I came here as it was recommended but I was definitely disappointed. The staff are nice but the food is bland. Ordered the garlic wings with bleu cheese sauce. They forgot my bleu cheese sauce which would have helped with flavor. Not sure how these are voted the best wings in RVA.

I’ve been to the sportspage in Midlo numerous times so I expected this locations food to be the same. They are known for the their wings and that’s what we got along with a burger because it was burger night $ 5.50 for burgers more for extras ie: cheese. It was pretty quiet not a lot of people, then again it was a Tuesday or Wednesday I forget. The server WA cool and knew the menu and answered my questions. Drinks came out fast happy hour has some reasonable prices on the menu. The food was perfect wings although they did seemed smaller than the Midlo location were in point I seriously do think they have the best wings around. If I’m in the mood for wings this is my go too spot for wings. The burgers are very good also they give five guys a run for their money there. I definitely enjoyed the west end location and will go back.

Overall experience: friendly & comfortable but the food needs some work. Last week a group of friends and I dropped by to watch the VCU Basketball Atlantic 10 quarterfinals and the whole restaurant was packed. Mostly VCU and Kansas fans with a few families scattered around from the baseball little league next door. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful though it was obvious they were disheveled from the business rush… the running joke of the night was when the host asked, «Is this table okay?» to which we replied«No, we would rather have a booth with a t.v.» and he answered back with, «Well this is all we have right now». Harmless but hilarious banter and kinda summed it all up. Our group ordered: The Nachos(3 stars), Sliders(2 stars), the Sampler(2 stars) and a burger(which I did not try). All in all the food was nothing to write home about and if I return, I would probably just go for drinks while I watch a game. Our server, Austin, was fantastic! He kept a great eye on our table and provided great hospitality to everyone, always making sure we were kept refreshed and comfortable throughout the game(5 stars). There is no place in the neighborhood with more t.v.‘s so I assume you have a great chance to see whatever game you want to watch.

This was my first time going. and it was a great experience! Our waitress was very attentive, always quick with the refills and checking in on our table! I ordered the chicken tenders and fries off of the starter part of the menu. and I was pleasantly surprised! I was expecting the typical tenders, but these were 4 huge pieces of chicken, nicely fried, with a good size helping of fries and delicious honey mustard! I could only finish half! I’ll have to come back again!

I question my decisions every time I come to this place. The service is always horrible like they are severely understaffed… But there are always people sitting around not working in other parts of the restaurant. The food is overall«okay». This place gets two stars because of the TVs at every booth and their loaded tater tots are dope.

Maybe this place is unbelievable… but I wouldn’t know. I’m from out of town and stopped in to catch the game of the week, Pats v Jets, and when we walked in literally ALL50 some odd TV sets were set to the Steelers-Chiefs game. That’s just absurd. And the hostess just gave us a blank stare when we looked at her like ‘Really?!?’ Don’t go near the place if you aren’t a Steelers fan on Sunday.

The place is great, food is awesome, been here many times. So often that the waitstaff recognizes my wife and I. However, last week was my last time there. We go to watch football and eat and drink, usually spend anywhere between $ 60 – 80 a Sunday, but they put the TV on the game I want to see. Last week, the game I was watching ran long and the staff changed the game. When I mentioned that I had been watching it, I was told, «I’m sorry, that’s for paying customers.» Sad to say(and I don’t think they care), this Sports Page has lost a loyal customer.

Love this place. Local and really great food. However, the music they play is HORRIBLE. That is the cause for the one star removal. Please pick better music. I’m from the era when the music played was popular and we hated it then as well. The staff is fantastic and attentive. Probably because they are not distracted by the music because they are trying their best to ignore it. Iron Butterfly is playing as I type this. Seriously, IRONBUTTERFLY!!! Again, food=great, service=great, music=sucks a big one!!!

The Sports Page Henrico location has become my go-to spot to meet my friends to watch sports or just to grab a beer and a meal with my father. The prompt bar service is a bonus that comes with the convenient experience. Carolina gold wing sauce is a must try paired with your favorite draft beer, which there are plenty to choose from. Management always has a presence and greets customers accordingly. Really am happy to have these guys in my neighborhood.

Not very impressed. Service was slow, boneless wings not very good and the draft beer was flat. Giving it two stars because the hot dog platter was good. Will give a second chance.

The worst service I’ve ever had. Bold statement I know. My daughter’s softball team and I attended after a weekday practice. The atmosphere was wonderful. Plenty of televisions. Our waitress seemed friendly. Unfortunately, that’s where my enthusiasm ends. I’ll spare you the«deliver my beer and check back 25 minutes later» routine.(Although it happened numerous times). My meal came out 20 minutes after the rest of the table. I was told that they made the wrong meal. Fine. It seems wrong that everyone was done by the time my meal arrived, but fine. I told the waitress I didn’t expect to be charged and I wasn’t. Classy move. When our checks came it was a complete mess. Not one tab reflected the correct items. In trying to straighten everything out, the manager became combative. He told me that I was wrong and was loud about it. Are you kidding me? The waitress confirmed that she, in fact, charged me for items that were not mine. Forget the cliché of the customer always being right, but I was right! Poor experience, reinforced by a short tempered manager unfit for customer service.

I had drafts and an appetizer, which were fine, and the TVs are numerous. But the bar area was blasting with the loudest, most godawful 70s stoner rock. Not the best for watching a good game.

Had wings on a Monday night for the special. However, wanted to try 2 flavors so I had to order 24 since each flavor has to be 12 wings. Figured I would have plenty left for lunch the next day. If you order wings on Monday and get a to go box for the wings that you don’t finish, you will end up paying FULLPRICE. Our server was very nice. Just so you know, the front of the building looks odd. Maybe they need better light but the place always looks closed from the outside. There is a small OPEN sign toward the right of the front window but if you miss that, you could pass the place up thinking they were closed.

Eaten here twice now and each time was great! They go above and beyond your typical bar food. The only negative is the atmosphere is sort of bland. Lots of yellow and red and tvs on the inside. I would recommend some mirrors behind the bar area. Hope they do well, we want the local spots to thrive!

I’ve eaten here three times so far, and while the food is basic bar fare, it’s pretty good. First time there I had a turkey Reuben, but subbed the Cole slaw on the sandwich for sauerkraut. It was yummy. Got the fried okra as a side… there was a slight up charge for them. They were just your standard, run-of-the-mill fried okra… I bet they come in a bag, frozen. My husband had fish and chips(which were really homemade chips and not fries). I commend the chef for using rockfish and for frying up a mean piece of fish. The second time around, had wings, extra crispy buffalo style. They were great… would order them again. I was having drinks with a friend and we both ordered draft beer… it was happy hour. For my beer I had legend brown. I was disappointed when the bill came and I was charged the full price($ 4.50). Wish the bartender would have made it clear what was included in the happy hour. Oh well. One thing I would change if I were the owner… get rid of the creepy reflective window tint. People like to see what’s inside and it’s off putting when you can’t. Plus, it made me think the place was a bar, bar and not okay to bring my teenagers too. Now I know!

I was looking for a local Sports Bar to watch my team on Sunday. I only knew of the place because of those little pop up road signs. If not for those I would not have known of the place. They are located at the far end of the Martins Shopping center., you have to actually look for it as it it hidden at the end of the center. When I walked in I was greeted by a hostess and she directed me to the bar which was at the back of the premises. I was immediately impressed by the # of Tvs and how large the space was. The Tvs were marked with the teams that were on and I had a couple options as to where I wanted to sit. The server promptly greeted me and provided me with a beer selection, I think there were 24 beers on tap. The menu was pretty much standard bar fare with quite a few items to choose from. Prices were reasonable and service was spot on, I will definitely return.
