Richard C.
Business Owner
Richard received his B.S. (cum laude) in Accounting from the University of Southern California in 1986. He then received his J.D. (cum laude) from Boston College Law School in 1991. Finally, he received LL.M. (cum laude) from the University of San Diego Law School in 2006.
He is a licensed CPA in both Califonia and Nevada. Additionally, he is a member of the State Bars of California, Nevada and Colorado. He is also admitted to the U.S. Tax Court.
