I am sooo in love with this studio! Sam’s cycle class was what sold me. John’s hot pilates class is amazing. I also like Yoga here with Michelle or Stephanie!
Generally, everyone at the front desk is also very friendly and welcoming! I am so excited to come for a good work out but my only complaint is the girl at the front desk, Jaxmin… Initially I asked if she can introduce me to the studio and I felt bothersome! I thought maybe it was just her bad day but now that I joined, not much has changed. It shows that she doesn’t enjoy her job or her customer service just sucks – I come here everyday & I think front desk is the face of a business and I hope to feel positivity upon the first step in the studio.

I love FSY! The staff makes you feel so welcomed and the instructors are amazing. I love Shannon’s spin class he makes it so fun! I took Andrea’s body sculpt class today and she was awesome! She encouraged me the whole time and is full of energy!

I have been taking the spin classes at FSY for about 3 months now and I am completely hooked. I recently moved to Vegas from Florida (where I had the absolute best barre and pilates studio) and was searching for studios for months. I finally decided to try FSY and I am so happy I did. I have only done spin so far because it was the first class I took and I love it so much. I have gone to almost all of the instructors’ classes and they are all amazing! The music is loud and fun and the room is heated and dark. By the end of the class I am drenched in sweat (I know that sounds gross, but I promise you will feel amazing). I appreciate the effort the instructors put into choosing the playlist, and actually knowing which song comes next. Sometimes spin classes can feel like the instructor is just doing it on the fly, and I love that the instructors at FSY have thought about their class before getting on the bike. I recently brought a girlfriend who came into town to visit from Orlando. She does not particularly love spin classes, but she was obsessed and I feel like, although she loves me ;), she would comes back to Vegas to visit me just for the class! If only they had a barre class, I would never have to go anywhere else!

I am so glad I found this studio! I initially purchased the 8 classes for $ 8 deal and it gave me a chance to take enough classes to decide if I wanted to commit to a membership. The first class I took was the Tabata class. It was an awesome but tough workout! However, the main reason I signed up was for the cycling classes and they do not disappoint. I have taken classes from a variety of instructors and they are all great and motivating in their own special way. Every class goes by quickly and feels like more fun than work.
The studio is really clean, spacious, and modern looking. Everyone I have encountered has been very nice and welcoming which isn’t always the case at niche fitness studios so that is a big plus in my book.

After hearing about cycling class for so long I finally decided to look into classes, regular gym workouts can get boring I love to switch it up!. I came across FSY after a little Unilocal research my sister and I decided to look into taking a class it was a very easy process to sign up. She signed up for the 8 classes for $ 8 & I had already registered for 2 free classes offer previously.

Everyone was very helpful including the students. The class with Sam was amazing! Very intense with good upbeat music lit with candles nice and dark but not too dark where you can’t see. My sister and I took a morning class so it for sure woke us right up! The room is heated which was a bit overwhelming at first for a first timer as me going at different paces but I got used to it since I have done hot yoga before. They provide fresh, clean towels no need to bring your own (for spin). I also took the battleropes & barefoot bootcamp taught by John, so amazing a workout that pushes you to be better and you feel great after! The locker rooms have locks and is very clean with showers. The lobby area is nice and spacious. I would recommend this place to everyone and I will be back!

I use Unilocal for a lot for the reviews. I was very excited about trying FSY because of them. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you how the classes are because I never got that far in the process. I went in to inquire and Sarah at the front desk was so completely unpleasant that I asked only a couple of questions and left. They really should have good customer service people if they want people to join the studio. BAD first, and last, impression!

I just recieved a phone call from the FSY staff that they are going to start a policy of a $ 10 charge per class that you don’t cancel two hours before. Life is not always predictable especially when you have children and a busy work schedule. Even if someone is single without children, things come up that are out of their control. It just appears that the owners are trying to nickel and dime loyal customers with no consideration. I have only seen a full class once of twice in many months of going to FSY. Just a few months ago they stopped offering towels and now have to be rented per towel at the front desk. This $ 10 charge policy is unnecessary and going to cost them business. I will be doing research for a new spin and fitness studio because this policy is unacceptable. If anyone has recommendations, I’d like to hear them as I’m leaving this studio soonest. Potential customers, look elsewhere if you would like to avoid being charged unfairly.

FSY — Fitness Cycle Yoga… I don’t know why it is not Spin in their motto. Nevertheless, I have only taken cycle at the studio and it is what I expected. I love that it is in Green Valley and not Summerlin.
I normally take SoulCycle in cities during my travels and that in itself is an experience. I enjoy the lighter warm up of cycle here with stretching on the bike. Sam and Stefane are great instructors. Sam (she) challenges you along the way and Stefane (he) tells you that it is all about you! The music is not too loud and weights are used in the class.
I don’t know if there are strict no cancel class policy after 5pm from the day before. However, to those that don’t come to class or is not on time, it is rude to riders and most importantly, the instructor. There were too many bikes left empty in the front row and I felt bad for Sam. At SoulCycle, front row is always coveted.
New to fitness… No worries. The staff is friendly and don’t hesitate to questions. I had to ask where the water fountain was located. There are awesome lockers of multi size and the locker room was clean. No need to bring your own lock. I think there are towels at the front desk for showers. I bought my own.

The spin class are awesome but the management isn’t. They offered 2 free introductory classes which I thought was great. Its far from my house but I was excited. I did the first class and I love it except for the fact I reserved 2 bikes next to each other for my husband I the day before and when we came we were separated. When I came in for the second class they told me I know owed money in front of a crowd of people. We figured it out I thought. Then I bought a groupon for 5 classes and came in a day prior to have it activated but the girl there could set it up because her phone fell in a pool and told me to come early for class the next day. I came in early and the gentleman there couldn’t tried several time to fix it before and after class. He finally set it I thought. Long story short every time I came in they told I was behind on payments and I need to pay if I wanted to do a class and they couldn’t find my groupon. Also my bike was change again and another customer told me they probably bumped me cause it happened to him. Another lady that was checking in before me also said she called to reserve a bike and she wasn’t even on the list. finally I calmly complained and one of girls was kind enough to restart my groupon. I did 2 classes and was told I had 1 class left and they girl said I don’t know why and I will figure it out. After I saw her hanging out up front she brushed me off and she didn’t know why again. I did get very upset and told them I to give my classes to someone else and have one of the owners to contact me and no one ever did.

Excellent Fitness Studio! First time trying this place and Andrea taught the Metcon Fitness class which was very intense and challenging — a great total body workout!
For those who are at a mid level workout pace this would be a good one to try.
They let you go at your own pace and have row machines, kettle bells, yoga mats available to use for the workout.
The class itself goes through a warm up then you start with a combination of squats, push ups, sit ups, rowing, kettle bell and you can do as many as 5 sets combination of all of those.
I felt very comfortable and energized. No pushy sales pitch trying to get you on a contract. In fact they have a month to month pay-​as-​you-​go plan which is nice. The facility has lockers, towels and 2 showers available. I noticed an area where kids could play while you workout not sure if it’s supervised though.
Very happy and I will be back to try their Core Fusion class!

Clean, new studio! Awesome friendly people. Great changing rooms with showers. Area for kids. Nice variety of classes. Took Andrea”s body sculpt class on Monday, Michelle’s core fusion class today, taking spin tomorrow. I can’t wait to try all the other classes as well!

Experienced a spin class this morning and it rocked! So fun, upbeat, dance style, good sweaty workout. I’ll definitely be back… With friends!

Wow! What a beautiful studio. I normally frequent another studio in town and I was invited by a friend to check out FSY with a free 2 class pass!
I went to a 9:30 cycle class taught by Sam and she really brings the energy! The music was on point and her choreography on the bike was to the beat of the music which helped you forget that you were sweating your a$$ off on a bike that goes nowhere. ;)
The studio is incredibly spacious and clean and the locker rooms are well appointed with lockers and two showers.
I did bring a personal towel along but no need because both inside the locker rooms and on your bike they provided you with one.
They have shoe rentals there that are free for your first class and a dollar after that.
The room for cycling is a dedicated room for it and they turn off all the lights except for some candles that light up the instructor platform.
I loved the dark room. I didn’t think i would like it, but it really helped you to focus on you and not everyone else around you.
Plus if you’re «choreography impaired» like I am you don’t have to worry about it being obvious that you’re off beat. ;)

As an avid indoor cyclist, I was extremely excited to try a class at this facility. If I had to break down what makes a cycling facility“great”, I think about 5 categories: Facility/​Bikes/​Staff (4), Instructor (5), Ride (Grudging 5), Music (5), Classmates (5)
I would love to become a regular here, but at the end-​of the day, while most everything about FSY was amazing, it’s just not my style.
Facility/​Bikes/​Staff
To start, this is a beautiful facility — clean, modern, bikes were well-​maintained (took a cycling class) and the front desk staff was very friendly.
The cycling room itself left a little to be desired — a) it was ridiculously hot in the cycling room and b) the bikes are really close together and the room pitch-​black dark, save for «candles» on instructor podium. The temp/​lighting (and the only reason for a ding from me) could have been addressed (couldn’t imagine what it would be like in a full class) but I think the other 2 are intentional (a la SoulCycle).
Instructor
I took class with Stephane and would recommend. Welcomed me at the beginning and checked-​in after class. The ride was clearly planned (nothing worse than feeling like the instructor is making it up as they go along) and he was encouraging throughout
Ride
I’ll preface this with: «the Soulcycle style of indoor cycling (fully dark room, dancing on a bike) is not my preferred style». I would even go so far as to say I hate it and think all of the «extras» are ridiculous and potentially dangerous– push-​ups on a bike are not push-​ups and 3 lb biceps curls aren’t doing much of anything.
HOWEVER, if that’s the kind of ride you like, and it really is a matter of preference, this seemed to be a great class — I think the rest of the class really enjoyed it. But if you’re looking for a more traditional cycling class (playing with varying resistance), this isn’t that.
Music
Not a lot to say here — the music was great and fit the ride.
Classmates
One of the risks of boutique gyms is that you end up with cliques and «mean-​girls». Didn’t have that vibe at all. The other people in my class were friendly and helpful!

I just took a spin class this morning with a new girl, I believe her name was Sam. It was amazing! I was sweating up a storm. The class flew by, it was so fun. Definitely go back.

Take Sam’s spin class! More advanced riders will love it! She is awesome! Best spin in Henderson!

Just took a spin class with FSY instructor Sam and got my 45 minute beatdown. Soaked with sweat and cycling to mad beats and phat bass it was just what I needed to jump start my week. Go online and book a bike as classes do tend to fill up. Right now, first two classes are free. Sam will be waiting for you.
