History

Established in 2002.

Delinda Crampton has served in the real estate industry since 2002, starting her career with Prudential Americana Group Realtors. When Prudential Americana was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in March of 2014, Delinda continued with them, maintaining her high standard of customer service.

Delinda is passionate about her profession and it translates into her business. Her focus is her client’s best interest, realizing that purchasing a home is one of the biggest, if not THE biggest, financial investments a person will make in their lifetime. Her mission is to carefully guide her clients through the entire home purchase or sale process so they feel confident and comfortable every step of the way. She and her team of experienced agents are ready to assist her clients through every phase of the purchase and escrow process, with constant communication of the utmost importance.

Delinda was honored as one of the top 25 Women in Real Estate for 2015 by the Women’s Council of Realtors and is in the top .5% of Realtors in the Valley. She has received the Las Vegas Life 5 Star Client Satisfaction Award, which is given to a very select few agents in Las Vegas. At Prudential, she achieved the Chairman’s Circle, President’s Circle and Office Leader rankings and was awarded Best New Agent when she first entered the business. She continues her award-​winning style with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices — Nevada Properties, most recently earning the Chairman’s Circle Gold award. In an effort to better serve her clients, Delinda believes in continued education and holds numerous real estate designations. She has earned the CSR, GRI, SFR, ABR, SRS, RRG, and e-​PRO designations. She is a member of the Luxury Home Marketing Association.
