first of all i would like to say that they never answer their phone, it says on the recording that they are with a patient or on another line, first of all they do not see patients and there is two clerks in the front office, everytime i have gone there they are just chatting amongst themselves and never on another line or with any patients. let me clarify that their back office is great front office is where the problem is at.
