Kharizma Salon and Day Spa

I have been going to the same stylist for eight years but since she recently quit doing hair, I have been left to find a new one. It’s taken me a few months but I think I found my new stylist! I called this morning to ask about walk ins. My hair was so long and I needed it cut asap. I talked to Kaycee and she said to come now and she would fit me in. I was so glad I didn’t have to wait! She got me right in. She started with washing my hair which always feels nice. I explained what I wanted and she did such a great job giving me the cut I wanted. She spent the time to make sure it was perfect and that I was happy. I left feeling very good about the cut. I didn’t even have to go home and restyle it. She was nice and made conversation with me. She offered advice and tips on how to care for my hair. She gave me a 15% off coupon for my next visit. The hair cut cost me $ 35 which is an awesome price! I’ll be back for sure! I met the owner of the salon and she was just as nice and friendly. All in all, I am very happy with my experience and would recommend Kaycee to others!

I went for color and Jennifer was amazing. She was super sweet and made sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it… even though I’m picky and she had to redo a section. I will for sure be returning to see her.

Not impressed. Husband and I wanted pedicures, this place is suppose to be a full service salon. Not so much. They had no one to do nails. Turned our business away. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came in here for my birthday today and wasn’t sure what I wanted. I have natural bright red hair and I didn’t want to change my color but I wanted something different. Lacy was incredible! She did beautiful blonde highlights and put a deep red toner on my hair to make my natural color and the highlights pop! I am so happy with the service I got here and I will come back to her every chance I get!

Recently started coming here to get my hair done by Jennifer. She’s friendly and I love my haircut! The atmosphere is friendly and laid back.

Went in on a busy day, a Saturday, and Valentine’s Day. My daughter received highlights and a trim. We had originally gone in just for a trim, and the last minute highlight decision did not affect April, our stylist, who was in a good mood and was very helpful with my daughter’s hair, as she had never received highlights before. April also helped me out and asked another employee if I could get a pedicure while I waited, which was again, a last minute decision on my part. They had Valentine’s Day goodies set up for the employees (and maybe even the patrons but I did not ask), it was a cute detail. Received a pedicure and the woman who I got was friendly. She was also very excited about the recent change in management, and exclaimed how happy she was with the husband and wife team. It says a lot when the employees are happy with their workplace. Convenient location from our home. Will be back again!

The atmosphere there is so nice. There are new owners, who genuinely care about their costomers & like to make sure everyone leaves happy! Everyone around the place was very helpful. When it came to walking in the front door to being under the dryer untill leaving. It is sometimes quiet in there, because a lot of people don’t realize it’s there and how many things they have to offer.

The salon has recently come under new management, and all I can say is how great it has become! I booked a 50-​minute Swedish/​Deep Tissue Massage last week and it was one of the best I have ever received. The atmosphere in the massage room is so quiet and peaceful it’s like you’re in a completely different place! The therapist found knots I never even knew I had and got me to relax more than I have been able to in a long time. I also have frequent headaches that no amount of Advil can help with and within the first ten minutes of the massage, he had my headache gone! I will definitely keep coming back for massages at Kharizma Salon and Day Spa! :)

I went in here a few months and it was such a bad experience. I went to get my bangs cut $ 5 that’s it. The hair stylist smelled of smoke as if she just came back from smoking outside. It took her 20 mins to cut my bangs. Which is just ridiculous. The salon needs a makeover badly! Will never go here again!

Such a great experience. I’m always hesitant on someone cutting my hair. Summer was great she did everything I wanted, was very professional. Will definitely be going back to them again.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my stylist. I came to Kharizma with a referral from a friend to get my hair done. Well. let me just tell you, I got hooked up! Summer Sackett is AMAZING! I came in with 10 pictures of short A line bobs that I have been looking at for quite some time. I had long blond hair and was very hesitant to cut, but have been wanting to try the short look. Summer was so understanding, and she took her time. She gave me her whole attention and took me step by step into my hair cut. Pretty much she created my own personal haircut. A little bit of this and that to my liking and comfort. I absolutely LOVE my new style and color she did! I have been getting so many complements on it. Even at the gym when I haven’t done anything to it yet. Kharizma is a drive for me, but SOOOO WORTH IT!!! You need your hair done? See Summer Sackett!

I got a hot stone massage and leg rejuvenator with Alecia, on a Livingsocial deal. The massage was very good and even at full price, it would have been a fair deal. I had no problems redeeming my coupon, even though I ended up booking a couple of days past the exp. The leg rejuvenator part was just okay, and not something I would personally purchase again. It was a intense calf and foot exfoliation followed by a short massage of the calves and feet.
If you’re in the area, you should give Alecia a try. The venue is a little lacking in ambience, but the price is right.

They have nice people and the location is convenient.

Words can not express how terrible this was for me. I live close to this «salon», and thought I would check it out. I used to work in a casino, so I had odd days off. I think I went in on a Tuesday or Wednesday … Around ten or eleven…
First off the place was a ghost town. I think there was one other customer there, getting her nails done… I asked the receptionist for an eyebrow wax, and a pedicure. She rudely told me how «lucky» I was that there where staff to help me today. The front lobby has chairs, but is over whelmed by the amount of junk that they are trying to sell… fold out tables full of jewelry, purses, hair products and what not.
I felt like I was in a flea market… To me, salons should sell two or three things… Nail polish, shampoo, and possibly skin care… So it doesn’t come off so… garage sale like.
The wax lady did my eyebrows UN believably thin. Scary thin. I’ve seen newborn babies with more eyebrows then what she thought «fit my face.». During my wax, all she could do was talk about the depressed lady in her apartments that she thought was going to commit suicide… Awkward.
Next came my pedicure… When asked if I wanted my nails clipped, I said only a little, because my nails do not grow, and I usually just get them filed. She hacked off my nail on my big toe. There was so much skin to nail ratio… It looked like my big toe had a muffin top. On the little nails that she did file… She filed the skin to the point where it burned.
She also had long blonde hair, that she did not tie back during my treatment… And she was shedding on ME. When she was rubbing the lotion into my legs, I could feel her hair rubbing into my skin. She took her grotesque nails and peeled it off of my legs. Which he thought was quite amusing, because she giggled when she did it. Can you say unprofessional?
Disgusting. And never, ever again.

I was able to book a spa package (30 min facial, 50 min massage, manicure and pedicure) for 2 people and a massage for my husband at the last minute. All three of us enjoyed our massage with Kevin, LMP. If I lived in the area, I would go and see Kevin all the time.
