Got a strawberries and cream frozen. Drink and it was good. The staff was fast friendly and willing to help and answer all of my questions. I wish they had .99 cent ice tea like previous years but I only wish we had them instead of so many dunkins in ohio.

Super friendly people! Got a BELT — bacon egg lettuce and tomato on toasted multigrain bagel with a chocolate chip muffin and a small mocha for under $ 7! Very good! Will be back.

Only giving two stars due to the awesome cashier we had, but everything else was awful! I’ve been to a few different locations before while traveling so I was very excited to see that I moved to an area with a Tim Horton’s. Every time I’ve been there for the past year, I’ve ordered an iced mocha latte, my favorite. However, I got a different product every time. Sometimes they used chocolate milk, sometimes they used regular. Sometimes they used cream and sugar(like a regular iced coffee) sometimes it was bland and had no coffee/espresso taste to it. I finally had enough and complained to the manager about my boyfriend and I getting the wrong drink and she half heartedly apologized after waiting a little while to even be acknowledged(they weren’t busy). She sure had time to frustrate and push everything off to her employees though! Just an ABSOLUTELY awful and frustrating experience with the product and staff so I won’t go there anymore. Sad Timmy’s fan here.

Ordered a chicken club. Got a disgusting cold hard Sandwhich that was not even edible. Just by the looks of it, whoever assess my club knew it was garbage and still served it to me.

Always out of icecream flavors and never have any waffle cones made. Terrible every time I go

This review is for the Cold Stone Creamery section of the shop. The gal behind the counter was personable and explained she was working with two trainees but the service was atrocious. We ordered two cups. The first cup that was handed over the counter had product flowing down the sides, which made for a poor start. My partner paid for the order while I took the first cup to a table. He waited while the clerk started making ice cream for the next customer. She eventually asked him if he needed anything else. When he explained that he was waiting for the second half of his order, it turned out that there was a mix up. By this time I’d given up on the poorly mixed cup I’d tried to eat despite the mess all over the outside of the cup, so we decided to just leave. I have been a fan of other locations but this one is a miss.

I think this is the closest Tim Hortons to Pittsburgh. I dont drink cofee but the frozen lemonaide is good. The breakfast and lunch sandwiches are very good also. Donuts are a treat.

I feel like I’m missing the hype on Tim Horton’s. I know a lot of people love the chain, but IMO their coffee and donuts are below average. But my kids really like this place and the attached Coldstone Creamery. Tonight there was a toddler, apparently belonging to one or more of the on duty employees running behind the counters and out into the customer area. Although the toddler was followed out by an employee, he still didn’t prevent him from touching one of my kids. Not cool in my book and sorry for the two stars.

I love Tim Hortons! I recently had to go to Hermitage, PA for work, and this was my favorite part of that little ol’ city. I had no idea that my favorite Canadian chain would be so close(yet so far away…) from my home in Pittsburgh. The boxes of «Timbits» are an absolute must-buy!
