With Boulder City, Henderson, and Las Vegas roots dating back to the early 1900s, the Woodbury, Morris, and Brown families have played influential roles in the development of Southern Nevada. Pioneering and shaping the character of this remarkable area, our families helped build Hoover Dam and lay the foundations of Las Vegas and outlying communities. Over the years, we have faithfully served the public and private sectors in law enforcement, mining, agriculture, construction, politics, medicine, law, and other distinguished professions and industries.

Rodney W.

Business Owner

Rodney S. Woodbury practices primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate law, commercial law, homeowners associations, residential and commercial CC&Rs, water law, construction law, estate planning, and general contracts and transactions. Rod is also a bimonthly contributor to a column entitled «Lawyer’s Edge» in the Boulder City Magazine. Rod received his B.A. in English from Brigham Young University in 1992. After a brief career as a local public school teacher and high school basketball coach, he returned to BYU’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law where he served as Executive Editor for the Journal of Public Law and received his J.D. in 1999. A native of Las Vegas, Mr. Woodbury now resides in Boulder City with his wife, Leslie, and their seven children, where he is a member of the Boulder City City Council. Language: French
