Had to bus, clean our own table, retrieve menus myself while 3 staff members behind the bar stood around. We finally caught the one waitress working the tables to put in our order(4 out of the 5 of us at least) and never saw her again. Worst restaurant ever!

The restaurant that was here before was terrible so I was excited that they opened a new one, which was stupid of me. The servers here must also have 500 other things to do at the airport because customers are nothing but a hassle to them. The Diet Coke was out and the waitress told me she didn’t have time to change it(even though there were only a couple tables with people) and asked if we wanted to order anyway. I said I wanted to be sure I could have the soda with the food and she said«are you guys okay then?» She was happier to have us leave then take three minutes to change the Diet Coke box. The hockey team is great but putting their brand on this waste of time isn’t smart. I need to fly out of the other terminal with restaurants that at least give some effort to provide customer service.

Worst place at the airport. Went there with high hopes because I love the wild, but left very frustrated. Ordered food and waited for an hour before we decided to give up and just left. Waitress came by once to get drink orders then once she brought them and took our order we never saw her again for a whole hour. Asked when the food would be out and got the answer«shortly» after 15 minutes of waiting after hearing that decided to give up and left. Got pizza next door and it was great. Do not go to this restaurant.

This place is effing terrible. Some lazy bartender who walked at a speed of no more than 0.01mph and doesn’t know how to say«hello,» «here you go,» or «how is everything» served us. I think his name was Tom but he wasn’t wearing a name-badge. His coworker Michael on the other hand seemed to be working hard, and making up for«Tom’s» slack. Left my bartender a $ 0.00 tip. I’m sure he will complain when he sees it but once an a-hole always an a-hole I’m sure.

Went here once. I had breakfast. I got the french toast with bacon. Food was fine. No complaints there. The service, albeit a tiny bit slow, was just fine. I can’t believe this place has so many negative reviews. I guess, if I’m ever here(I’m usually in Terminal 1 camped out at the Delta lounge.), I’ll avoid those nachos.

Worst nachos I’ve ever had. Can cheese, and Ore Ida salsa, ice cold. If I was not in a rush for a flight I would have had my drink and moved on.

Terrible food. Microwaved«hamburger». Awful. Had some time to kill and this was the only sit down place to eat. So bad. $ 50 total for terrible food. So bad, I cannot say enough.

It’s got a good location. Don’t get the nachos! I’ve never had cold nachos at a restaurant before, but they serve theirs cold — like they were at a stand at the ballpark rather than a restaurant with a kitchen. Plus who puts lettuce in nachos? There’s nothing good about the nachos. At best you can get decent reheated frozen food here.

Literally the worst nachos I’ve ever forced down. Canned sysco cheese(or maybe velveeta) slathered over bulk bag chips, with shredded romaine or maybe iceberg lettuce which made the whole affair sloppy, tasteless and overpriced. To add insult to injury, I saw there was a Barrio café down the terminal just a few more steps, had I checked Unilocal or even done some walking before settling. My bartender, Mike was ok, his true Fargo accent the sole shining moment of the experience.

Don’t bother with this place. I should have just left when informed, the first thing I ordered off the menu, was being removed because«it wasn’t very good and people just didn’t like it». Ordered the Dry Rub wings and they brought out the sauce ones. My waitress apologized and saw that my correct order was expedited. Got the dry rub wings and the portion size was huge; but the wings were completely non-edible. They were so fatty, it was disgusting. I have never experienced fatty hot wings like these. How poor is their food quality? Pamela, on the other hand, my server, was attentive, apologetic and lovely. When I complained about the wings, I got the feeling from her body language and facial expressions, this wasn’t the 1st time she’s heard this complaint. No one came to address my issue and I was still charged full price for food I didn’t like or eat. Do yourself a favor. Just keep trekking down the concourse to Subway. You’ll be happier.

My server is nowhere to be seen and I’m about to pay $ 14 for the lowest quality food I’ve eaten. You would be better off to pass this place and get some trail mix at a kiosk :/

Probably the worst restaurant experience ever. The blonde with the pony tail & the cook should both be fired. We both ordered the Lobster Mac and Cheese after waiting for 17 minutes before anyone even came to our dirty table that wasn’t wiped down until we asked 2 times. The two dishes were completely different, they didn’t even look or taste like the same order. The only consistent thing was that they were cold. Worst. Meal. Ever.

I did not care for this place. Upon arrival the bartender wasn’t friendly, the waitress seemed like she couldn’t care less and the drinks weren’t the best. Won’t go back.

The service here was not great… Not a friendly greeting, slow to bring the bill… sadly, there weren’t any other options at the time so had to settle. I would guess the other two bars further down the terminal are much better. This is the type of place that makes money because it’s the only available option.

My wife and I ate here before our flight back to Chicago. It was an 11:30 a.m. flight, wimbledon and the tour de france was on, so we were definitely in the mood for watching some sports while eating. My wife got the french toast with strawberries and I got the omelette with bacon, home fries and toast. Both were just OK. My wife said her french toast was nothing special. And my meals generally lacked flavor. The bacon was limp and not crispy. I’d rather have my bacon a little burnt than a little undercooked. I really would give this place 2*, but I bumped them up to 3* based on the regular filling of my water glass and the waitress changing the channel on one of the TVs so I could watch the tour.

We had breakfast here before our flight back to Chicago. It was nice that they had a breakfast menu. I ordered the brioche french toast with strawberries which was alright. The French toast left much to be desired. The hubby ordered omelette with a side of bacon. We were fortunate that they were showing the men’s final of Wimbledon as well as the Tour de France for the hubby. Otherwise, if I was at this airport again, I’d probably check out another restaurant.

****IFYOURIN A HURRYAVOIDTHISPLACE!!!***** Ruben was acceptable. Service was non existent. 10 minutes to be greeted. 10 minutes to get coffee. Another 10 for the forgotten water, another 10 minutes for silverware for my coffee. 10 minutes for food. Again Reuben was okay. A little skimpy on the meat, sauerkraut and Russian dressing and the bread was okay. Still waiting for dishes to be bussed and a refill on coffee. Maybe they will come and check on me in 10 minutes. It’s already been twenty. *edit* she just came 30 minutes… Let see how long it takes to get a refill on coffee. 5 minutes and forgot the cream another 5 minutes.* on the bright side, luv was quick to get me my check and get me on my way. Thankfully I had two hours to document the experience before my flight. I really can’t blame the wait staff. Management is ultimately responsible for the incompetent service.

We arrived at 130 pm today and wanted to get a quick bite to eat before heading out on our flight at 250 pm. There was an open booth so we sat down. The waitress came right over to wipe our table off and I thought awesome. However she didn’t ask us if we wanted anything to drink just said she would would be back. Problem is she never came back walked past us to give another table a bill but didn’t stop by our table. Finally 30 minutes later we got up and left. I have never been so disgusted w a place before it was super rude of her and ill gladly fly out of terminal 1 from now on for better service.

Food was warm. Burger was dry and tasteless. Ketchup is served in a small open cup — about a tablespoonful. Used to be ok. Better to eat somewhere else.

The worst nachos I have had outside. of a ballpark. For $ 13 you would expect something better. The cheese was from a can, the guac as well. Awful. I sent them back. My server was very gracious when I said I couldn’t eat them. She said«I don’t like them either, but they are airport food» Bad food is bad food, wherever it is served. Airport food doesn’t have to be bad. Lots of examples of good airport food exist, this place is not one of those examples. I asked for another recommendation and was directed to the sliders. When they arrived they had the same canned cheese sauce. Can’t wait for the peanuts on my SW flight !
