Madison At Green Valley

roommate and i lived here for 2 years, always paid on time, this place went thru 3 different management companies, the last one being the worst, the unit next to ours flooded and that flooded ours and instead of changing the carpet out or even taking some off our rent for that month, when we moved they actually charged us to have the carpet replaced, the place is a joke… if you are looking for apartments, avoid this one

We have lived her for 2 years now never had a problem very safe and nice people around and pet friendly

First off I was just looking for apartments and never even got the chance to look due to the rude employee.
I saw the pictures online and decided to swing by to look at the actual units. The minute I drive up the place looked like section 8 area and was apprehensive to get out of the car. As I walked in the leasing office was under horrible construction (I hope) and the lady sitting at a messy desk didn’t even greet me. She stared at me and snarked when I said hello. She said immediately to me that they don’t have any units or model apartments to view. (why are you an apartment complex?) She was very nasty and kept saying the units are always full and said to come back another time… What the heck… what is the point of her being there? I am not going back to that dump to beg to look at a unit! There are plenty of nicer places in Green Valley. What a joke of a place.

I just moved to the area, so I was looking for a safe, clean and inexpensive apartment to move into while I got accustomed to Henderson. The staff here immediately made me feel at home. Julie at the front desk is so sweet and friendly, and loves to get to know each resident. The facility is smaller than other complexes in the area, which I preferred. Finding a decent apartment within my budget was proving to be difficult until I came here. The brand new carpeting, counters and paint are really nice, and I have never once seen a bug or any critters inside. The pool is nice (its been too cold to swim yet) and the gym is decent for what I’ve seen of this area. There is a treadmill, elliptical and a bow-​flex type thing, so if I feel like a quick workout before work in the morning, I can easily do it in a safe environment. The grounds are kept very clean, and any maintenance request I have put a in a request for has been completed in under 24 hours. I feel safe walking through here at night because the parking lots and grounds are well lit. Neighbors keep to themselves and I’ve never once had an issue with loud noises or disturbances. The only reason I won’t give this location 5 stars is because of its location. We are directly under the flight path for the airport, and because this is Vegas, there is a plane flying overhead every 10 minutes. Its not too noticeable, but its a downside. There is also construction being done down the end of our side street, and random cars parked there every day, which weirds me out a little bit. Sometimes groups of men will be standing on the wall or around one car, and I get the feeling its not for a productive recreational activity.
