Established in 2005.

This business is owner/​operated by Leslie A. Himes, a female veteran of the USAF. After learning how to clean carpets in 2002, I continued to apprentice for 3 more years and in 2005 I established A Better Carpet Cleaning.

After serving in the military (USAF), I moved to Hawaii where I completed my Bachelors degree. I have a major in Management and a minor in Marketing. I worked in the medical field for 17 years before I learned carpet cleaning and realized I had finally found my niche. Carpet cleaning gives me a great deal of satisfaction, especially when I can turn a carpet that others have said is not salvageable into something that does not need to be replaced. No matter what a carpet looks or smells like, after I am done, it will look and smell much better.
