J. Crimi is hands down the best place for glasses. They carry all types of frames including high end designer fashions. The owner James is an amazing man — super friendly, patient and kind. He will work with you wherever he can as far as pricing. Such excellent customer service in a beautiful professional atmosphere. Don’t go anywhere else!

J Crimi is a great guy to work with! I saw a sign that said «Free Repair» as I was making the wrong turn into the Trader Joe plaza and decided to go in and ask if they could help me with my eyewear. He was able to fix, fit, and clean up both my eyewear in under 5 mins and was so nice!!! He also gave me cleaners and I wasn’t even a permanent customer. I will definitely be back when it’s time for my eye exam again. The boutique is very upscale looking and very sleek. I like the cleaniness, not cluttered at all. Minimalist design floor plan. LOVE!

Had James make me glasses and when they were not right (the prescription was written incorrectly by the doctor) had no problem is getting the glasses redone at no charge! Then I took a pair of glasses into James that needed decorative stones replaces (I had not purchased them from him). It turned out that I was missing 16 stones! James not only spent the tedious amount of time finding and installing them on my glasses, but he again would not charge me! The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They have adjusted various frames that I have and never a charge, always so friendly.
Will always recommend J Crimi Eyewear for not only great repairs, but also great service and quality of workmanship! Beautiful selection of frames and accessories too!

I went in to get a nose pad replaced on my glasses. They were super friendly and when the job was complete, I was told it was on the house! Where else can you go for friendly service like that?! Thanks guys! I will definitely be back!

I went in again because the leather on the frames of my glasses was looking rough. We decided to take it off and polish the gold frame underneath. I went to pick them up and they looked like new glasses! And once again. NO CHARGE! Thanks again, guys!

Very awesome service. I ordered my glasses online and it was too loose. Went here to get my glasses adjusted. No charge at all! They even gave me a free lens cleaner spray.

Jim Crimi owns this business — Not only does he really know eyeglasses (frames and lenses) but he designs many of the frames he sells. My husband and I have been using his services for the past 3 years and find that Jim is very easy to work with and «right on» when it comes to what looks good on both of us and lots of other folks as well. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim! Also, if you need an outstanding optometrist Jim has a good guy that works in a small office in his shop.

The ONLY place in Vegas to shop for glasses or sunglasses. Personal service that’s second to none. And there can’t be a nicer guy in town. Amazing selection from affordable to high end.

Oh this guy is quite a gem! I love this place OMG it’s so chic!!! It’s so glam and J is Absoultley friggin ughhhhmazing at what he does!!! Phenomenal customer service and I mean he CARES AND IT SHOWS! I will never go to any other eye glass place but his EVER! I first saw the 1960 Cadilliac parked in the lot advertizing eyewear. I loved the car but I had no need for an eyewear store. Because I frequent this particular shopping center, I later observed a sign which boasted of «free eyewear repair» which I also didn’t need. Little did I realize what a roll all this would play down the road. I happen to wear Maui Jim sunglasses and somehow how I had lost the screws which held the lenses in place. I put my Maui Jim’s in my glove compartment and began to use other glasses which I had collected over the years. They just were not the same. I finally pulled my Maui Jim’s out of the glove box and remembered the sign that said free repair. I knew where the car was so I drove to that center. That is when I actually discovered the store. I took my broken Maui Jim’s in and met J Crimi who told me he would make them good as new in a few hours. As it turns out he is from Syracuse, NY where I use to work, which lead to another entire discussion. He fixed my sunglasses for free and when he finished they looked better than new. I truly cannot say enough good things about this business.
First off the owner is such an awesome guy, so helpful, patient, and nice. He is always willing to work with you and make sure you are 100% satisfied.
The store itself is BEAUTIFUL! Great modern style, comforting and cool. There is literally always always always sales, markdown shelves. The selection of frames, literally incredible. He carries totally different frames that you will not find anywhere else!
My frames had broke and I went in thinking I was going to have to spend a ton of money to get a new pair of glasses. He could have easily taken me for all my money (lol). But instead he checked out my lenses and gave me about 10 different pair that I could choose from that my lenses would fit in. Saved me hundreds. And they are the best frames I’ve ever had I totally love them. Not to mention I sat in the store for an hour or two trying on different frames and he was honest and helped me pick out the perfect pair.

This place is great — highly recommended! One of the arms from my Ray-​Ban came off and I needed it repaired. I found this place on Unilocal and I’m glad I did. The service was top-​notch and these guys are hilarious. You can really see how skillful and passionate they are. Best of all, the service was free and they even gave me a maintenance kit to keep my shades clean! It was unexpected. Thanks again for making my day! Best of luck to you guys.

If I could give him a negative 10 stars I would and though it seems I am in the minority this review is LONG over due…
I am new to wearing reading glasses and went to Jay because of these glowing 5star reviews… my experience was not so great. My first pair of just reading glasses were ok but extremely heavy. I was stupid enough to go back after spending a fortune the first time. My first words were «they are too heavy & I have to take them on and off all the time.»
So he set me up with top of the line bifocal lenses… they were also heavy but more importantly the reading window was so small I had to move my head to read! He said I had to get used to them and to give it three weeks. I
I did and the he tried to tell me it was my fault and he begrudgingly agreed to not refunding me the difference for regular reading glasses but giving me two for the price which never happened.
So for another year I had heavy reading glasses I had to take on and off while working with clients in a daily basis.
Last week I tried LENSCRAFTERS!!! What a different AND pleasant experience. I actually got what I wanted light fashionable frames AND the verilux bifocals that are terrific!
Jay…you are dirt in my book with NO integrity and the whole world will know it! You took advantage of a two time cancer survivor on a budget! Your well off clients can have you!

Wow! This is my go to place for real designer glasses. The selection is totally posh. Tom Ford, Gucci, Dolce and Gabanna… service is impeccable. Henderson’s hidden gem of high fashion eyewear. The motto of «you won’t believe your eyes» is spot on! The store looks like it should be at a high end hotel! Highly recommend!

J Crimi Eyewear is definitely the best spot in town for tremendous service and chic eyewear. I have been buying my glasses from J Crimi since his store opened. I would not dare purchase glasses anywhere else. I have had a couple pairs of glasses break due to my own negligence and Jim has always been great about getting them repaired for me and he always does it with a hug and a smile. I could not be happier about the service I have received from Jim.
Whenever someone tells me they need new glasses I will always refer them to J Crimi Eyewear because I know they will not be disappointed by the service or selection.

I’m really not sure how I was able to see before J. Crimi but since finding this gem of an eyewear boutique in Henderson, Nevada I can not only see clearly but I do so with some style now!
Jim, the owner is extremely knowledgable about glasses, has an amazing sense of style and makes me feel like family every time I come in. He has made me look good for 2 years now since getting my first pair of glasses.
I love going to J. Crimi for my eyewear needs and actually stop in occasionally just to say hi and see Jim. That says a heck of a lot about the quality of the person running a business.

Every time I go in here I feel like a rock star! The atmosphere has a great vibe and Jim is totally dedicated to each and every customer! Jim and Kenny are exceptionally helpful and can answer any question you have. I personally love all the Dolce and Gabbana and Tom Ford-​have purchased Prada there that still haven’t seen anywhere else. He has
an awesome collection!!! Really cool place– would never go anywhere else! Prices range from inexpensive to high end.

They offer their customers drinks, professional opinions, with a smile! I absolutely love this place, and I will never purchase glasses from anywhere else. I was buying my first pair of reading glasses and decided to go to walmart at first, the prices they give you seemed fair, but before I decided to buy anything, I stopped at J Crimi. Not only was the service better but the prices were actually cheaper than walmart, which shocked me!
I got lucky because I purchased my glasses before Christmas so they had the best sale ever! I would highly recommend this place to everyone I know because I’m that confident in them. By far the greatest place to go!
