring it’s ok but I made a rush decision because of the rude prick who rushed me.

I am writing my review on customer service. The first time I visited the store Rosa helped me tremendously and had great customer service. Unfortunately the ring was not EVERYTHING I was looking for so I had to return it. My second visit to the store was far from satisfactory. I let Rosa know I would be returning the ring because I found another ring that was much more my style. She was yet again very nice and was willing to help all she could. I let the «manager» Andy know that the ring was not sized correctly in the first place and that is why I had string around it. As he frantically cut the string off he said «why didn’t u just bring it back the next day and get it sized correctly». That right there did not sit right with me but I let him know that I was leaving town and I did not have the time and I live on the other side of the valley. As Rosa was explaining the return to me he then looks at me and says «its a size 5, I put it on the ring sizer and that’s what it is» that made me feel like he was trying to say I did not know my own ring size. I then proceeded to ask him to get out the ring sizers and put it on my finger. I showed how the ring that I bought easily came on and off my finger with ease and that it was not the correct size. When trying on their ring sizers my size was in fact a size 5. He then tells me that different golds size differently. I didn’t return the ring because of the size issue. I returned it because I found something else that was more me, but with the way I was treated by the «manager» Andy, I am glad I am returning the ring and I will not be back!

I loved how we were greeted right away. Sheila was right there with a loving smile and I told her what I was looking for and she walked me right to it. The price was phenomenal for such a lovely ring.
We went to Zales no one even spoke to us. So we walked over to kay’s but they only had one ring which I didn’t like for the price. So we decided to give Zales another shot and once again no one greeted us or even take noticed we were there to make a purchase. So my husband says let’s go to Fred’s. Boom! Happy customer! Great sale ! Amazing Sales Associate ! Awesome buy!

Always friendly service. I usually just pop in when my ring needs to be cleaned or flashed.

I have been shopping at this Fred Meyer’s store for close to 10 years. I have always received superior customer service and am a repeat customer because of it.
Gertie Lucio has likewise been my go-​to sales associate for almost 10 years. She has become like an extended family member over the years. She is always smiling, helps us find the perfect piece of jewerly to meet our needs and strives to give us the best deal everytime. I can’t say enough good things about her! Even if Gertie is not in, the entire staff is courteous & helpful and I will not hesitate to have one of them assist me.
Fred Meyers always cleans our jewerly free of charge (even if it wasn’t purchased at their store) and I love walking out with sparkling jewels! Tip: Try to purchase your jewelry when they have their huge sales around Valentine’s Day, Super Bowl, Family & Friends Day, etc. We have gotten pieces up to 60% off :)

When the Meadows Mall Fred Meyer store closed, we tried to go to the next closest store at the Fashion Show Mall.
MISTAKE! The service at the Fashion Show Mall was terrible and they were not very friendly.
Luckily, the store at the Galleria Mall is a bold contrast! The service here is great, they are friendly and attentive.
Did some shopping here for mother’s day and I oddly enjoyed my experience. (I usually do not even like setting foot in jewelry stores).
If you live on the West side of Las Vegas looking for a replacement for the now closed store at the Meadows Mall, I recommend taking the extra drive to the Galleria.
