Rug Ratz Carpet Cleaning

This company is not ethical. I worked for them in Ft Lauderdale and they left the area without paying me.

I decided to try this business because I had a Living Social deal (let’s not all die of a heart attack at once!), and called to schedule ASAP because I have a hair up my butt to put up the Christmas tree already. They were very accommodating. and Lucien called to let me know he was on the way and actually arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time.
He was friendly, did the job quickly, and much to my surprise, got out the little black glob of hardened marshmallow that Little Guy had managed to squish into the fibers months ago. After a couple of failed tries at removing it, I just gave up and accepted that I would just have to arrange the throw rugs accordingly. What a pleasant surprise to see that it vanished without a trace, along with the dog tracks and assorted mystery spills that appear from nowhere, to the astonishment of my innocent family.
I got the three room deal even though I only had 2 rooms and a hallway, but they are my biggest rooms so it was all good. We were all impressed with how well it came out, and I will definitely have him back for an upholstery job I need done.

What a horrible experience!
Saw a Livingsocial deal for carpet cleaning in the Vegas area since my aunt needed the carpet in her house cleaned. Before making the purchase, I did my due diligence and called the business owner and asked about the what is considered 3 rooms and what is considered 5 rooms. After discussing the sq footage of the house, he informed me that the 3 room deal would be sufficient. I purchased the voucher and made an appointment.
On the day of the appointment, Lucien came with his trailer and after looking at the house he told me it would be $ 35 more because one of the 3 bedrooms is larger, now the deal also included a hallway and I have no carpeted hallways so technically i could switch the hallways for the extra area in bedroom. After explaining this nicely to him, he became completely rude, and angry. Refuse to discuss and up and left. Wow, talk about an attitude problem, and it seems like this is one of the businesses trying to use LivingSocial deals to scam for more money.
Now, I was suppose to have furniture delivered the following day so the carpets had to be cleaned the day before and I had to scramble to find another carpet cleaning company to come out last minute to complete the work.
For all people that has purchased the voucher or looking to purchase the voucher, please BEWARE! Livingsocial does issue refunds even after 7 days past your purchase date if the business is conducting themselves in an illegal or inappropriate manner.

Fast, friendly service. I need move-​out carpet cleaning on my 2^nd floor apartment. I was little worried if they would be able to do it because I had already transferred electricity to my new place and the way my old apartment complex is set up its hard to access from the parking lot. Buy it was not a problem for them they managed to run enough hose and suction lines from the parking lot to my apartment, and their carpet cleaning machines are truck mounted so they don’t need electricity just a water source. Great service at a fair price!!!

I had Rug Ratz come and do a move out cleaning on my carpets. Lucien did an amazing job, the carpets looked like new. Very honest and reliable! Would recommend them to EVERYONE!
