I had some services here and they GUARANTEED their service, which I have in writing. I didn’t get any results. I had my follow up appointments and was told that someone would be in contact with me. Nothing, finally after 6 weeks I call them. No return call. I kept calling and now three months later finally got a call back from two very rude ladies. Horrible experience do not waste your time or MONEY

Paid a lot of money for coolsculpting and saw no results. Offered me my money back and then screwed up the refund. My friend experienced the same results and was treated horribly and has yet to have been offered her money back. Be careful who you talk to there. One day they are there and the next day, they’re gone and nothing they’ve guaranteed you is honored.

I want laser hair removal. I called to make an appointment but the girl couldn’t even give me a range for pricing. I asked if I should expect to pay $ 500 or $ 20,000 and she told me I’d have to meet with the consultants. They’ve been advertising 50% off on the radio. 50% of $ 20,000 is still outside the price I’m willing to pay. …especially after these horrible reviews. I’m sorry but I can’t walk into a place with the expectation that I’m going to get scammed.

I paid ALOT of money for this. Laser of my bikini line, lower legs, underarms and upper lip. The procedure is very uncomfortable and I have a very high pain tolerance. My upper lip has never been clean. It never worked on there. I now notice that my underarm hair is starting to grow back. My last treatment was in December of last year (I think) I’m REALLY disappointed that they dark hair on my lip can’t be taken off since my skin is light. Its supposed to work well with that combination. I am really frustrated that I spent all that money.

Pricey but reasonable, i love the staffs here. im doing the laser hair removal treatment for my underarms pretty painful but its worth it and i got it for 70% off. :) how did i get it? i listen to a radio and they mentioned ideal image offer 70% off hair removal just mentioned the dj’s name.

It is expensive but totally worth it, in my opinion. There are always promotions going on, which helps a lot. The staff are willing to work with you to make things happen. I’ve been on the quest to have hairless legs and underarms. So far the results are incredible. I’ve come in four times and already I am barely growing hair. I am beyond satisfied with the service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I will most certainly be back for more when I finish up these treatments and save up a bit!

Some areas work really well. Other areas not great. About 60 – 70 percent effective on my lower leg after ten sessions.
It’s not horrible but don’t believe that it is painless. It is pretty uncomfortable at many points.
Also some people get a hive like rash from the treatments.
The people are really nice but out of three areas I had done only one had 100% success they others are about 70%

Here is my update. I finally made the decision to contact Ideal Image and schedule a consultation to discuss my disappointment. The woman I met with was extremely personable and was willing to listen and to take another look at me and the way my procedure was done. Unfortunately, her conclusion was that there may have been a better way to do my procedure in order to give better results. Apparently, she has researched within her organization and this has never happened to anyone else. She did agree that my initial consultation was not accurate and the person who originally did my coolsculpting no longer works there. I had 4 sessions originally done. When all is said and done the corporate office in Denver is willing to redo 2 sessions free of charge. Because my belly and love handles are a bit giggly some part of the procedure did work, they say, so they are willing to only pay for half. I am not sure that this is fair and I am awaiting a call from the regional manager in Denver who made this decision. Another follow up to come soon.

Okay… So this place is not cheap. But if figured I’ve been getting a bikini wax and the line on my stomach for 25 years! I added that up being $ 30 a month for 20+ years and it comes to $ 115,000. That being said I love this place after my first few treatments the hair is basically gone. No more waxing. So it worked for me. And I don’t have to go get waxed every month!

Such a disappointment. I got my chin, neck, upper lip and sideburns done. Paid over $ 3,000 and I still have to shave everyday. No money back guarantee and touch ups cost $ 60 per session. Such a rip off and I am more upset now than when I decided to get it done because not only do I have embarrassing facial hair but I also dumped $ 3k for nothing. Not the best self esteem fix. Don’t listen to the commercials from the DJ’s. They are only pushing them because they get free sessions. Must be nice.
On a positive note the staff is nice.

I was burned by the lasers they used 7 months ago, pretty badly, I had scabs on my bikini area and I have pictures.
The staff here is very nice, and friendly, the office is nice and clean they tried to help.
Of course they are nice, they want your money! And for about a 2 thousand dollars a treatment they should be nice!
I moved to California recently and started getting laser hair removal here by a place called blue cocoon and not only is the place I go to now amazing, they’re lasers are newer and a lot more advanced, and gentler, their staff is just as nice, if not nicer. Not to mention a FRACTION of the cost of ideal image.
The lasers at the new salon I go to have a cooling air laser and is not painful at all compared to the lasers that burned me at ideal image.
That being said IDEAL IMAGE is a RIP OFF! Beware of these so called «sales», «discounts», these are lies. I now pay a SIGNIFICANT amount less than I did at ideal image and there are no discounts at my new place. Ideal image lasers are not the newest technology and burned my skin which was extremely embarrassing! Please do your research when getting laser hair removal. I had asked the girl doing my hair removal how long she had been doing it she said 6 months!

Again, they have done a great job. After many years of shaving and waxing I decided to go to the Henderson Ideal Image. I started waxing at the age of 12 and have been very self conscious of my dark hair. The first time I went the front office staff, consultants, and registered nurses made sure to answer all of my questions and make sure I felt comfortable with the procedures. Yes, the packages are pricey but the quality and long term results are worth it. I have seen good results after only a few sessions. I would recommend this to my friends.

The staff is so nice! And their staff are all registered nurses so you feel so comfortable and at ease during the treatments. Definitely worth it. Its a permanent solution and now I don’t have to worry about waxing ever again. I personally think it is less painful than waxing. I would and do recommend them to all my friends!

Let me say this… my total package cost me $ 4500 for underarms & bikini line. That was 3 years ago. I have pale white skin with dark hair so apparently thats the most receptive skin/​hair combo to the laser and this may be the reason I had good results.
Well, as much as I paid, I would have to say that scheduling my laser appointments was such a pain in the ass… they only let you come in every three months. If you do not schedule it in advance they are ALWAYS too busy to take you and often you have to wait 4 weeks out when your hair is growing back in. Same situation arises if you need to reschedule a booking. ugh.
The laser feels like someone is taking a rubber band and pulling it back as far as they possibly can and snapping it against your skin. (pretty darn painful at times.) I refused any numbing creams and was able to make it through each session.
At the end of your contract when all of your sessions are complete, you then have to start paying for «touch ups» so basically it is NOT permanent!!! However, my hair has been greatly reduced and I get touch ups about every 4 to 5 months.
So its the kind of investment that you have to keep investing in…
Was it worth it? (The ONLY reason I’m giving it 4 stars)
1. I DO love not having underarm hair
2. If you have an insecurity. you gotta’ do what you gotta’ do to make yourself happy ;)
Otherwise I’d give it 3 stars because:
1. Total ripoff how much they are charging people.
2. Scheduling is a nightmare at times.

Expensive but great! Friendly staff! The laser removal is performed by nurses, so it made me feel more comfortable since there are side effects anytime a laser is involved. I also felt extremely comfortable and would recommend this place to anyone with unwanted hair.
A lot of people told me not to get laser hair removal and said it would just grow back. It’s been about a year since my last treatment and the hair hasn’t come back. I understand that with hormone changes it can happen, but so far I’m extremely happy!
Ideal Image has a good «touch up» program that comes with every package you buy so if you need to go back for a few little spots you can and only pay per laser pulse. (don’t have to buy another package)
Listen to the radio, they usually have specials. Also, around holidays they will have special promos… so research the prices before you buy a package so you get a better deal.
