Nice atmosphere, swanky décor and great bartenders make this my top pick for poker bars at Green Valley Ranch. Service is top notch and always with a smile! Nice wine selection as well as most other adult beverages of your pleasing. They have bottled beers as no taps are to be found here! Poker machines are 25 cent and up on some and $ 1 and up on others, all machines have a progressive jackpot as well. There are seating areas with big chairs to enjoy the upscalish décor of this bar and a martini menu also. It’s a great spot to visit after indulging at the nearby Pizza Rock!

The gaming at the bar here is $ 1 only(not $ 0.25 like most). They do, though, comp their nice mixed drinks. The cocktail menu is small-ish, but has some good offerings. I had what was basically a whiskey martini. It was pretty tasty. This is tiny lounge /bar located across from Pizza Rock in a somewhat hidden corner of Green Valley Ranch. The bartenders were friendly and attentive-ish. Seating is somewhat limited. There are a couple of lounge areas(low tables and comfy chairs) in addition to the bar seating. I liked it, but I also wasn’t like«I want to come here again» or «I want to spend more time here». So we’ll consider it a-ok.

I love the bartenders. They are so friendly. A local feel with all the amenities of a large casino. Definitely a good stop. A would recommend stopping by if you have the chance.

Brandon and Jeremy are the best bartenders around, except for Laura in the hi limit room.

Sip opened up in GVR this summer where the Ovation Bar used to be. It’s across from China Spice and opened shortly after the debut of the new Bingo Hall. It’s a very posh but comfortable lounge that offers a few signature drinks including some unique martinis and mojitos. We stopped in to enjoy some drinks and gambling after eating dinner at GVR. Drinks were free while we were betting max at the bar. The service was excellent with smiling and attentive bartenders. I didn’t really enjoy my ginger grapefruit martini but it’s a full bar and we were able to get almost any drink we wanted. A nice lounge atmosphere in one of my favorite neighborhood places for dinner and gambling; I’m sure we’ll be back for drinks in the future.
