Lock N Load Tactical

This is one of my Go to gun shops in Las Vegas. Been going here for three years. Leo and the other guys are super cool and helpful. I recommend this gun shop to anybody who’s interested in firearms

I bought 2 guns from here. Great experience, the staff was more than helpful and always eager to help. They will show you 100 guns and be patient with you as you hold every gun in the display case and then end up buying nothing. Awesome crew and Leo is the man!

Worst service ever! Once you walk in it’s an awkward silence and all they do is stare at you…3^rd time is the charm never coming back here again. I’m guessing I’m invisible or something or maybe they just profile people to see if it’s worth their time to speak to you… no one helped me out all 3 times I’ve gone to this place wanting to buy some firearms. Missed out on big sales $$$

Lots of guns and gun parts and the ONLY shop where I was able to find an adjustable gas block and not only that, it wasn’t marked up like crazy.
Customer service could use a little work. When I walked in I looked through the aisles as I always do with all gun shops then I walk towards the back where 4 guys were. I looked each on straight in the eye expecting a «hey how can I help you» or «can I help you find anything». Everyone made eye contact and looked down or just turned around blatantly ignoring me. All but ONE guy who helped me with my gas block and it happened to be the same guy that I spoke to over the phone. I forgot his name but he was really helpful.

Great experience

The guys that work here are friendly. I come in every so often and always like interacting with Jimmy. He is knowledgeable, very friendly and can explain function and features of the guns which, for someone like me who isn’t very experienced is great. Some of the inventory seems redundant (beef jerky?) and guns are almost too stocked, which I guess is better than under. I recommend this place over anywhere!

This was my first time purchasing a firearm and it was a great experience! I’m a novice in the gun world and had many questions prior to choosing my rifle and the guys (mainly one, but two others chimed in as well) were incredibly patient and helpful in answering all of them. We spent probably 45 minutes to 1 hour discussing the functions of the different parts on the gun along with comparing/​contrasting different makes and models. I left with not only a bada** firearm, but way more knowledge about it as well (including safety precautions). I am super stoked about my purchase and will definitely be returning!

Nice assortment of guns. Name says it all, Geared towards the tactical minded shopper. The handguns are placed standing up so you get the top view of the gun so they can display more guns in the cases. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Bought my XDs .40 here yesterday. Business is boomin! A lot of stock and good customer service here.

So two experiences about Lock & Load in one day which is why this has a middle rating.
First experience, I walked in looking for a MP9C and i dont have his name, younger asian male with glasses, asked what I was looking for and showed me what they had being a Tan and Black MP9C. I asked him if they had any black MP9C’s and he said no they are backorderedand they dont know when they would be getting more so I would have to call back next friday to find out if they got one. So my responce was ok I don’t care enough about color. Then he looks at me and says with attitude «Well I Do because this one is $ 50 more» which caught me by surprise because im the one buying it not him. Then precided to put the gun away without really allowing me to look at it. So I gladly turned around and walked out. Dont know if he just didnt want to help me because im female and came in with my daughter in arms or if he was just having an attitude problem. I preceded to go home and wait for my husband to get home then went back that same afternoon and bought that same MP9C from a different rep there that was nothing but helpful and answered all my questions without any attitude at all… I would just like to point out my first taste of this store was nothing but disrespect. 2^nd experience was wonderful and made my day as i got the gun i wanted. My husband purchased a MP9 there last week and had amazing time so i thought i would just share this. Just because females come in a gun store doesnt mean they shouldn’t get the same respect a male does and im sorry if this upsets anyone but it almost had me not go back if it wasnt for my husbands awesome time there previously.

I’m not into writing a lengthy review. But this place is a great place to buy a weapon the people that work there are great. Very helpful and courteous. I will definitely be back!

Came in to pick up a few needed items that where not in stock at another shop (the gun shop) and was helped out promptly.
Great inventory of accessories and guns! Would recommend this be your first stop if you need mags, holsters, or a new piece for the collection!

I have bought 2 handguns and 2 lower receivers from this store. They are friendly and professional. They are my first stop when it comes to guns. They have always taken care of me and answered any questions I’ve had. I recommend that everyone in the market for guns, ammo etc. check them out.

Been going here since it opened and I’ve never had an issue! They are very polite and informative. No pushy sales people, just gun lovers like me. If you ask a question the politely answer and give their opinions. It’s ultimately up to you on what firearm to purchase. I highly recommend this place! And if you are wondering, yes I’ve purchased over thousands of dollars in firearms because of the competitive pricing. If you’re sensitive about customer service, be prepared. Do your own research on what you like before going there or any gun store. There’s so much information out there. Once your ready then ask them and it will make everyone’s time easier. Leo has been the one to always help me. He’s very knowledgeable and honest on what firearm he suggest. But as always it is personal preference. Nevertheless I highly suggest Lock N Load!

We came in to buy my first gun today, so I do not have a ton of gun knowledge, but the guys at lock n load were super nice and helpful. They answered all my questions, even if my questions may have sounded stupid. Kevin helped us the first time we came in and the gun I wanted to look at was sold out so he texted us as soon as it came in so we could come and look at it. Mark helped us on the day we bought the gun and was super nice and helpful as well, even while they were super busy on a Saturday afternoon.
This place gets a ⁵⁄₅ from me because it has the largest gun selection I have seen out of all the stores I have been to in the Vegas/​Henderson area, and also because of the excellent service. It made our gun purchasing experience quite pleasant. I will definitely be back for my next gun!

I was in the other day to purchase 2 handguns. I was trying to find one for me and my wife in the same caliber. I was talking to the salesman for a minute, and a guy and girl walked in and he just walked away. I was in mid sentence and the guy walked away. What is wrong with this place! Nice selection but their customer service STINKS. I should of trusted the reviews about the bad customer service. The store has a nice selection of guns and supplies, but they wont get a dime from me.

I had a great experience at Lock N Load. I went to look at a PPQ and worked with two sales guys to look at and eventually purchase aforementioned PPQ. I was very apprehensive to come into the store after reading some of the Unilocal reviews, but both sales guys I spoke to were very friendly and knowledgeable.

NEVER in my my life have a had a worse experience with a business in my life.
I had my gun sent to me from Miami, Fl. And chose this store because it was the closest to my house and they accepted transfers. From the very first time I called I sensed a cockiness but had already has the gun sent to this store. My gun arrived, I went in got my background check PAID all the fees and was put on a 3 day hold which I was fine with being that I lived in 2 states in the last 5 years.
They called me 3 days later to pick up my gun and told me I passed background, when I got there I was told that my addresses didn’t match on my background and my drivers license and they could not release my gun. I asked to speak to the owner and Karla the «owner» came out and was loud and confrontational right away and clearly told me I LIED on my application. I told her I was in the process of moving and she continued to say I was lying and making a scene in her own store.
She told me they would transfer to another store and I was asked to leave the store. I received a call 10 minutes later from Karla to tell me that the receipt I gave them did not indicate that I had paid the fees. I was in disbelief, I had to go into my bank account and send them proof that the $ was withdrawn from my account, after all this I asked for my gun to be sent to Discount Guns and Ammo where I went in showed my ID and picked up my gun with no problems at all and was out if there in 20 minutes, I was told there was nothing wrong with my paperwork and that they dealt with conflicting addresses regularly.
Lock n load needs some serious customer service training and needs to realize they are not the only gun store in town. If you do need to go there ask for Kevin, he was actually nice and very professional.

This place is located in a great location just off the 215/​Eastern. It’s hard to find a reputable gun dealer in town but this store is one of my three favorites mainly due to their selection and customer service. I purchased a highly sought after Springfield Operator 1911 pistol that was sold out everywhere.
When I went into the store I was greeted repeatedly by the staff who were extremely knowledgeable with all the weapons. They had a wall full of rifles that will fill the need of any true hunter or sportsman. I was mostly impressed by their customer service skills. It seems lately that local businesses in Las Vegas want to scam or deceive customers but this place is all about their business and it glowed by the professionalism they exhibited.
If you want to know of businesses to stay away from in Las Vegas just take a peak at my reviews and they speak for themselves! Keep up the great work Lock N Load. I plan on purchasing several more tools of the trade from you in the future!
