My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Nguyen at Optic Gallery for over seven years. During that time, we have received consistent, professional care. Dr. Nguyen really seems to care about his patients and takes time to answer any and all questions. Even though we only go in once a year for our annual exam, it feels like we were just there. The Optic gallery staff is equally friendly and professional. And the atmosphere is pleasant. I would (and have) highly recommend Optic Gallery, Dr. Nguyen and his great staff!

Brand new to the office. Best part was the ability to get 5pm appt time. Check-​in was easy. Only 3 quick pages to fill out. With a 5pm appt. I was finished and walked out by 5:45.
The eye exams were explained well and the staff is super friendly. Once the exam was complete the staff explained what my insurance covered. They do accept 2 insurances. I know some places don’t.

If you’re looking for an optometrist in the Henderson area, this place is great. The staff is friendly, efficient and very communicative. They also accept most insurances.
Office is clean and comfortable and wait times were minimal.
Highly recommended.

So thankful that my friend referred me to Dr. Nguyen at the Optic Gallery. He diagnosed two serious eye problems that were overlooked by my last Doctor. Dr. Nguyen is knowledgeable, professional and very easy to talk to. His staff is very kind and the office atmosphere is clean organized and comfortable. They never make me wait for my appointment. I loved the Ophthalmologist he referred me to. I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen @ the Optic Gallery.

I usually see Dr. Nguyn, but have also seen Dr. Lee and Dr. Cheung. All are good doctors that care and listen to my concerns. Dr. Nguyn doesn’t really remember me even though I’ve gone for years, which is less than ideal, but I enjoy him as a doctor. The staff is friendly, and the wait is very short.

I recently had an eye appointment here and had a very good experience. The office is conveniently located in the GVR district, is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and provided prompt services. They were knowledgeable about my insurance benefits and selection of eyeglasses. Dr Cheung was thorough with her exam, personable, and answered any questions that I had for her. Their selection of eyeglass frames is decent, however, they did not have a pair that absolutely suited my particular taste (I am kind of particular when it comes to glasses and takes me awhile to decide on a pair). I am a repeat customer there and will return again for any concerns. I definitely recommend this place for your vision and eyewear needs! I would have given 5-​stars but I didn’t walk away with a pair of glasses that day :)

I love this office. Customer service is on point from calling in for a reservation to meeting with the doctor to leaving the office. I brought my 4 year old daughter in for her first eye exam, and she was very nervous but Dr Sandi was able to take her time to get to know my daughter first and asked her some fun questions. My daughter was still nervous but was at ease. Dr Sandi was also very thorough with the ex for myself as well. She never seemed rushed and I felt comfortable knowing exactly how my eyes were when leaving. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating as well. I was a little late but was able to call to let them know my delay, and very friendly about it. Very satisfied!

These folks are really nice, the Dr is patient and intelligent. the staff is extremely helpful, attentive, personable, kind, thorough, and very likeable. I recommend them. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is their selection of glasses was not enough for me. That have a lot of very recognizable brands but the very high end, Cartier, Mont blanc, chopard were missing. They do have Oakley, Channel, Tom Ford, ECT. I highly recommend them they treat their customers great!!! for eye exams and glasses give them a shot you will like them…

I hadn’t had an eye exam in awhile and I wanted to find an office closer to my house. I was very pleased with everyone at Optic Gallery. They were all very friendly, professional, and patient. I am very indecisive when it comes to deciding on glasses and the staff were all really helpful and took the time with me to try on a variety of different styles. I am so happy with my new glasses! Will be returning for my annual check-​up. Thanks!

I really like Optic Gallery. The provide services for my whole family. Have had eye problems in the past. They always get me in quickly and provide the help that I need. Great location, great staff, great doctors. Triple threat!

Sandy Cheung and the staff did a great job. I received a very thorough examination, all my questions and concerns were addressed, and everyone was very nice and friendly. I only wish they had a larger selection of frames that fit me. I’m 36 years old and still wear children’s frames because I’m so petite. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cheung to anyone. She’s attentive and easy to communicate with.

Shortly after updating my initial review & leaving a 5-​star review I received an email from Optic Gallery asking I complete a survey. Which I did. Immediately upon finishing the survey (which essentially asked if I would return or recommend anyone) I received another email asking me for a «favor.» They wanted me to write a Unilocal review. Yes I had a great 2^nd visit. To ask for a review is pushing it. Just an FYI.

So I am now old and need reading glasses. I hate to say I love my glasses, but true. Dr. Cheung is awesome. I wish I could remember the opticians’ names. Equally awesome, especially the one that steered me towards the frames. Very nice, very helpful. The ONLY place I will go.

Dr. Cheung is awesome. She is down to earth and easy to talk to. She is the reason I keep going back. She’s thorough with her examinations. It was easy getting an appointment quickly and the office staff was friendly and helpful. Check them out!

The optic gallery is a great optometry office! Dr. Ka-​Yan (who goes by Sandy) Cheung was really personable and sweet. She had a genuine conversation getting to know me before starting my exam. I had outstanding customer service with Kristy while selecting frames. She was patient and thorough as I took my time picking the right ones for me. The office has a large selection of frames to pick from with moderate to designer pricing. It is clean and well designed, being in the district.

Dr. Chueng was amazing with myself and my two daughters. She keeps you involved through the whole process. Office staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

This was my 1^st time going to the eye doctor. I saw Ka-​Yan Sandi Cheung, O.D.
and she was great. She’s very friendly and got me the perfect prescription for me. I would recommend this office to my family and friends. The staff is so nice and caring. They are very professional and friendly. This will be my eye doctor forever! Keep up your great service, you guys are awesome!!!

My family of 4 (including me) had appointments last Saturday. We were late, but all of us were still able to be seen. The staff members were friendly. Dr. Lao was the stand-​in doctor that day. He was nice and pleasant to talk with. It was an overall good experience.

Dr. Steve Nguyen takes his time to make sure you understand everything you need to know. He shows compassion and caring about your eye health.

Wow! I have never had such a PLEASANT experience in a doctors office before. Honestly I have no bad comments about this office. If you need an optometrist, I recommend Dr. Lee.
As soon as you walk in they greet you and make you feel welcome (which to me, presentation is everything). They check you in and call you back (in a timely manner I might add). Then you get examined and from previous experiences they do a more detailed examination (which is a plus!). Soon after the assistant leads you into a room she collects more basic information (medical history) and other information that will help them to get to know you! Which is exactly what I love… getting to know people. One of the assistances, Ana, made me feel very welcome. She was very kind, detailed, and patient.
Once I was ready to see the doctor, I waited maybe 3−5minutes for her. Dr. Lee was very personable, she engaged in conversation very quickly. She examined me and answered all my questions.
Afterwards she walked me out and her lovely assistants helped me find new frames! Nikki closed up the visit for me and she was delightful and patient. Let’s just say I’m very indecisive and she helped me choose two sets of frames.
The whole staff team was GREAT!
