Office Closed /Dr. Pinto retired but is still doing some work at the hospital per the letter I was sent — I believe all of his patients got it. I think retirement is a good idea for Dr. Pinto. Last time I was there he started talking to me about something totally not related to me come to find out he had another patient’s file in his hand, not mine. He rushed out and I followed because he did not know what was wrong with me anyways and he was my «second opinion» dr. and he scared me — so I left.

Dr. Pinto has been my Pulmonologist for the last 25+ years and has done an excellent job at controlling my Asthma. He gives me injections as needed and has given me my prescriptions as needed and on time. He takes excellent care of me on an emergency situation as well as takes care of me when I would have to go to the Emergency room at the hospital. He is a very personable Dr. and cares about me and my condition. He only orders test when needed and not every time I would see him. I am going to miss my Dr. and friend. Good luck in your future endeavors… June Stock

Dr. Pinto is my Pulminologist I see annually for a check up. He has a good bed side manner and never seems to be in a rush to get u in and out of his office so he can make the $$. Things you need to know: They do not take credit cards/debit cards. They are a cash or check only Dr. Office. Can u believe it. I was stunned. Especially when I set my appt. and they did not say anything.(Do people still use checks) I guess if u don’t have the cash or check they will have there billing department bill you. The receptionist I have an issue with. She started of really nice. But It went down hill from there. I have been here 5+ years with the same insurance. But today I had to refill in all my info, which I get because I only come here annually. I did not have my Ins. Cards. She insisted I needed my cards. I told her id call my Ins company so we could verify my eligibility. The ins company was more than willing to confirm anything she needed. At that she point she says never mind if they can’t fax her anything then there’s no reason to talk to them. Rolls her eyes at me then tells me if there is any issue their billing department will take care of it. Note: I saw my file. There’s a copy of my old ins card in it. I get the pressure but don’t take ur bad day out on me. Doc: your a 5 Receptionist: ur a 1

Dr. Pinto is a pulmonologist. He is located in the large office park on the corner of Green Valley Parkway and Wigwam. I’ve been going to Dr. Pinto for a few years now and always find him to have a great bedside manner. I’ve found wait times to be very reasonable, I’ve never had a wait longer than 30 minutes for an appointment. They can typically get you in quickly as well. He has a great attitude and provides great medical treatment. Recommended.
