LV Nails & Spa

I have been going here for about 8 months now, and every time I have left more than beyond happy! I usually just do walk ins and never had an actual «nail girl» but I def just found my girl! I had an appt set up with someone who was actually on vacation, (i didn’t mind nor did I understand the goof up) but I was then passed on to Layca, and OMG! I wish I met her sooner.
She was so persistent on making sure I was relaxed and I loved that part. Her massages were amazing, and beyond that she was very sweet and had great insight on my toe pain. And once she cleaned everything up and took her TIME I had NO pain at all! I work two jobs and I am on my feet all day, and the type of shoes I wear at both don’t help the way my toes grow naturally, so she curved the corners and kept the top flat across! I was there for over an hour, that’s with my appt starting on time, and receiving the royal pedicure.
Clean salon, very happy and helpful employees, I love it here. the best part of it all is I dont have to be hunched over watching her do everything making sure she does it the way I want… She already knows! So recline the massage chair, close your eyes and enjoy it!

LV NAILS IS THE BEST SALON IN TOWN!
I’ve been coming to this wonderful establishment for over a year and a half. The salon is clean and they have a very relaxing environment. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful when you need to choose a polish. Speaking of polish, they have the largest collection of gel colors as well as regular nail polish. I usually see Phoebe for my gel polish and regular pedicure. She is wonderful and always friendly! I see Kat for my eyebrow wax and she is fantastic! Keep up the great work ladies! Try them out you won’t be disappointed!

I love this place!!! The Royal Spa pedicure is amazing! I wear sandals all year long and my heels get dry and cracked and this pedicure makes me feet so soft after!!! Everyone who works here is very professional! Everything is reasonably priced and the employees take their time with EVERYTHING!!! I’ve had full sets with gel and the Royal Spa pedicure (48 $ for the pedi and worth it!!!) and I am very pleased every time I leave this place!!!

Came in today for the first time. Katie was my nail tech and she was awesome! The salon is beautiful, very clean. Everyone very friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back!

Finally went and visited LV Nails & Spa. Definitely a wonderful place, very clean, modern and spacious atmosphere. They take their time and do a WONDERFUL job! Cat did my nails and I love the way they came out. She just didn’t start working around on my nails, she actually took her time to advise me which way is the best and how my nails would look beautiful. I appreciated that ;)
The staff was so nice and accommodating! Thumbs up for Laura, the receptionist– she is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. Absolutely going back!

Still my favorite nail salon! I had tried a few nail salons before I found LV Nails and I am so happy I found them. Everyone does an awesome job but my favorite technicians are Amy and Laeyka.

First time ever getting a pedi and did not know what I was missing out on. Friendly staff and very clean which my wife and I really enjoyed.

This place is amazing, the staff are always friendly and do their best to fit you in especially if you make an appointment. If you are a walkin they will do what they can to accommodate you but if they are fully booked on that day they can only do much.
They do have set hours but never close until they are done with the customers. Customer Service is a high priority here and they the owners do all they can to make sure all customers are treated with the highest respect.
There is no other place in town we go to or recommend. My wife says this is the only place that can do her nails without getting hurt, that’s a sign of a professional.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place, the prices are fair and the staff are amazing.

I don’t usually write reviews… very few anyways. However, if you’re looking for a great place for nails… look no further. I usually see Vanessa, and she does an excellent job! But I don’t think you would go wrong with anyone here. Receptionist is warm and friendly, too, so that is always a plus. I don’t know about you, but I loathe going in to a place of business and not being welcomed by a hello and a friendly smile. So many colors to choose from it will make you dizzy! It’s very open, comfortable pedicure chairs, pleasant music, decent pricing… everything is just a plus! I’ve been coming here for almost a year now and won’t go anywhere else.

I absolutely love this salon! I came in one day because I broke a nail, and boy was I impressed! I’ve been back twice for an eyelash extension fill with, Miss Cat. She is outstanding, very friendly and her work is amazing!

I have been trying to find a nail salon in Vegas since we moved here, which has been over four years ago. I absolutely love the quality of work they do and their bedside manner. Everyone is so polite and so professionally talented. I love this place and am eternally grateful I now have a salon to go to that’s consistent, clean, and has friendly people!

So… we decided to try a new nail place today… big mistake… worse set of new nails I have ever had put on… I asked for white tips… got that but the rest which I assumed would be pink… is clear wtf… then when I asked her to cut short… she argued because of the white tip not showing… then I had to ask again… proceeded to get an attitude… then all I wanted was some random design in pink and black… told her what I don’t like since I had not made my mind up… didn’t even try any ideas at all… I said forget it then after I was done I left and my right hand is dull… my left hand is shiney and there are air bubbles all over… Def a waste of money and time

Almost 2 years here and still a very happy camper!!! The service and quality of the products are incredible! Moving to Washington in February and while I’m excited to move to such a gorgeous place, I am heartbroken to leave LV Nails, and in particular, Lily (who has been doing my nails for almost 3 years!) I have also had awesome gel mani-pedi’s from Amy, Teena, and some of the other talented staff. I adore Laura who is always willing to help me remember colors I’ve used & loved to helping me pick new colors (her color-​selection skills are top notch as she was trained by the world-​renown nail color whisperer Lily) The thought of leaving makes me (and my nails) sad…

I don’t often write Unilocal reviews; however, I was very impressed with my experience today! I’m new to Las Vegas, and had a couple of strange/​bad experiences at two other salons prior to my visit here. I had read numerous fantastic reviews about Kim, so I made an appointment with her for a fill/​shellac and a shellac pedicure. From the moment that I walked in, I felt spoiled! Kim is a professional, not only in her field as a nail technician, but as an employee in the hospitality business. I, myself, am in the hospitality field, so I can appreciate a pro when I encounter one ;)
Anyhow, I could go on and on about every aspect of my experience, but the bottom line is that I felt taken care of, and my nails turned out beautifully. Thanks, Kim! See you in a few weeks! :)

I love this place! I’m very picky and It’s the only nail shop in Vegas il go to. I always go see Layca there. She does an amazing job on my nails and is great with intricate design work.

Mickael is awesome. I have wide nails and most techs just fit me with the nails they have on hand such in the long run end up lifting and peeling. Mickael takes the time to do the acrylic to the full width of my nail and it not only last longer but looks amazing. He is the best!!!

I decided to venture away from my usual nail salon after getting a toe infection from my most recent pedicure. I was browsing Unilocal and saw that this place had a pretty good rating (also close to where I live) so I went with an open mind to get my nails done.
The inside is spacious and very nice! I’m used to nail salons being small and plain with maybe a few chairs and TVs in addition to manicure and pedicure stations. This salon is dimly lit which sets a relaxing mood, plays classical music, and feels almost spa like. The ambiance is definitely inviting and the calmness to it is unexpected but very pleasant!
There are a ton of gel colors to choose from but they were out of the shade of pink I wanted. The young lady working the counter found a similar pink but it was the slightest shade darker. I was feeling a bit antsy and impatient to go back browsing through the different colors and agreed on the similar pink. Luckily it ended up looking nice on my nails!
My polish hasn’t chipped yet which is a huge plus. Gel manis here are $ 35 and $ 30 for just gel polish. I got 10% off for checking in on Unilocal for gel polish which ended up being $ 27. I also signed up to be a part of their complimentary rewards program. I will have to come back to get a pedicure sometime!

Positive: Short wait time with no appointment, nail shape and length was perfect
Negative: Two cuticles cut with one that will not stop bleeding with even the slightest touch, sloppy topcoat ruined the entire manicure
Had she taken the time to put the top coat on nicely, I would have bumped this review up to 4 stars. However, because the top coat is super shiny, you can clearly see where it is missing and how sloppily it was done. I will now be repainting them myself this weekend, which defeats the purpose of getting them done professionaly.

I vow to never, ever, ever, ever, ever go to LV Nails & Spa again. Did I say NEVER? Most people would not believe the experience I had today at this place even — a Hollywood movie could not script it any better.

Amy and Mark (owners), as well as the receptionists promote their 20% more points promotion — if you pay cash when you check out. Once you reached a certain number of points, now 300, the reward is a $ 15 credit towards a manicure.
Three months ago, when Lily messed up my nails, I had inquired about my points because I should’ve been close to receiving the reward. Amy informed me that the threshold amount to reach had increased recently, so I needed to earn more points, spend more money essentially, to reach it. Both me and the receptionist working at the time, asked Amy about the change? I asked if she informed the customers of the change?
Amy immediately became defensive & asked why I was asking since most customers don’t ask about it. I told her that if she offers an incentive to customers & then changes it — making it so that customers have to spend more money before reaching the incentive — it’s only courtesy to inform the customers at the time of the change. She scoffed at that & said well, we changed it.
I decided only to write about the experience with Lily before, because I thought if I write about the point issue, there may be some retaliation from Amy & Mark — example, refusing me service in the future.
Prior to today, I’ve had nine (9) visits, which Chelsea, Lynn (manager), Amy and Mark have all confirmed. They also confirmed that I’ve spent $ 262 towards these appointments. Based on their point system, you accumulate 1 point for every dollar spent. Therefore, I have 262 points TOTAL.
Now include the 20% additional points that I’m supposed to receive for paying with cash, I should have 314 points. I’ve only used cash because I wanted the reward.
After mentioning the discrepancy to the Chelsea, Lilly had to chime in. I asked to speak to Lynn (manager), when Amy & Mark (owners), aren’t there. Lynn looked at the account and agreed that I have reached the threshold, but explained she couldn’t do anything because only Amy and Mark have access to the system. I would have to wait for them.
Everyone began to get hush hush about it & started whispering amongst themselves. I casually mentioned to Layca, my nail tech, that I would report this to the Better Business Bureau because it’s false advertising and misleading.
After a brief discussion with Amy & Mark, both of them became defensive & try to turn the table to say I’ve always had an issue with my appointments. I told them that wasn’t true. I reminded that that Lily messed up my nails in the past & I asked about the point system once.
Amy looked at my previous bookings and agreed that my current point balance was 262. She then added 20% to that to come up with 52 additional points that should have been added to my account, bringing my total to 314 points… therefore, meeting the requirement to receive the $ 15 incentive.
Mark, spoke to her in his native language & then told me since their system does not reflect that I’ve always paid cash, they’d have to go by their system. I asked them to provide the dates, along with the last four of the credit card # for a card I’ve used. I offered to show them my credit cards to see if what they have in the system matches any of my cards.
Amy said they don’t keep a record of that. I explained that I’ve always used cash — for the reward. I’ve spent nearly $ 300 there and they want to argue over a $ 15 credit?
Mark said well you’ve posted things on Unilocal & said you were going to call the BBB, so we’ve have nothing but issues with you. I was shocked! This is the retaliation that I expected, as mentioned earlier.
After Amy admitted the error, & said she clearly recalled putting the points in manually but their system couldn’t verify it. Since they rely on the receptionist to put in the type of payment, they’re distracted by checking customers in/​out, answering the phone, folding towels, etc — they’re not always paying attention to what they’re doing.
I’m realizing that neither the owners, Amy and Mark, nor their system EVER gave me an additional 20% points for any appointment in the past.
The 20% more points work only if you have HONEST OWNERS behind it. Amy & Mark want you to pay cash because their business account is settled faster. When you use a credit card, they have to wait for those funds to settle. So it’s really designed to help them, not the customer — as its disguised to do.
Check your points — I highly doubt they will be accurate.

I’ve had this nail shop bookmarked for a while & finally I made it in. I called to make a same day appointment & the receptionist was very polite. I got there a little late but, they sat me down for my pedicure right away. They have so many nail polish, gel colors, & 3d designs to pick from! The atmosphere is so relax with spa music, & very clean. Phoebe did my gel pedicure and she was great!
I loved how they came out no complains! Micheal did my gel full set, he was great as well. They came out really cute! Overall I had a great experience & will definitely be coming back!
