This Walgreens has just about gotten on my last nerve! The first time I filled a prescription I called said it was ready, I get here and one of the medicines wasn’t in stock so half my order was ready! The out of stock medicine wouldn’t be in for 4 days. I asked if another walgreens has it and they said I could call and ask!!! Why would they not have called and had it sent over. So today I come and after confirming over the phone that my prescription would be ready at 4:00pm and it is now 8:27 I come to get it and it still is not ready! This is after it took the pharmacist 4 times asking me my first name which is pretty simple. it’s all of amber. So she tells me she will fill it now to come back in 15 minutes… I just came back to pick it up and they tell me they only have 5 of the 90 pills! you have to be kidding me, the others will be in Monday! Haha what a joke and waste of time! I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

LOVE WALGREENS — every Walgreens, everywhere! Once again it’s a vacation destination Walgreens to the rescue, when critical prescription meds are brought from home, but in inadequate quantities.
Service here is fast and professional. We had our meds working within a few minutes of our Dr calling, unlike at CVS where they check the prescription line voicemail twice a day (maybe).
Clean store, well-​organised, well staffed with helpful folks who told us what aisles products were on as we chatted with each other about what we needed. Proactive customer service — what do ya know about that? EVERYTHING if you work at Walgreens!

OMG this Walgreens is the WORST!!!
My mom and I are having a hard time adjusting to life out here and having to start over SUCKS!
My mom came from a home delivery pharmacy setting so she never had to go into a retail setting before and it leaves little to be desired, especially at this location! She hasn’t been able to find a new doctor out here and luckily some of her old doctors in California have been gracious enough to refill her medicines but this location has really dropped the ball!
They don’t know how to bill her insurance, they never have her medications in stock but then send emails saying her prescriptions are ready and then when we show up they tell us that they don’t have it, they refuse to call you and notify you! We have made numerous trips to the pharmacy thinking it’s ready when it’s not, we’ve even called before coming and they’ve assured us it’s ready but then low and behold we get there and it’s the run around!
The staff is so blaise and unprofessional it’s ridiculous! Some of the girls that answer the phone have no etiquette! They talk to you like their talking to their BFF instead of a customer! –_​_​_​– There is a male employee that has zero empathy whatsoever! He tells my mom «Oh well, it’s not my duty to call you» Are you kidding me?! This is just basic customer service skills 101!
The last straw was at the beginning of February when my mom tried to get a refill on her lancets! It didn’t get resolved until barely last week! They were only able to give her a partial at the beginning of the month because they said it was out of stock and they «supposedly» ordered them but it never came, this was followed by endless phone calls trying to get a straight answer from different employees, and getting the run around! Somehow they finally got their crap together last week and gave her the remaining quantity.
This staff is horrible, they need to be retrained ASAP! Don’t ever come here for your prescriptions unless you like getting mind screwed and given the run around!

So far I’ve been sitting at the outside window for 5 minutes. This is not the first time either. The car behind me has already left.
How disgusting and what a crappy way to run a business.
I hate this place.
The last time I went to pick up a prescription and the moron said it wasn’t in but I called the drs office and they had called it in hours ago so I had to make another trip back.
Somebody needs to get better management in that dump.

I have never been treated with disrespect and rudeness. JUAN was upset I was exchanging and I accidentally brought in a non Walgreens item he took from my bag. A sealed thank you card. since I’m obviously a criminal mastermind trying to return my mail for $ I needed is to exchange a shirt dorm right size and for some greeting cards I didn’t need I bought at other Walgreens days earlier. Ughh. So I didn’t have I’d and I was told to leave the store. I have never given this low of a ranking before our of all the years. To be treated like a second class citizen or an idiot in his mind. Oh and he said I’m not allowed to take pictures and he insisted I stopped. I had to ask him to lower his voice 3 times as he was trying to intimidate. I finally said enough and I said «careful what you put out there cause if your an asshole to people then your getting back. At this point I had him return the non essential items I just purchased and went to a different companies pharmacy. Juan take some time man… You were so angry at me before we met… yes ninjas a return but I spent $ 95 over it anyways or I tried to. Avoid this location at all costs!

I come here because it’s 24 hours but they have horrible customer service! I’m always waiting forever for my prescriptions and the employees are rude and all have attitudes. I’ve never been to such an obnoxious walgreens before. I wouldn’t come here if i didn’t need the convenience of getting my stuff at anytime.

I love the location of this Walgreens. The store itself is fine, it’s more the pharmacy. They take FOREVER. I have to plan for at least 15 minutes to get my prescription every time I go. The longest I’ve waited is a half hour. For a $ 3 prescription that’s a lot of time. I feel awful for the workers because they are always running around so busy, so I get they are understaffed. Something needs to change here!

NEVER USE THIS PHARMACY, It is a JOKE!!! People are rude the wait is ridiculous and there is no customer service here. When and if they answer the phone you are more likely get hung up on then actually get helped. Even when dr call in prescriptions they are out of stock on the items and don’t bother to mention it until you go to pick it up. In order to use the drive-​thru you need at minimum an hour of time to waste, although that goes for waiting inside as well.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. Called me and told me my prescription was ready, got here, then told me it wouldn’t be ready for another hour and didn’t know what happened. WORST SERVICE from the pharmacist.

I’ve been shopping this pharmacy and store for 5 years now and have found it very convenient for picking up a few essentials we run out of late at night. The store has an amazing selection for its size, a photo center and a Redbox to boot. The staff is always helpful and even let us back to the bathrooms when the kids can’t hold it anymore.
I’m a bit biased about pharmacies as my father in law is a retired pharmacist and therefore understand the complexity of the job. That said, I have never had a bad experience at this pharmacy as some people are stating. I really needed a prescription filled a while back that they didn’t have in stock and asked if they could find it at a surrounding Walgreens. They complied without hesitation and in less than 5 minutes I’m driving a couple miles to pick it up at the Wigwam and Warm Springs location.
The pharmacy does get overwhelmed at times when only the pharmacist is on staff by him/​herself. That is why I knocked off a star. This happens all the time and it is unnecessary. Staff a tech Walgreens!
They’ve been the best with advice on meds when the kids are sick and I am greatful.
I even got my flu shot there. One stop shopping. Lol.

Pharmacy is a joke!!! This is my second time they do not have my medication! No call and when I call the automated machine it says «being filled». Staff is very unprofessional and rude… Gonna take my business to CVS!!!

This location is closest to my job office, and I’ve stopped in on many occasions for quick snacks and cosmetic items. The employees are friendly and helpful at the photo department, in cosmetics, and at the main registers. I primarily visit this store for my Hawaiian island snacks. They have a wide selection of drinks mixes, food seasonings, snacks and frozen food items. basically a big amount of items that I have eaten during my childhood, and am happy to find in Las Vegas. Special props to Carol in cosmetics. She is always happy to look for coupons to use for items that you purchase, and there is a good chance that if she has no coupons for you to use, she will give you freebies. I just received a sample of argan hair oil. Yay!

Worst pharmacy ever, they are rude and they play GOD!!! I would just want to know who gave them the right to mess with so many lives!!! Last time I checked they are NOT DOCTOR’S they are a pharmacists!!!
DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR PHARMACY NEEDS!!!

This place has a little bit of everything. Food, snacks, medicine, suppliments, toys, and a large «as seen on TV» section of items. The Redbox is conveniently located. And the photo desk can take care of most of your photographic needs.

Very clean and the staff is always willing to help. Open ²⁴⁄₇

Pharmacy service is the WORST! Don’t even attempt to go through the drive through to drop off or pick up. It’s no way faster or convenient. I get they’re busy but hey don’t be rude. Better off going to surrounding pharmacies for better service!

I absolutely love this place!!! Great customer service, always helpful, smiles all day every day! There is a male manager who always goes above and beyond to get the things I need if they don’t have them. They have even special ordered a few items for me. I feel appreciated when I go in there. Always go here and will continue as long as the people stay the same… The pharmacy is one of the best I’ve been to. They are quick, hassle free, and very friendly.

If you’re looking for Hawaiian food, they have a nice selection. From Zippy’s chili, port. Sausage, redondo’s hot dogs, manapua, pastele, s&s saimin, kamaboko, char sui, chili pepper water, candies, cookies, NOH cooking mixes, drinks, and more.

NEVER EVER EVER take your prescriptions to THIS Walgreens. It took 5 days for me to get a problem cleared up (which should’ve taken 1 full day tops) and in the end they didn’t sell me the proper medication and I got a more costly one. To fix THAT I’d have to start all over: call doc, get new px, take back old px, etc. NEVER AGAIN.
