This Firm was started in March 2008 to offer the Las Vegas community an alternative to the Las Vegas Bankruptcy Mills!

Business Owner
Dawn M. Papaeliou attended the University of Nevada-Reno where she completed her undergraduate degree in pre-veterinary medicine. Ms. Papaeliou graduated with high honors in May 1997. Despite being accepted for admission in the veterinary medicine program at various universities including Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, she prepared for a career within the legal profession.
In 1999, Ms. Papaeliou was admitted to the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. She graduated with a Juris Doctorate in May 2002. Ms. Papaeliou passed the State Bar Exam on her first attempt and was admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada in December 2002.
Ms. Papaeliou has worked on multiple sides of the bankruptcy process over the past decade. She worked as debtor’s counsel for two local bankruptcy firms. She also worked for a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee and for the Department of Justice Office of the United States Trustee.
