History

Established in 2011.

Ken Wolfson began his career in the City of Las Vegas developing mixed use building concepts in downtown in the spring of 2003.

Later he broke ground on his first project The Avenue, completed in 2008.

The Avenue is a 5 Story modern loft building comprised of residential modern lofts and commercial office space on the ground floor. It is Las Vegas’ first boutique mixed use modern loft building.

Ken Wolfson was the developer of record for the project. His unique vision took the project from land acquisition to concept design to completed construction. May 5^th, 2008 Mayor Oscar Goodman awarded Mr. Wolfson with a public proclamation ceremony announcing to the community that Wolfson’s Avenue project ushers in a new era of luxury modern loft living.

A passion grew for all things modern and his portfolio expanded into events and interior décor.

Opening Modern Studio Ltd in 2011, Ken Wolfson is making his unique, modern, eclectic interior décor looks available to home owners.
