I never write reviews but since this office ALWAYS makes you wait at least an hour after your scheduled time before you even see a doctor, that is the reason I’m writing this review this have the time! So frustrating… need to find myself another eye doctor.

2.5 hours here for eye measurements, if it were my eyes I’d be out of here but it’s my Dads

Don’t really know how good the actual doctors are, as I spent 1 hr and 45 min there, waiting and seeing «techs» and 3 min with a doctor. My husband got 3−½ min with actual doctor. Not impressed.

The office is very organized and the staff is very lovely to be around doctors are very knowledgeable. And of course is the doctors office they will be awaiting time but I know they will take the time with me just as much as they took the time with the person before me. I’ve read some of the reviews and some of the people say that it has a long wait time I have never been to a doctors office where I was out right away. You should expect to wait and if you get out earlier it’s an added bonus there’s other people that probably have more severe issues than you do and that’s probably why they take a little bit longer. I would deathly recommend anyway to see them they are excellent at what they do

Really impressed with this operation. They are extremely organized and efficient. The staff is very friendly and professional. Loved Dr. Fant. Only small negative was the wait time in between each step of the visit, but that seems to be a part of any doctor visit. I have met people in the waiting room that have come from as far as Laughlin to see these doctors so that says a lot.

Dr Rovit is amazing. The staff are always friendly and prompt. I had lost my glasses while on vacation. I came in first thing Monday morning and they managed to get me it to the see the Doctor right away and got my new glasses ordered that morning.

This was my first time at Shepherd Eye Center and I was impressed with the friendliness,
the efficient and expert service. Even the little amount of paperwork made my day. Dr. Hanson
gives truthful assessments and I felt truly the best care I could get for my eyes. Can’t wait to
get the lasik done.

Service was good. Only took two days to make an appt. The glasses arrived on time.
My big concern is their lack of a large selection of men’s frames. Although they had some stylish men’s frames, the few that they had were in the $ 400– $ 500 range.
Just as many men need glasses as women, Why the disparity in quantity for each sex?
They tell you it should take about an hour and half. More like two hours and ninety minutes of that is wait time. Arrived early to wait and wait.

Dr. Emily Fant has taken care of our families eyes for nearly 20 years. She has given me ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision with cataract surgery after 70 years of wearing very thick glasses. The staff is friendly, courteous and skilled. I enthusiastically recommend Shepherd Eye Center

BE PREPARED TO WAIT — WAIT — WAIT! The staff seems pleasant, but the wait is ridiculous and nothing seems outstanding about the doctors or their presence, manners and care of individuals. I SAT in the WAITING room for ONE HOUR, and when I mentioned to the assistant they must be running behind, she said oh no, only an hour, we’re doing good! The NORMAL WAIT IS 2 – 3 HOURS for this doctor.

I love this facility!!! I’ve seen about 4 of the doctors in this group and they all have been so professional and knowledgeable. Every time I come the front desk staff is so upbeat and they make you feel at home. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here for the best of care!!!

TERRIBLE service. I ended up going next door and had amazing service. The staff is rude.

Probably the most unfriendly, robotic place I’ve ever been to. I am relatively sure upon being hired here you must agree to not engaged in conversation with the client or smile at them. The doctor, well i had to stop him twice from leaving the room to answer questions. Oh I was only told I had a detached retina and he’s ready to run to the next patient. Guess my 2 minutes with him was up. NEVER AGAIN!

Shepard eye center is the best managed doctor’s office my wife and I (and a number of our friends) have ever encountered. Especially impressive given the size and volume of patients. Dr. Ravi Reddi and Dr. Taylor took the time to understand and properly diagnose and provide relief to a persistent problem that multiple other eye docs didn’t resolve. Whoever setup and manages their patient flow should give lessons to the rest of the doc offices in the Las Vegas valley. They truly deserve an award for efficiency and smooth patient flow.

My doctor referred me here. They are a bit pricey and very busy but the doctors are amazing! It always surprises me when you have doctors that actually care about you. I saw Dr. Carolyn Cruvant. She was very thorough in her examination of my eyes, going over medication and administering care for my eyes. The medical assistants are also very friendly. Great place for eye care.

From the moment I talked to Marcie on the phone to hearing her tell me to take care as I was leaving, my experience with Shepherd Eye Center was outstanding! I have a chalazion on my eyelid and it is incredibly painful. I’ve never had one before and explained what was going on to Marcie who was incredibly comforting and professional. I’ve been to the office twice since the episode started almost 2 weeks ago. I’ve seen Dr. Reddy and Dr. Montgomery who were both very nice and assured me that my eye will be back to normal soon. While the waiting room and other areas have had quite a few people in them I didn’t have to wait long. The Dr’s didn’t rush me and I felt that all my questions were answered and that they cared about me. I noticed also that they had a great selection of glasses available. I work with seniors and know that if they, or people of any age, need competent, caring folks taking care of their eyes… Shepherd Eye Center is the best place to go! I honestly was very impressed with them and the care I’ve received.

Dr Reddy and Dr Fant are amazing! The staff is incredible. Trust your eyes to the best!
