Visited on 6÷15÷16 around 3:00pm. So I am a usual at other Starbucks’ locations so I’m like, «Eh, why not? How can this Starbucks be any different?» It’s really not that different in regards to their drink products. As always, I was very happy with my drink order. I was excited to hear that Starbucks had added cold brew to their menu. This was my second time ordering the ‘Vanilla Something Cold Brew.’ There are no complaints of the barista that took my order. A little slow for the amount of people in the store at the time, but not a big deal to me. However, I was just put off by the ambiance and the barista(young, African American girl) I encountered. First, its pretty small compared to other Starbucks. Not that size is a big deal to me, but whatever. I’m sitting at a table that is very strategically placed to make it difficult for people to get up if customers were sitting in the adjacent table. I’m not sure that is good for the Feng Shui, but then again, its really not a big deal. Just more of a minute nuisance. A plus is that it is clean and organized. But what irritated me the most about this place is the volume of their«mood music.» I have never been to a coffee shop where the music is this loud. I have to project my voice to my friend across me, who is sitting at the same table. I feel the music is this loud for the baristas’ enjoyment, instead of creating a calming atmosphere for their customers. I understand that I could move to a different table, but that would require me gathering all my study material that I have laid out and trying to find a table that is actually quieter. I can hear the music over the music of my ear phones and I’m not trying to blow out my ear drums. So why didn’t I just ask them to turn down the music, you ask? Well, I did. And let me tell you what happened: I go up to the counter and I ask the barista(this is the young African-American one I described earlier): «Hi! Excuse me, can you please turn the music down?» in a tone that I thought was nice and un-annoyed. She kind of looks at my funny and repeats, «Down?» To which I respond, «Down. Yes, please.» Then she continues her odd look and walks away from me to the other side of the counter without responding. I thought this was odd, as I did not give her any attitude and I thought I asked nicely. So loudly, and as if I was treated with respect, I say, «Thank you!» and walk away myself. I heard her mutter a, «You’re welcome,» but I already turned around from the counter. I go back to my table and hope that they actually would consider my request. Previously working in food service, I know what sometimes happens: they would just ignore it and attribute the request to, «that crazy, bitchy customer.» But like I said, I don’t believe that I did anything to upset the barista. Anyways. going back to my table, and it seemed like the volume was turned down a smidge. However, that was short lasted. After one song, the volume was just as high as it was before, if not higher. I’m over here, thinking, «Awesome! Thank you so much.» My thinking is, if you aren’t going to do it, then just tell me, «No,» so I can go elsewhere. Its not a big deal, if you are looking at the big picture, I just think its pretty disrespectful. So, thank you, 1331 W. Warm Springs Starbucks in Henderson; now I know not come here again in the future.

My order is always correct and the lady at the drive thru was very nice. I wish they offered salted caramel year round.

Great Starbucks to go to, most certainly! As soon as I walk in each time I come here, I’m greeted with a friendly smile! The lines are almost always short and all the customers here are friendly! My drinks always taste like an angel made them and the staff is gorgeous and very nice as well! Clean tables make this place all the better!

4.21.16930am This shift needs to learn to put milk away in cooler after each use. It’s the law. People will get sick. Rookie shift for sure! Other shift here are on point. I has to explain to employee what long Shota are and why I need My grande in a bigger cup.

Super nice and knowledgeable barista, no complaints here except that there’s no squashy seating. It’s all wooden chairs inside.

You get exactly what you expect when ordering. However, there is not a drive through which is a downfall to many, especially when you have kids in the car. They are friendly and not what we have all grown to expect with starbucks — this location doesn’t go above and beyond which is ok. For example when I get my drink it usually doesn’t have a sleeve on it and they don’t say hello or welcome when you walk in. It is close and convenient and you do get the drink you might be looking for but maybe not as fast an enjoyable as expected or for the price you pay.

I really enjoy coming here to study during the day. It’s a quiet location and the service is excellent. Cody is a great team member! Always super friendly and he remembers my name which is saying something because I’m sure he sees thousands of customers. I wish they stayed open just a little later so I could make this my new night study spot. Thanks for being one of the best locations in Vegas!

I’ve only been to this location twice, the first time there was only one person in front of me but it took half of my lunch break to get my order. A lady decided to get half her office coffee and then add $ to all of their Starbucks cards. Really? Just let me order, then you can do that! The second time I ordered a Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frapp. I have no clue what they made for me but it didn’t taste anything like what I ordered. I won’t go back to this location.

Seriously rude, condescending and unprofessional baristas here. I’ve been here three times because it’s close to work-never again. Save yourself the headache of dealing with people who have no concept of customer service whatsoever and go to the SB on Marks Street.

Review 667: It kind of creeps me out that review 666 fell on my Birthday. So, my second review on my Birthday will be on a product I see myself drinking beyond several future Birthdays: Starbuck’s beverages. This review is long overdue. This is one of the many Starbuck’s that I have been patronizing the last few years. The majority of my visits at this location have been stops on the way to places in Hendertucky and beyond when I pass over breakfast. This Starbuck’s, in a small shopping center is a conveniece to the eastbound Warm Springs Road motorist. This is not one of the cozier Starbuck’s such as St. Rose Parkway or Cheyene at the 215, where it is easy to escape the fast pace of the World and get absorbed in a book or good conversation. This is not one of the better patio Starbuck’s such as Valle Verde at Paseo Verde Parkways or Trails Center in Summerlin. This Starbuck’s is a smaller location minus a drive thru with a handful of seats that often fills up during peak times. I would call this an In N Out Starbuck’s, where you could order a beverage while relaxing for a few minutes before carrying on with your day. I cannot see why I will not return here again. The baristas are friendly, I still drive eastbound on Warm Springs Road, and good coffee continues to be a part of my lifestyle.

Nice crew, but I’m always here for what seems like 30 minutes just to get a drink, crowded or no…

I have been to a lot of Starbucks locations here in town as well as my wife has to but this location stands out pretty well as far as service goes they remember our names and our drinks almost every time the wait time isn’t that bad considering how busy they are! Great job !

Two for how fast they were. Took away one star for customer experience. Didn’t feel welcomed coming into this location. Each of the employees seem confused on what to do. Took away two stars for taste. I get an iced caffe mocha every day and this was by far the most disgusting one I’ve ever tasted. It was a dark dark dark brown with almost no ice and tasted like no milk. Tasted like it could of been a cleaning solution. Yuck. I will stick to my other location.

Starbucks is a favorite. I was surprised at first to see this one so empty. But after spending an hour here it became apparent. I saw several people complain or have some small issue with their drinks. And the baristas weren’t very speedy. Nice people though. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt however because they were nice to me :-). Location has plenty of seating although SEVERELY lacking on power outlets or places to plug in. Good place to come and grab a drink to go, but if you need power to work or charge up this isn’t the place for you. On a positive note there is a nice secluded seating area in the back, elevated with stools.

Four employees working, I ordered one breakfast sandwich… I watched as the four people behind me(there was no one in line when i had ordered) all received their drinks and made comments to me about how they were receiving their items before me. I’m not one to complain about service, so I waited as two other people received their drinks. When I’m normally at a Starbucks, or anywhere for that matter, if an employee notices a costumer standing and wait if they normally ask, «what was it you ordered?» Instead I had to get the ladies attention, all of whom acted way too busy to acknowledge me and made ME feel rude to have asked them. I go to school right across the street from this Starbucks and seeing how much business we give this location it’s saddening to hear all of the bad remarks! I’ve see girls come back with free travel mugs because they had to complain to the manager. I’ve never seen such a consistently horrible Starbucks! Save the trouble and go to Marks street

Needless to say, I love Starbucks drinks. I like this location because of the friendly service. Try the Soy Latte with a pump of Mocha and a half pump of Peppermint — it’s not just a winter drink :) The only downfall is that they don’t have a drive-thru :/

Great Starbucks! This Starbucks was across the street from the hotel I was staying in. Staff was quick and friendly. The seating area was large and clean.

You know how every one claims«their» Starbucks. Well, this one is «mine.» Parking is not the greatest, but the service is always on point. The store is clean and there are plenty of «nooks» you can use to study, chat, or read. This one does not have a drive through, and I’m ok with that because I prefer to walk in and see what all is available and new on the expansive drink menu.
