This place is horrible! I bought a part from them to put in my car and they said i never paid for it then when i showed them the receipt they then said i dont have a warranty on it, i also had evidence of that. They would not order me a new one. In fact they said they did order a new one and i saw that they put the same broken part back on my car ! I was pissed! I knew it was the old part because i marked on it. Stupid fucks ! I hate this place. The new manager hung up on me his name is Dan.

Came over to get a smog check today and the service was great! Have a quick and free look around my truck and they let me know of a few other things I need to address. I will come back to get the work done. Good place for auto work! Thanks

My car was in and out same day. Everyone was very courteous and friendly, especially Mike at the front counter. He asked questions about my problems and reassured me that I was in good hands. He checked in with me and followed up as promised. We’ll definitely be back and tell any friends/​family that need car service.

Y’all! This place is magnificent! I came here cause its by my work and convenient and you know, didn’t feel like driving all the way across town with car trouble. Bit smarter than that… a bit. Guys! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Seriously, I was impressed!
I came in knowing absolutely nothing that could possibly he wrong and they were surprisingly understanding and helpful. Mike, behind the counter, was awesome! He was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable when I came in. Cause you know, doing that «my car is broken» walk of shame is no fun, but he was immediately understanding and welcoming.
And then, you know, they fixed my car! And were all so very friendly and actually showed me what was up with my car and how they were going to fix it. And now my baby is all fixed and ready to go! I love them and would recommend them to anyone.

Got a coupon for a $ 9.95 oil change. The mechanic showed me my oil and cabin filter, along with fluid levels. Once they put the car on the lift he pointed out a few things that I might want to replace in the future and said he would put it on the receipt. Only took about 25 minutes and will continue to come back for my scheduled oil changes. A+ in my book

The service is quick and friendly. They got my car in the bay right away and the wait was only about an hour. The service writer was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I really recommend purrfect auto. The price to fix my car was reasonable and the mechanics were also friendly. I would definitely come back for any service I need in the future. The oil change prices are the cheapest in town. Thank you everyone that helped me.

Do yourself a favor and don’t come here. A simple oil change has ended up costing me over 1000 dollars to repair. They stated my water pump needed to be replaced and that I needed a new timing belt along with a list of 10 other «issues.» I got 2 other opinions and both said the water pump was fine AND my car doesn’t have a timing belt, it has a timing chain which didn’t need to be replaced. I should have known better. you get what you pay for. What they did was damage parts they had no business touching and got oil all over the engine and hood. Save yourself the frustration. Also, I would recommend using spell check the «diagnosis paper» I received is embarrassing.

After spending 200 dollars and nearly 3 hours spent in the waiting room with my 2 week old daughter, I was told that my squeaking breaks would be fixed by resurfacing my rotors and adding new break pads. They also convinced me that I needed to clean out and adjust the rear brakes shoes and drums. I said «as long as it gets rid of these annoying squealing brakes». After less than 1 week, the squeaking is back. Also, my check engine light came on as I was pulling out of the parking lot. They gave me my old brake pads too, which were almost at 75%, so now Im wondering what kind of robbery they bestowed upon me.
At times I want to believe that auto repair shops and car sales people can be decent human beings, but this place definitely enforces the point that they can be the scum of the Earth.

The service is great here! Just drove by and had a spectacular experience, the lady at the front desk greeted me with humor and smiles! The men working welcomed me right in, price was great and service was spectacular! Hope to visit here again!

Came for oil change+smog, the rep Damien was super friendly and informative! Made it all so quick and simple without any forceful sales pitch just straight up great service! I will recommend for all my friends to come here and will definitely bring my truck here from now on!

Was sent here on a referal by a friend. Being from California and getting a smog check every couple years, Nevada rules are still new to me. I called early in the morning to get a price which was down right crazy and made my way over. These guys greet you with a smile that lets you know that they love their job. They just earned a customer for life… not just for their smog tresting prices but oil changes etc.

course these people need to make money and they go through your glove box… to get access to the cabin air filter how nice of them. Just to do a quick up sale.
keep that in mind I never have a problem with missing anything for my car we just fact the open my glove box without my consent.

Just keep in mind. if your battery is being disconnected you are not pass the smog you need to drive the car for a couple more days I’m not just around the block at least 75 miles for big repairs I would never take my car there

Awesome! This is my new car care place.
It is a little hard to find via GPS, but I am glad I keep looking (it is on the back side of the strip mall). I pulled up to ask questions and they were very friendly. They were able to get me in for a smog check right away and it was affordable. Great service (hard to find for women at a car care places) and great prices close to home. Love it!

I’ve actually been going to Purrfect Auto for a while now but I’m just getting around to the review. Ken, Alex, ‘D’, and the whole crew have always provided me with friendly, fast, top-​notch, professional service without fail. My 15 year old Mustang is still alive and well thanks to these incredibly knowledgable folks. Price is always ahead of the competition and I can’t stress enough how fast they work their magic! I took my Mercedes CLS 500 in for an alignment because Purrfect Auto is right next door to my office. I was a little apprehensive because I usually would go to the dealership, but being next door, the convenience factor made me give them a shot.
I would defiantly recommend these guys They could not do the alignment because it needs a specialized thingamajig only the dealership has. But Daemon went above and beyond to try and get the job done. He even took it to a different shop, but unfortunately they did not have the thingamajig either. He did not charge me a dime, He did not try and up-​sell me and he even provided me with the print out showing me what wheels need to be adjusted so I could take it to the dealership. He told me over all the car is in good shape and did not need anything else done.
Keep up the good work guys! You will get my business in the future.

Went to get my smog check in! I called in advance & they helped me find the location & from the there it was fast service with excellent customer service. They also helped me be aware of my filters & things that needed to be changed for the future. They weren’t pushy like most auto places making me maintenance things that weren’t necessary. So convenient. Definitely coming back to get my car maintenance :)

We take both our cars here to have it serviced — primarily for Oil Change and Smog.
Front desk is very professional, courteous, and friendly. Never had an issue.
As for the staff, they are friendly, straight forward, and pretty honest. We thank them for that. They do a good job each time.
We would highly recommend this place.

So within an hour of my review, I received a call from the district manager John. Not only did he refund me the money for the part, he had the entire repair done for free!!! This is about $ 1200 worth the parts and repair! I got a call from the shop a few hours after I dropped off my car, and in addition to the leak in my evaporator core, they found ANOTHER leak in my condenser, and they replaced that part for free too!!! These guys really went out of their way to make sure I was happy, now this is TRUE customer service!

I actually ended up here by mistake and not paying attention to where I was going at the time. After reading these reviews, it looks like I dodged a bullet!
This is what happened.
I pull into a parking space at the gym yesterday and no sooner do I turn the car off and go to open the door, I hear a loud *CLICK*. I can’t open my driver side door at all! You pull on the lever… and not a damn thing happens! I instantly knew it was not good!
Two things about me–
1) I am not mechanically inclined
2) patience is NOT my virtue
So I want this thing fixed right away! The idea of having to constantly lower my window to reach outside and let myself out of my car is not very appealing to me.
I did NOT want to go to the dealership, because we all know how fair pricing is at all dealerships everywhere. So I remembered the Brake place I went to last year in the «Auto Mall» on Silverado Ranch and Bermuda. I figure if they can’t fix it maybe they can refer me to someone who can.
They refer me to the place next door. I guess I took a left when I should have taken a right.
I have the guy look at it and he says they will look at it for $ 80. Great. Whatever. Just let me know what the damages will be.
He shows me where the door handle had a plastic piece on it that had broken and that it would have to be replaced. Wonderful. How much and how long?
I did have to wait an excrutiating 1 and 20 minutes for the part to be delivered (Again, patience is not my virtue), but they charged me 60.00 for the part (I saw later online it averages around 40.00.ok, I guess I could have been gouged much worse), plus that 80.00 was the labor. Basically I walked out the door for 150.00
That’s no «deal», but while waiting in the lobby for 2 hours and reading these reviews on Unilocal!I was basically p*ssing my pants! Pretty bad when standards are lowered to the point of «please don’t try to screw me too bad»! That’s where I was at about 20 minutes into the process.
To their credit, they did take care of the problem, the lady at the desk was polite and cordial, and I can live with $ 150.00 so I will give them 3 stars for this review…
But in all honesty I feel like I dodged a bullet and got lucky with this one. Do I feel like I got taken? No. Would I come back? Hell no lol. Next time if it’s not a vital problem I will put on my «patience pants» (a friends little saying) and do my research before just pulling into somewhere and throwing my keys over the counter…
