In addition to our fresh olive oils, distinctive vinegars, boutique wines, artisan sea salts and natural gourmet foods, we’re proud to contribute toward our customers’ health and beauty with our essential oils under the guidance of our experienced in-​house Aesthetician.

As you experience and learn more about our high quality, fresh European and US olive oils, essential oils, wines and vinegars, you’ll discover the important health benefits you can reap by using our products on a daily basis.

Additionally, our knowledgable staff will help you learn more about oils and vinegars through tasting, discussion and sharing of nutritional benefits and recipes. We invite you to come in and experience the health and beauty benefits provided by the Oil and Vine.

Please try to come to our weekly Wine Tastings on Thursday evenings from 6pm-​8pm — FREE!

Meeting the FDA’s suggested 2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil per day can help you live a heart healthy life!

Our excitement for foods and drinks that are heart healthy and flavorful sparked our notion to create the first Olive Oil and Vinegar Tasting Bar in the Las Vegas Valley. There will be no bigger joy than educating our customers in regards to the health benefits associated with our «Food and Drink for the Heart». It will also be incredibly rewarding to watch the transformation of our customers who «don’t have time to cook» or are «bored with the daily grind of cooking» into food enthusiasts who gain confidence in the kitchen and begin to enjoy the creative process of taking fresh, distinctive foods and creating simple dishes that wow their friends and family.

Upon walking into our quaint little shop, you will see beautifully packaged artisan-​style foods lining the walls, an abundant amount of samples scattered around the shop, and happy and enthusiastic Oil and Vine experts ready to lead you on your culinary adventure.

Remember the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding when they said that Greeks use Windex for everything? Well they were wrong because Greeks use olive oil for everything! (get your mind out of the gutter) this place has some of the best EVO I’ve tasted. I usually like the olive oil that I get in Greece but this is almost as good. The staff here is very helpful and they even have bread so you can sample all the different olive oils and balsamic vinegar. Today I tried the peach balsamic vinegar and it was so delicious I had to buy a bottle for my summer salads. This place is located near Kings Fish @ the district.

I really love going here for gifts! The owner, Jen, is accommodating and very quick to explain things or describe tastes. They also do a free wine tasting on Thursdays (I want to say 6 – 8 P.M.) showcasing a few of the wines they sell. It’s a neat little place to stop by when you’re walking through the district, or a good place to stop by on a Thursday for the tasting, before going to dinner at any one of the restaurants there.
I have brought some of their flavored oil home and used it for cooking but also for dipping. SO many flavors, so little time!

What a gem in the District this cute little place is. I love wine and their selection is full of hard to find treasures. Every flavor of olive oil and vinegar ever imagined. Pastas salts boutique spirits even doterra oils !! Very nice helpful service this shop has it going on. I love this place !!!

This is such a great shop! I am a local real estate agent and I use Oil and Vine for client gift baskets. Jen always does an excellent job choosing the perfect wines for the gift baskets. I also buy the balsamic vinaigrette for myself and as gifts. My daughter in Washington and my mother in Idaho are sure to tell me when they need more, and my mom gives the balsamic’s to her friends as gifts. Excellent shop!

Window shopping paid off! Oil and Vine has great products at a great price. The staff is knowledgeable. You will find many unique gift ideas and gift basket items here. They have weekly free wine tasting (although I have not been yet).

Any place selling real Olive Oil is a great place for me. This quaint shop is kind of hidden in the courtyard section off the street. Don’t miss it. Jen, the owner is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You get to sample different oils. Next time I come here, I will purchase some as well.

I was so excited when this place was going to open and im there whenever I can. The wine tastings on Thursday are fun to attend.

Flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars with bread and toothpicks to sample as your heart desires? I’m sold! This is like a classy version of the samples at Costco. I really enjoyed the roasted garlic and mushroom oil, but the garlic and herb version seemed to lend itself to more cooking options. I also enjoyed some of the fruitier balsamic flavors.
In addition to oils and vinegars, shop has some various gourmet snack foods (Himalayan salt crisps, various nut mixes, a variety of mustards, etc), wines, and gift items for purchase, too. One thing I didn’t see that I would like to see added is menu cards suggesting pairings or dishes for some of their more unusual oil and vinegar flavors.
«But if this place is so great, why are you only giving three stars?» Service. There isn’t any. I was the only customer on a weekday afternoon and the one lone employee sat at a computer browsing wine for my entire visit, briefly turning around when I knocked something over but never coming over to talk to me, discuss products, or ask what I was looking for. I appreciate being left alone to browse, but no attention whatsoever is not the alternative.

Fabulous place! Owner Jen is super nice! Great «boutique» wine selection. Can’t go wrong with anything you pick up there. Free tastings every Thursday from 6 – 8! Many not easily found oils. Chefs shop here! It’s also a good place to pick up a gift. Lots of unique things for someone special enough to get them something they wouldn’t expect from just anyone. Nice to see a local, non-​chain business succeeding. Check it out for yourself!

I was so impressed with their selection I’ve could have stayed in that store for hours their flavors are incredible bit i didn’t want to get my wife mad. My favorite was their garlic balsamic vinegar. I had the intentions of making a nice artichoke chicken salad with it when I got home but I ended up just putting it on some kettle chips salt and pepper and it was so good I couldn’t stop eating them I ended up eating the whole bag. And then I remembered the last time I have tasted such an incredible viniger. Was years ago I was showing a pantry worker my homemade Ceasar dressing that I learned previously at a gourmet restaurant and I guess I must have been acting like I was the shit or something because she then told me how she was previously an excutive chef and her specialty was homemade dressings. And she made this dressing all mad with all these special herbs and strawberry seeds and just kicked my ass. The best vinergerette dressing I ever tasted. I bowed to her and we laughed. But this place gave me that same in your face flavor feeling I had once before. This is art. The flavor combinations are astronomical. If you are in the mood for something incredibly different and exciting this place is it. If been a chef for 27 years I don’t know if my profile says that but trust me I know food and this place is exciting. I believe I will go back and buy one of every flavor.

We finally had the opportunity to visit this place and there is an endless sample of oils and sorts here. This place is a candy store for grownups with alcohol.
On Thursday evenings they do have free wine tasting, but all the other days they have free oil and sorts tasting. This is a place I could spend hours in just browsing.
They do have a few Organic oil selections and can make you a bottle any size your heart desires.
The young lady whom I believe was the owner was very nice, helpful, friendly and a person I could spend hours talking to. She knows her products and is there to answer any and all your questions.
Some products are theirs and some are 3rd party, but all amazing and prices are reasonable to expensive but very comparable to what you would find anywhere else.
What sets this place apart from the rest is the knowledge of the owner and the ability to spend time asking questions and getting the right answers. This is a very cool place in the district, very eclectic and worth checking out.

This is a cute little shop tucked away in the GV District. Samples galore! I could have stayed all day sampling the various olive oils and balsamic vinegars. And there are some seriously unique ones to be sampled. One of my favs was the grapefruit olive oil. Yep, grapefuit! Hint: Be sure to check-​in on Unilocal for a free little bottle of your flavor choosing. There’s also wine, knick knacks, and other goodies. Lots and lots to look at! The whole place just smells delicious. Prices are pretty reasonable. There’s free wine tastings on Thursday evenings. All in all, I’m a fan and will be back to pick up more oils and vinegars. And, of course, to partake in some wine tasting.

Absolutely love this place and can’t wait to attend one of their wine tasting events. Having lived on California’s Central Coast I know they have an excellent selection of their wines. The oils were great, but I’m a sucker for the balsamic vinegars. Loved the huckleberry, habenero, and fig especially. Also tried their salts. The mushroom sea salt is fantastic. We also purchased a small lot whiskey that was reasonably priced and delicious. We will be repeat customers not just because of the amazing products, but also the premier service we received from the owner. It was a great experience.

The fact that offerings are limited means selection is expanded… so many different oils and vinegars. I also love that they come in a 100ml size (as well as larger bottles) so we can keep a variety on hand. I use fish sauce in many of my favorite Asian soups, so I’m hoping to find recipes for soups as well as salads to use both the vinegars and oils in. For sure it will be easier to come up with salad dressings that fit the veggies being used. Yum!

This place is a gem for the green valley area!!! I go every Thursday evening atleast just to stop and say hi. The owners are always welcoming and I absolutely love the oils and vinegars!!! I put them on everything salads, stir fries, or over fruit for dessert. I’m a healthy eater so this place is great to add flavor to otherwise boring vegetables and same old salads. But they also have a great specialty selection of wines and Thursday evenings they have been holding wine tasting while the district farmers market is open. I also got an amazing bruschetta mix. They always have fun hors d’œuvre style treats. Everything from Spreads, teas, nuts, salts you name it! Really fun store to check out especially for gifts! Hope this store is around for long time!

This place rocks! I’ve been in several times since they opened in June and I’m amazed at the variety of oils, vinegars, and everything that goes with them. I really like the garlic infused olive oil and the cherry and pomegranate balsamic vinegars. They also have a great boutique wine selection and unexpected treats such as organic peanut butter, big selection of spicy mason jar foods and some cool accessories. This is a great addition to The District.
