Just moved to vegas from AZ, was looking for a decent vape shop well I no longer have to look I found my go-​to vape shop. On May 6th 2016 I went in the shop as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Charles excellent excellent hospitality, and very knowledgeable in his business. I returned the next day to purchase coils ended up buying a new box mod because of the excellent pricing you can’t beat the deals that they give you so if you’re looking for that shop not just somewhere to go get your juice, great group of guys in there that will take care of you I will be returning and spreading the great word on this business I hope you do the same. Give a big shout-​out to Mike and Charles guys have done a great job on opening up the shop in Vegas that we can all come to and enjoy what we do and that’s vaping thanks again.

I have never been much into vaping so I just went in to check it out. The owner and the employees were really patient and nice when it came to helping me find a build and tasting majority of the flavors to find the right one. Also, the deals are pretty nice!

I’ve been going to Vapor Cave for a while now and these guys are the best. I’m semi new to vaping and the owner has really helped me out. I’ve never walked out disappointed. As anyone who vapes knows, there are sometimes issues with coils and devices. There hasn’t been one time that I presented an issue that wasn’t remedied no matter how much time and effort it took. These guys really care about their customers and their philosophy is that they never want someone to leave upset. They have a nice juice selection and will let you sample all of them. I’ve been hooked on Box Top-​fruit loop flavor. I’ve moved far away since I started going to Vapor Cave but will go out of my way to continue making my purchases there!

The customer service is phenomenal! I’ve been to a few different vape stores in the valley and this is the only place that makes me feel comfortable. Their prices are also competitive; I don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off. All of the staff is professional and patient with my lack of vape knowledge ;) Thank you, all of you!

The owner was the one who took care of me and my wife. Not only was he not a pushy sales man but he also had wonderful hospitality. I’m not from Vegas but I’m very happy we found the shop. FYI if you are Military he give you a discount. They also have juices there that some of your money goes to care package’s for our men in women over sea’s. In closing if your from out of town or a local go to this shop good prices and good hospitality.

These guys are great! Very knowledgeable. They know what the definition of customer service is. Most of all you are made to feel comfortable and are welcome to share a few laughs. They aren’t looking at you funny like most vape shops here in town. I highly recommend these guys! Plenty of flavors to choose from. Reasonable prices.

Found this shop the week it opened and have already been back. Charles is awesome; very personable and cool about letting you try whatever you want and talking about what he has in and will be getting. Easy to see that he cares about his business, your experience, and having a positive relationship with clientele. There’s an email list as well to keep up to date on what’s new. Great selection of liquids and equipment. Comfortable atmosphere, fair pricing, and an overall good experience every time. They also keep unique, quality brands and flavors in stock that not everyone has. Not to mention the lemon ice and mini waters which are a nice touch when you’re trying multiple liquids. Can’t wait to meet the builder this weekend but a definite recommend all around.
