I really like Dr. Kroll. In fact, I like all the docs at this practice as I’ve had appointments with each of them over the years. The staff are also usually pretty great and patient. Good selection of frames, contacts, etc. too. Wait times are minimal. And I like that everything is all high-​tech. No need for drops to dilate your eyes or anything. And Dr. Kroll is great at things beyond standard eye exams too. If you’ve got a strange eye ailment, he’ll be helpful and caring. He’s thorough, knowledgable, friendly. As far as doctors go, he’s great.

It’s hard to find new Dr’s. Esp when you know what you want but this place and the Dr. Is very nice and knowledgeable.

Dr Kroll was very friendly and took the time to explain my exam results to me. His exam was very thorough and he caught an astigmatism in my eye that my previous eye doctor was unable to detect. The staff was also very friendly.

The staff is fantastic in his office. They are so accommodating in times of need. I had something stuck under my eyelid, they squeezed me in that day. I had a problem with my contact (a possible reaction), no questions asked, they asked me to come in. Dr. Kroll is also a very nice person all the way around. Helpful, understanding, funny and thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs eye care!

Knowledgeable in his field, and very patient with patients. I have recommended Dr Kroll to my friends and family members, all of which had the same positive responses! The staff are very courteous and are very happy, which leaves an awesome impression when arriving or leaving from an appointment. There’s also a good selection of name brand frames, if you’re looking for something special to wear. Also a vast selection of contact lenses with staff that can help you make choices and recommendations.

Dr Kroll has been in Vegas for years and he truly cares about his patients. He is very friendly and runs on time. A place you can come and feel comfortable with his diagnosis.

I have been seeing Dr. Kroll for the past several years and he is amazing! The amount of knowledge and passion he has for sight is refreshing. He is able to build rapport with any patient and continues to learn about vision. He even works with you. For example, they stopped taking my medical insurance. He gave me a discount for the work I do in the community and made sure I had what I needed to take care of my vision. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants the best eye care.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kroll for the past few years now and he is definitely as good as it gets.
You can tell he’s very busy and has more than one appointment at one time, but no matter how old or young you are, he is definitely able to connect with his patients. He’s very understanding, and even if you tell him that you have kept your contacts in longer than you’re suppose to, or if he knows you don’t take your contacts off every night, he’s still able to relate and knows that everyone is human.
His staff is very friendly and I have never felt uncomfortable visiting for my annual eye exams. Dr. Kroll is definitely an optometrist I would recommend to all my friends and family and a doctor I will continue to see for years to come.
