Let me preface this review by saying that I HATE going to the dentist. I never had a fear of dentists when I was young, but one bad experience in my early 20’s changed that in a hurry and ever since I have put off getting even preventative care. I am happy to say that I will now be coming in for regular cleanings and exams and I won’t be the least bit anxious about it!
Dr. Jackson is fantastic! She has a great personality, she’s very funny, and puts you at ease immediately… and she’s the best dentist that’s ever worked on my teeth. She is very thorough and explains everything as she is doing it. She and her staff are extremely gentle, and they want you to be as comfortable as you can. Speaking of her staff, each one of them is top-​notch. They all have great personalities that mesh well together. The office is as inviting as a dental office can be, and I love all of the pink! Dr. Jackson gave me a new pair of the sunglasses worn during dental work, (she let me pick the color,) and my son won’t take those orange babies off! :)
One more note… I have no dental insurance but her services are very reasonable and well worth it. She will not push you to have work you don’t need to make a buck. If you are looking for a great dentist with a gentle touch and an awesome personality that won’t break the bank, you have found her!

We came for some fillings and my son is very satisfied. Dr. Jackson is a really good dentist. I really enjoy how tranquil this place is and the good customer service from the staff.

I have to thank Unilocal for helping me find this amazing dentist. I had already been to 2 different dentists (Whitney Dental and Abby dental) they both told me I needed work that I found out through Dr. Tiffany Jackson I didn’t need .
One of these places quoted me $ 3300 out of pocket costs for crowns that I did not need.
Dr. Jackson took x-​rays and actual pictures of my mouth to throughly explain what work REALLY needed to be done and it came out to a third of the price of what I had been offered by these other dentist.
All the staff at Windmill dental is super friendly and very professional.
I am very happy to have found an excellent honest dentist in Las Vegas.

I came in today for a tooth extraction… a top left wisdom tooth extraction to be correct, that I broke… and like most patients in this world, I absolutely hate the needle and feeling any sensation of a tooth being pulled (yes I am a huge chicken!) Dr. Jackson was SOO gentle and explained every single move she was going to do — I barely felt the needle besides the itty bitty pinch! and eased right into her chair.
Before the procedure began, she allowed me to plug in my earphones to listen to some music, as soon as I settled in, played a song, she got started… That ONE song didn’t even get half way through and she was DONE and sat me up, I seriously said «THATS IT??» Lol! she is my super hero for making this such an easy process for me! I have never been in/​out of a dentist office so fast in my life and laughing with her on my way out. I can’t wait to see them again =)
I am glad to say I have found THE dentist! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Jackson, I will never go anywhere else, she is AMAZZINNGG (and I don’t even think that word truly does her justice). If you are anything like me and skeptical/​afraid of going to the dentist, FEAR NO MORE! come here and you will see what I’m talking about!

First of all, very nice clinic. Was sent paper work via email and filled out.
Met Toothinator (Dr. Jackson) and Toothinator 2 (Dental Assistant). They have AWESOME personality. More of your friend then a professional individual. I felt comfortable and at ease. You know how rare that is? Lol.
Dr. Jackson was honest with my current wisdom teeth condition and did not force me to remove it. She also notice a chip that has been there for a very long time and she was very honest with saying if we fill it again. It will come out so best to leave it because it does not bother you. I had visited many dentist and they all want to fill the gap in or take my out my wisdom teeth. I was very please to hear her results after the examination.
My visit was based on other reviews given to the establishment. I experienced the same treatment as the above Unilocalers. I will be a regular!!! Thank u Doctor Jackson and staff!

Attentive, caring people. Dr. Jackson, in addition to being very personable, gets extra points for skill and integrity.
She could have sold my wife a new crown but instead carefully assessed the old crown, determined that it would last for a while, and recemented it on.
Instead of making a killing on a new crown, she was more concerned with the patient and doing the «right» thing. Two thumbs up for Dr. Jackson and her staff.

I love love love this place. (Coming from the person who dislikes dentists because of bad experience.) I got quite a bit of work done and everything went well. The whole team is very welcoming and funny. Everything was explained to me and the procedures got done in a timely manner. Love their text reminders for appointments. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Jackson is by far the BEST, MOST AMAZING Dentist I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I have finally found MY Dentist! I will be back for more work, and I’m so happy I’ve found someone who is truly sincere, down to earth, non-​judgmental, and I feel that she truly cares about her patients’ needs and health. I’ve never been happier about having 2 teeth extracted!!! Seriously! I mean, wow, the entire procedure was almost totally painless. Dr. Jackson is a rock star!!!
This is a long review but if you need dental work done and don’t know where to go, I wanted to be very detailed about my experience here today to help those like me who were having a dental emergency and don’t know what to do!
I’ve had bad teeth ever since childhood, so I’ve been to many many dentists. I lost my dental insurance several years ago and haven’t been to a dentist in about 8+ years. I had a very painful abscess in my jaw and, yesterday, went to the UNLV dental school, and they were nice, but my issue was too complex for them to treat. So after looking at about 20 dentists on Unilocal and Google, I decided on Dr. Jackson.
I AM SO GLAD I DID!!!
Their website is great and it shows when they have open appointment times, and it showed that they had an opening today. I called around noon and the technician I spoke with confirmed that they could take me in today at 2:30, AND also put me on the phone to speak DIRECTLY with Dr. Jackson to tell her what my symptoms were!!!
I was so glad to be able to talk with the dentist over the phone so she knew what to expect and she was able to give me accurate quotes for how much it would cost without insurance. I was STOKED because I was in A LOT of pain, and her prices were totally reasonable and fair! I mean dental work isn’t cheap but her prices were competitive. As soon as I arrived the staff was very friendly, happy, and professional. They even offered me and my Mom beverages from their fridge and coffee bar. I used their restroom and it was, like, sparkling clean. Every area I saw was clean and organized, and during my x-​rays and procedures ANYTHING that was touched was sanitized. Even the lead apron you wear during the xrays! After my tech was done she THOROUGHLY wiped it down with sanitizing wipes. I was impressed by how organized, clean, and efficient their workflow was. Oh, and the exam room was SPOTLESS. I was impressed by how clean the entire place was.
Dr. Jackson has very high tech equipment and in the exam room they have a monitor set up on the wall and you can see the x-​rays as they take them, which I found impressive. Dr. J explained to me the findings on the x-​rays and found the bad teeth that needed to come out. She and I had a very open and honest discussion about my poor dental health and we discussed treatment options and she really listened to me, and gave me plenty of her time for us to talk over my dental history and my current problems. She was so very kind and attentive. EVERYONE there was just so organized and upbeat. It was impressive. I opted to get Nitrous Oxide gas to curb my anxiety and it worked wonders. As we went on with the procedure, I was so impressed because even when the Dr. injected the numbing medicine I didn’t feel a thing. Only 1 small pinch and that was near the area I was already having pain at. Other dentists i’ve been to jam the damn needle in your mouth, but NOT Dr. Jackson. She truly has a gift. She pulled my 2 bad teeth and it was pretty much painless. I was so impressed. And throughout the ENTIRE visit she explained EVERYTHING she was about to do, or while she was doing it. She instructed me to raise my left hand if i felt any pain and I only did so once and it was as the worst tooth was coming out, and it lasted like a second. Other than that, seriously, no pain. I was given clear verbal and written post-​op instructions by my tech. I was also impressed about how cool Dr. Jackson was about communication. She spoke to her staff with kindness and respect and I really dig that. On my way out the Dr. said goodbye to me and my mom, and I shook her hand but I really wanted to give her a HUGE hug!!! This evening as I’m writing this, I can feel that my infection has gone down, and I’m not even swollen from having the teeth pulled. Dr. Jackson is passionate about what she does and she really has a gift. I’m so thankful for her!
If you need your teeth worked on, go see her! Even if you’re anxious like i was, you are in good hands, so don’t worry! They are so cool there, you’ll feel totally chill.

After going to another local dentist, I decided to get a second opinion from Dr. Jackson. I’m glad that I did! She was very honest and professional. After the bad experience I had with the other dentist, it was refreshing to see that Dr. Jackson knew what she was doing. Unlike the other dentist, Dr. Jackson actually performed a thorough oral examination and determined that I only needed a regular cleaning and not a deep cleaning (which the other dentist told me was necessary). She did a fantastic job and I am extremely happy! As long as she is in Las Vegas, I won’t be going anywhere else!

Dr. Jackson and her staff are second to none. Positive, professional and very warm. Wonderful location. The office is pristine, as well as attractive. I was taken not only by Dr. Jackson’s warmth, but her depth of knowledge in of-​the-​moment dental advances and use of state of the art equipment. Not only will my family continue to be loyal clients, but we will definitely tell everyone we know about this amazing practice!

If you have to go to a dentist, might as well make it the best one in town. Dr. Jackson is awesome. She puts you at ease and makes the dental experience less torturous. The rest of the staff is amazing too. Celeste greets you with a friendly smile when you come in and streamlines the check in process. Magaly is so friendly and has a very gentle touch. I honestly no longer dread going to the dentist.

I am definitely a procrastinator when it comes to seeing a doctor or a dentist. I’ve just had too many that were every bad adjective you could think of. That is until now.
I have to say that there are so many reasons that I believe that this is easily the best dentist in town.
First of all she is a first rate dentist with a first rate staff. I have a very busy schedule, and I am always on time with my schedule so why shouldn’t they be? Is the question I always find myself asking myself whenever I go to a dentist. Well, they feel the same way. I have never waited more than a couple minutes upon arriving to their office. Her staff is extremely friendly and attentive, they are also educated and consistent in what they do… very professional.
Dr Jackson is extremely down to earth and is an obviously genuine person. All of her equipment is modern, clean and state of the art. And I guess she’s not into putting her patients through pain because she must of checked on how I was doing at least once every couple minutes.
I really can’t say enough. I know that when I have a dental appointment I won’t flake and make up an excuse, and that says it all right there.

Dr. Tiffany is a kind-​hearted down to earth person. The moment you set foot into her office you feel as if you were a patient for years and very at home. Dr. Tiffany went above and beyond for my situation. She came in on her day off as I had a «dental emergency». She performed the procedure with gentle technique and was very informative on what she was doing. I could not give a better recommendation for anyone having any type of dental problem. Thanks again Dr. Tiffany!

The way you are treated from the minute you walk in is just great. They are friendly and very helpful to say the least.
The office is super clean and it smells great. It’s very pleasant to come to such as clean location. Even the restroom is sparkling clean. Love it

FANTASTIC office. I have been regularly seeing dentists for my entire life and have had quite a bit of work done. Dr Jackson is by far my favorite. She is extremely friendly and just goofy enough to make you want to stick around and hang out after. She also really cares about what is going on with your health. Very friendly staff and extremely timely. They have never made me wait and all the procedures were very pleasant. Can’t wait to see her again in a few months.

Wow! This office is beautiful. Dr. Jackson and her staff have done a great job! Dr. Jackson is the friendliest dentist I have ever met! She does great job caring for me. I had told her I was afraid of the dentist and she calmed my fears and eased my anxiety. OK… when I was in high school I had this douche bag dentist that performed a root canal that I’m pretty sure I didn’t need. since then I’ve had one problem after another with it. Finally, the damn thing broke. I called dr. Jackson to make an appt and I was able to get in the same day. What was also super awesome is that this place is within walking distance from my house. Staff is super pleasant and dr. Jackson is very friendly. They came up with my treatment plan (most places will offer up bull crap things to get your money but this plan was all business). I truly believe dr. Jackson and staff has the best interest of their patients at heart. Although my visit resulted in an extraction (I knew it was going to come to that prior to my visit) I’m very pleased with the quality of service I received. Dr. Jackson is starting to fix what another jackass messed up. They also do ortho here which I will be getting into after I’m done with the bridge. we have some work to do but I feel it is more than reasonable. The place is very clean and I appreciate their green approach; all of the forms I filled out and signed were laminated and scanned into their computer. The fuchsia gloves and masks were pretty cute too :)
