I had my IPhone repaired here today. I received super quick and friendly service. Before coming here, I comparison shopped another place that told me I needed a fully diagnostic service and was going to charge me around $ 100.00 for that, but here I was only charged $ 40.00 to replace the battery port. I really appreciate the honest service and I would highly recommend this place!

After waiting 45 minutes to return to the store on a «be back in 15 minutes sign» the owner fixed my phone and checked the screen during my initial visit. He said it was in complete working order. When I left I had a lot of errands to run and didn’t even have time to use my phone. It cost $ 160. When I arrived home I was so excited to use my newly fixed phone, however, the screen was still glitching. I called him the following day(which happened to be Christmas Eve-and I knew it was a bad day to call but I wanted to be sure I called ASAP) with no answer I assumed he would call again after the holiday. Today is Monday. I never received a call so I returned to the store with now a new crack(that just appeared without dropping or damaging it and I have read it can be from tightening the parts to tightly on the screen) to see what an be done just for the glitch. He called me a liar over and over and pointed in my face saying«you people always want or expect something free». All I wanted was a little understanding on the glitch and wondered if he could help me because I need a new phone. Maybe split the difference because the glitch never went away after being«fixed». He blamed me and told me it wasn’t his fault and that I am a liar like«all the other people around here». Thank you sir for your racist ignorant comments-I will never recommend this place to anyone and if I could give no stars I would.

First do not call their customer service, they don’t answer. I took a cartridge back to the store today because my printer stopped accepting it. They told me that HP writes into their newer software a way to detect non branded cartridges and that you need to put a original empty one back into the printer to reset the software. I get that, but my question to them is why didn’t you tell me that when I bought the cartridge after I asked if it would work in my new HP8610 printer? His tone was a bit rude, when he stated that it states it in the fine print in the packaging. That didn’t help me after using it a few times before getting the issue. Good customer service would be, to let your customers know that there may be a problem up front before they purchase,(if this is a known issue) so that we can make the choice if we want to go through the hassles of resetting the printer every so often to save money. I have bought many cartridges there before over the years with no issues for other printers. However, they have lost me as a customer because of the tone he used when I suggested that that would of been good to know the issues upfront.

This store has limited hours and twice in last couple weeks they put a sign on door be back shortly. How long is that? If you want ink cartridges refilled there is another option down Eastern called Cartridge World or Costco has started to provide this service.
