Tom completed a home loan for a house we bought as an investment.
This purchase was a complicated short sale. We tried to complete this purchase through another lender, and when it didn’t work out, I was referred to Tom.
His attitude was positive right away, he was there to help. As I explained the situation he made suggestions and had confidence that he could make this deal work within the very short time line that was available.
It was evident that he understood the situation, had seen situations like this before, and had the experience and resources to make this transaction work.
Tom is easy to work with. Along with his office number he gives you his cell phone number and email, his communication is great — responses are given promptly.
I felt that his priority was to make sure that I was happy with the transaction — as opposed to making the transaction itself. He was willing to set up other accounts free of charge, and was able to credit us for some things that we completed another lender — great personalized service!
In all areas he was the our contact person, and knew exactly what was going on. I’ve experienced other loan officers/​consultants that hand transactions to others after the initial application.
Tom recently moved to this office from an Anaheim area Wells Fargo office. Since almost all transactions are possible with email, fax and scanning documents, it doesn’t really matter where he is located.
I would highly recommend him to anyone in LA, OC or the IE.
