The lady with the blonde hair and glasses was so rude and very unaccommodating. I wouldn’t even give her a star or ever come back here again. I didn’t even want to wait because of her so I am definitely going to another location. I would never recommend this location just because of her.

A most miserable experience. The staff uncaring and incompentant as they forgot the patient sitting next to me. I have been waiting for 90 min. and was just told I had a 20 min. wait. Try Labcorp it can’t be any worse. I gave Quest 1 star because I couldn’t give n one

Here again, 3 years later for pre op blood work. Highly recommended. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Make an appointment. Walk ins wait. Painless too! No collapsed veins or bruised!

Seen my doctor, she sent me straight for blood work to the upstairs Quest suite. Been waiting now for 2 hours and not even close to being seen. Very short staffed, room is full of people in the same boat. Per the front desk, only one person drawing blood today. Shame on Quest for such a poorly ran clinic considering people are usually here because they are not well.

The receptionists here are completely rude and have some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced! I try to avoid going to this location at all costs

Great location, very friendly staff especially lonnie & melissa. They are extremely friendly and professional. The wait was only about 10 minutes and office was very clean.

Patty here is awesome! Great personality and a kind soul. She made getting blood work done easy and with no anxiety.

Find another Quest to go to. This one has very very very rude staff and when you make an appointment you still have to wait 2 hours before being called. I have gone to other Quest locations and the staff was amazing and the wait time was no more than 15 minutes past your appointment time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this particular Quest. They really really suck.

Make sure you make an appointment because if you don’t have an appointment, you’ll likely be waiting a long time especially when they are busy. I had a 3:30 appointment and I was called in at 4:15. But for those people without appointments, their wait was an hour and a half or longer. The receptionist does inform you that it will be a long wait when you walk in so you won’t be sitting there wondering when you’ll be next. Once I was called in, it was very quick. I think it took five minutes and I was done.

Ada V… Ada V… Ada V… is a person I wish I had never met and will never forget. I had the unpleasant pleasure of meeting Ada V at the Quest suite 309 Del Webb Building, off of Eastern and St. Rose this morning.
Prior to my experience with Ada, I witnessed her calling a lady back for blood work. She looked and spoke with lots of attitude as I thought to myself, I hope I don’t get her.
Well of course, Ada V called my name, I greeted her a «Good Morning» she mumbled something back then told me to take a seat. In silence; I sat their as she busied herself with filled blood vials of another patients.
After several minutes, she turned towards me and forcefully slapped the extended arm rest down. As it slammed into position she said «put your arm on the rest». She then asked if I had any water and when was your LAST time. I said yes, since 5am the last time being 5 minutes go. Ada V shook her head in what I would describe as discuss and angrily said” it takes 1.5 hours to take affect”. I’ll assume she did not here «since 5am «part.
I asked her if I did something to her because she seemed upset and irritated and asked if she wanted me to leave. She then said in a angry tone .“I’ve got a job to do » as she plunged the needle in my arm and the blood started flowing.
The experience was painful and dreadfully uncomfortable. I departed with a feeling that my blood work will be tempered.
It’s unfortunate that I met Ada V today, IMO she should not be allowed to represent or handle patients vital diagnostic fluids or records. Their is a trust issue that I lost knowing Ada V handled my diagnostic test today.

Quest diagnostics in the hospital was 1 pretty hard to locate and 2 the wait time we ce at 11:25 and they called us in at 12:30 took my blood and we left best to go early or late

Great phlebotomists, come early without appointment if you want to get in… Always booked out!

Walk-​ins wait for at least 3 hours!
They are so busy and seems like that makes them kinda rude to people who have no idea what is going on. I was waiting and watching the attitude of the staff to old people who are not familiar with the procedures. They cannot make you appointment so you can come back but you can make appointment online while waiting :)
You can literary die while waiting if you are walk-​in.
Even people with appointments wait about 30 minutes.

TERRIBLE experience. The lady who took my blood was obviously having a bad day. She had a really bad attitude problem asking why I was coming in twice to get blood work and why I was having so much blood work done (as if it’s any of her business) When she finally quit complaining and took my blood she says «You have nice vains» CLEARLY she was mad or she just can’t do her job because my vain blew and my arm swelled up like a golf ball. Days later half of my arm was covered in bruises. AVOID THIS PLACE. TRUST ME.

I had a great experience when I was getting my blood drawn last week. The phlebotomists were fantastic. Unfortunately, when I went back to get results, the person behind the desk, Valerie, was so rude. I’m amazed her manager allows her be the face of the company. I had to wait 40 minutes and then found out she forgot to place the order. Even worse was when she lied to me about it and was nasty when I asked about typical time frames.
During the 40 min wait, she was incredibly rude to customer after customer. I hope her manager sees this and spends some time with her on attitude, honesty, and customer service.

This was my first visit here. Everyone was really nice and the service was super fast. I had an 8:45 appointment and I was back in the car by 9.
I went in for a quick wellness visit for my employer: blood work, weight, blood pressure check.
Was easy to find — coming up Eastern make the first right turn past St Rose Pkwy and it takes you right to the garage.
Last year I went to the one by Spring Valley Hospital because it was closer to my office — I’ll never go there again — it was terrible.
I will definitely return to this one.

Okay, let’s be honest, I hate going to get my blood drawn. I’m a difficult stick and most don’t know what to do when I tell them to use a small needle or a pediatric butterfly.
I decided to go in at 6:00 am since I really didn’t want to be there all day! They do take walk-​ins which is nice.
Thanks to previous reviewers here on Unilocal,I found the Del Webb Medical Building quickly. Piece of cake if you do your research with GPS!
The staff were wonderful! I don’t know about you folks, but, at 6:00am, I’m not even awake let alone willing to deal with smart mouthed clients… I will give all of these employees a high five for just being there at 6:00 AM.
Ally was assigned to my case and it didn’t take long for her to get the stick right. Kudos to Ally! She is wonderful!
I think this is one of the nicest Quest locations. It is clean, large and staffed well with good people.

Compared to all the other Quest locations, this is the best. Fast, friendly and open early. I have been to this location twice now.
Other than the rock they hired at the front desk, everyone else seemed professional, polite and intelligent.
Sorry that the first person you see and talk to seemed as bright as a burned out light bulb at 8:30 in the morning. But once I got her on the right page, everything went fast and efficient.
Hardly any wait time. People were coming in and going out at the same pace.
My tech was Ally. She was friendly, warm hands, funny and talkative. Made the time fly by and the needles not hurt as much.
Just need to know that the entrance is between the parking garage and the building. not the hospital entrance.

Lots of bad reviews on this place, but every place on Unilocal seems to be getting worse, because people are more likely to report bad problems then praise, so I figured I’d try it since it was the closest one that takes walk ins.
It is located on the same piece of land as the saint rose hospital that is at St. Rose and Eastern. There is no exterior sign that says Quest Diagnostics on the outside of the building, so you need to know where it is to find it. It’s in rm309 on the 3^rd floor of the Dell Web Building. The Dell Web Building is the part of the hospital that is located closest to the St Rose and Eastern intersection, just west of the garage. The entrance is between the garage and the dell web building.
This quest is part of the hospital so expect it to busier than others, and expect ²⁄₃ of the other guests to be senior that need extra attention and help. No problems there as the staff seem to be able to handle all their needs. They allow you to request a specific person to draw your blood, I watched two older ladies make special request for their favorite. There were two people working the desk and I saw at least six people drawing blood.
I didn’t have a reservation, I tried to make one, but couldn’t. That would be my only complaint. I tried making an appointment through the website 3 times, but every time I picked one of the time slots it said was open, and finished putting in all my info, and clicking submit, then I would get a «that appointment time is no longer available.» It happened 3 times, so I decided to call. I got a call center. No foreign accent, so I’m guessing somewhere in North America, but off and on it would sound like she had swallowed the phone, truly. After a couple tries to communicate with her, I politely excused myself and hung up. Then I just decided to walk in.
Got there about 11:15. When I walked in, and saw that there was already at least 15 people, I expected to wait for at least an hour, maybe an hour an half. So I signed in, gave the guy behind the counter my paperwork and insurance card, and sat down with my phone to read some articles I’d been saving. I only waited about 15 – 20 minutes. Not even enough time to get through two articles. I’ve waited longer before, with an appointment, at some Dr’s offices.
Alie called me back. Nice lady, thin German (I believe) lady, with the German blond hair. Greeted me with a smile and immediately struck up a conversation with me. I don’t have a problem with needles like some people, including my wife, but I can totally see how she worked like this to help keep your mind off of the needle and blood. When it came time to stick the needle in, I’m not the type to clinch up, look away, and in hale sharply at the slightest touch. I’ll usually watch, but even watching, Alie was soo good with the needle that I didnt feel a thing.
I had to leave a urine sample as well, so she instructed me in the where and what and how, then said goodbye. While waiting for my turn at the restroom, I watched her working with her next patient, an older gentleman, and she was just as good with him, she actually seemed to enjoy working with the patients.
My wife is one of those people who is very very affraid of needles and blood. I’ll be bringing my wife here and requesting Alie the next time my wife has to have blood work done.

Quest has a varying degree of wait times due to appointments and walk ins, so it can be hard to give a review here.
It’s great you can walk in or make an appointment. I typically walk up from my doctor’s office and wait without an appointment. Today there aren’t very many people here and the wait was less than 15 minutes.
I signed in, filled out three lines on the billing sheet and was seated. It’s a quick process thank goodness.
I was greeted and taken back for my tests, treated with care and kindness. The woman was really chatty and joking with me, making the appointment go by much faster. She was very attentive to detail regarding my information and during the blood collection. 5 stars to that!
For the number of people they see everyday they still deliver excellent service.
