The menu has an appeal to an Indian, but not the food. Rava dosa lacked salt and was too hard, the sada dosa was good, but unfortunately too thick. All in all, not great dosa. There is potential if they improve execution

Decent food. Takes really long to get your food. Can get really noisy and since the tables are very close to each other it can get a little uncomfortable at times.

Good pav bhaji and their«amma’s feast» has greatly improved over the past few months. The other items on their menu are alright. The thali can get monotonous with the same items reappearing in a week. But otherwise, a great place for vegetarian /vegan enthusiasts.

Not the best ambience, south indian food is good, but pav bhaji is a strict NONO. For the quality of food, I feel the price is a bit too much.

Vegetarian got my attention. I really enjoyed the food from here. Yes, this is a hole in the wall, but the food is excellent. I got the vegitarian special for $ 9. Cheapest take home buffet I have seen. This food has real spice and flavor, no bs just some really nice flavors at a good price. I wouldn’t take a date here, but I’d certainly get some takeout and tend to my date at home… They have really good prices on MTR Packaged meals in the attached store as well. In most cities I travel to, the meal I got tonight would have cost 18 – 25 bucks. I got 10 distinct items for $ 9! I am sweating a little though so be warned, this is not americanized bland indian food loaded with cream and sugar. Yes, yes… and more YES!

Good Indian grocery store, fairly priced. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They stock organic groceries from India, the first of kind I have seen anywhere. The fresh produce section though can be upgraded. And it helps that Amma’s kitchen, a great vegetarian café, is part of the store. The store also has a good Indian movies DVD collection.

I like this store as I get most of the stuff here. From Indian utensils to spices, herbs, brands, and lentils. How can I forget Indian fish. So I don’t have to tell that I am big fan of this store. They have got really good collection and its so well organized. I like their prices too. Somethings are cheap and somethings are expensive, so it all adds up to same.
