Renton’s awesome! I was a property-​investing newb and found Renton through Unilocal and I have to say that I’m SO THANKFUL I called him.
Since then, he’s helped me purchase 2 properties, find tenants, and is currently the property manager for both. He’s amazing with communication, always responds faster than I expect and is on point with getting things done in a timely and super organized fashion.
I had a lot of questions in the beginning and he was very patient in explaining everything to me. I also appreciate that he knew I was driving a long way from LA to Vegas, so he made sure to make my trip worth it showing me only the properties that fit specifically within my criteria.
On one of the trips, I wasn’t happy with the properties I was seeing, but he could tell right away, so he adjusted his schedule, we parted ways, met up again an hour later, and he was able to show me a new list of properties that were exactly what I wanted to see. By the end of the day, we had secured a deal. I hate deals that drag out, but this was simple, efficient, & easy!
I totally recommend him for anyone searching for property in vegas! He knows his market, works tirelessly, and always make you feel like you’re his #1 client.

I normally do not write reviews, but for Renton I will because he is one of the best realtors that I have worked with. Renton helped me in both buying and selling properties for the past 4 years, each time with a smooth transaction. He is very knowledgeable with his profession and has always worked with my interest in mind. He is super responsive and always at top of his game. I am very picky and I know it takes a lot to work with a person like myself, but Renton did not disappoint.

I live in California, and had an investment property in Henderson that I needed help to manage. I found Renton through Unilocal and trusted him based on his previous reviews. He was originally going to help me as a property manager, but I decided in the end to sell it because I didn’t want to deal with deadbeat tenants anymore. Long story short, Renton helped me evict the tenants and fix and sell the house, and was great in communicating everything that was going on even though I live in CA. He was a tremendous help… so much so that I recommended him to my dad who also had a property there and he helped him sell it too.

We own property in Las Vegas, but live in Los Angeles. So, finding a good property manager was important. We had a previous property manager we were unhappy with in Las Vegas. I contacted Renton because of his reviews and they are all true! We had some really tough tenants that destroyed the property and Renton dealt with everything and went the extra mile to get our property back in shape. He is very attentive and easy to reach as well.

RE buyers/​agents: I referred a client of mine to Renton. (from OC, CA) Renton showed them properties for three days in Henderson and they were in escrow by the third day. He did a great job with all the terms of the transaction and inspections and when they were back in CA he communicated with them until the close of escrow. All in three weeks. Great job Renton.

Renton is definitely a go to one stop realtor. We were going to Vegas and had two days to find and buy a rental property. Renton met with us and we did a session in the office in the afernoon. We had very specific criteria and Renton was quick to inform us of the best areas for appreciation, easy renting, and of course, Location, Location and of course, Location. We were looking for something in a good area that was way under market. Not a fixer upper. We found two way under market and in gated areas. We put am offer in and it was accepted. Now we needed good people to make repairs, build a wall in the rear, inspect the property to protect us, and manage the property.
Renton had it all covered and in short order, everything was shipshape and we had a signed tenant. Everything was handled by Renton.
YOu can trust Renton to execute your plans. We paid $ 320,000 for a house that sold for $ 515,000 a few years ago. It is 10 years old and we bought it for $ 105 per sq foot. Newer smaller houses are selling for $ 165 per square foot on smaller lots. There is no reason why this property will not appreciate back up to the $ 515,000 in a reasonably short time. Finding a good property manager is the most important thing and Renton is that. Henderson is hot right right now and is a good place to get reasonable appreciation in the next few years.
If you want Real Estate in Vegas or suburbs, Renton is your man.

Renton was the orchestrator of the most incredible home sale/​purchase experience I have ever been apart of or seen. I was not really in the market for a new home, but knew I need one for my growing family. After looking at new builds it became apparent that the cost for the size was not worth committing too. I had no idea what my existing home would sell for. I provide this challenge to Renton, and he found a serious buyer for my home that was willing to give me my asking price.
